How often does the lottery take place?
We run two lotteries per day: one emphasizing exchanging endorsements (the endotarting lottery), and one emphasizing WA voting (the voting lottery). For each lotterry, we first determine the list of eligible WA nations. We then randomly draw a winner from each list. We finally randomly draw a legendary card to gift to each winner. The selected winners and cards are announced on the regional message board, and are also added to the list of winners below.
How do I become eligible for the lottery?
Here is what you need to do to enter each of the daily lotteries.
This sounds complicated, how do I find out how likely I am to win the lottery?
We have put together lists showing the chances each eligible nation has to win each of the daily lotteries. These lists update daily. If you are not listed, then that means that you are not eligible, which you can fix by becoming a Keeper of the North.
~ Probability of winning the voting card lottery.
Which cards can I win in the lottery?
Gift cards are selected at random with equal odds from among the list of all season 1 and season 2 legendary cards available in the deck of regional nation The Northern Light. This list includes some of the most valuable cards available.
It is the end of the month, why was there no lottery today?
On the last day of the month, the lottery winners are not selected randomly. Instead, legendary cards are gifted to the winners of three top-10 categories of the WADP monthly awards. Additionally, epic cards are gifted to the winners of all awards other than the New WA Member Shout-out. Therefore, competing for the WADP monthly awards provides you with another way to win multiple free cards: up to three legendaries and five epics per month!
Legendary gift cards are selected in the same way as for the daily lottery. Epic gift cards are selected randomly from among the epic cards available in the decks of nations Card farmer 1 to Card farmer 2500.
Where can I find the lottery results for previous days?
The results of the lottery are announced on The North Pacific's RMB. Below you can find a list of all previous results announcements. The winners and gifted cards are also tabulated in this Google spreadsheet.

Fizban and The Real Underground
Why don’t I ever win anything lel
How do you play lottery?
Just follow these simple instructions! There's just a few nations you need to endorse and you're entered!
Just make sure not to accidentally unendorse me just because I'm on the list twice.
~ Become a Keeper of the North by endorsing Delegate Gorundu and the Security Council.
~ Collect endorsements faster as your nation is being promoted for endorsement.
~ Become eligible to win free legendary cards in the daily card lottery.
The Keepers of the North are a group of nations that help keep The North Pacific (TNP) secure. They work together with the Security Council to protect TNP from external threats and ensure the continuation of our constitutional government.
Becoming a Keeper of the North is a great way to jump-start your career within TNP. Your role as a Keeper is advertised to other nations in the region, increasing your visibility. And after a distinguished service as Keeper, you can apply to join the Security Council.
Note that, in order to become a Keeper of the North, your TNP nation must be a WA member. If that is not already the case, you can read here about why and how to change this. Additionally, Keepers of the North do not include members of the North Pacific Army.
What do I gain by being a Keeper of the North?
Below are some of the ways in which being a Keeper of the North benefits your nation.
I'm sold, how do I become a Keeper of the North?
That's great to hear! Becoming a Keeper of the North is very easy.
~ Endorse Delegate Gorundu and all members of the Security Council.
Within 24 hours of doing the above, you will receive a notification confirming your status as a Keeper of the North, and you will be added to all related WADP materials.
Who are the Keepers of the North?
We maintain a daily-updating list of all Keepers of the North. Check to see if your nation is there!

Dignified Diplomacy
Governor-General holds State Dinner for Ambassadors of Greece and Republic of North Macedonia to display friendship amongst the three states
It has taken twenty-five years for Greece and the Republic of North Macedonia (formerly the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia - FYROM) to settle the name-dispute.
The story is epic, in the literal sense that it is long and spans a few generations - some of whom have taken up the fight and others who could not care.
A forced settlement in 2018, between then Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras of Greece and Prime Minister Zoran Zaev of FYROM, ended the dispute between the two countries, formally. However, it started domestic battles for both Prime Ministers. The name had to be passed in Parliamentary votes, and a referendum had to be held in FYROM to change the Constitution to recognise the new name. It goes without saying that both motions passed. Each, however, costed the Prime Ministers - Tsipras losing the general election and being forced onto the opposition benches two months after the settlement.
Now, in a show of diplomacy aimed at promoting friendship and unity, the Governor-General hosted a State Dinner at Government House Yarralumla for the Ambassadors of the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of North Macedonia. In his speech the Governor-General emphasised that the dispute, now settled, allowed the governments and citizens to move forward and attempt to bridge a twenty-five-year gap through friendship and good-will.
"The Commonwealth Federation of Terra Australis is home to many peoples, some are the original custodians of the land; many more emigrated from their nations of birth and now call Terra Australis home. Of those that emigrated, there are Greeks and ethnic Macedonians. For 25 years they have lived, perhaps in resentment of one another, but definitely, not in solidarity or friendship with one another. This is not the way nor is it the story of Terra Australis. Not in 2019. Throughout the 1960's and 1970's Australian attitudes towards Eastern Europeans was not friendly nor tolerant, by any measure or standard. Those that endured, however, have seen the change in attitudes. Now, those very same victims of ethnic and racial abuse fiercely defend the way of life they struggled and fought to attain. They are now the 'Australians' and the new emigrants are the 'other'. We cannot be, at once, Australian, whilst also taking up the mantle to carry on disputes in ancestral homes. Australians are friendly and tolerant people. All Australians. Cultural and ethnic Australians. To this point and purpose, it is essential that our states are seen to be united in friendship; this starts from the highest levels of Executive power before there is any hope of it reaching the citizenry. Whilst the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of North Macedonia may still be facing domestic troubles the very least Australians can do is offer support, and the hand of friendship to both, and hope the two republics do the same for each other in turn. Mr Ambassadors to the Republics of Greece and North Macedonia, I ask you to join me in the task of making this friendship and solidarity a reality here, in our Commonwealth Federation, which will be seen by your respective governments back home and, hopefully, provide a sound blueprint for how to replicate such attitudes there. But if not, then let us embark on the task of having all Australians acting towards each other in ways befitting of one of Australia's most iconic songs: "We are one, but we are many, and from all the lands on earth we come. We share a dream, and sing with one voice: I am, You are, We are Australian."
The conclusion of the Governor-General's speech was met with a standing ovation from all one-hundred domestic and foreign dignitaries. In stunning displays of divergence from 'traditional' values, in their respective speeches the Ambassadors of Greece and North Macedonia iterated their appreciation and commitment to the Governor-General's stated cause stating they would "...stand firm against the voices that would threaten to drive [them] apart..." Hard-right factions, at home and abroad, have already taken to social media to deride the trio for "overstepping" their "Constitutional" boundaries. The Ambassador of Greece is facing calls for his resignation and the Ambassador of North Macedonia is facing calls for his expulsion and subsequent return home to face questioning and disciplinary action. None of which has transpired.
The vast majority of Australians, including ethnic Greeks and Macedonians, however, have applauded the Governor-General and the Ambassadors on their initiative and proactive steps to try and make life, in Australia, as tolerant and egalitarian as possible. "This doesn't mean we don't care about what has happened or continues to happen in Macedonia or in Greece. It just means that we don't have to make their issues our issues. In reality, they're two countries far away from here. We should be looking at what issues Australia faces and be trying to sort out those issues," said one anonymous supporter of the Macedonian Ambassador's involvement.
