Congratulations on the commendation, it's absolutely deserved for being the continuation of one of the most esteemed and ancient discussion regions in all of NS.
I think that self control is the absolute key to unlocking your best life possible. Being able to restrain yourself from irrational desires such as greed, lust, gluttony etc. is very important to accessing real happiness, that is the self-fulfilled happiness that you get from living a productive life that satisfies you. Giving in to desire and temptation will result in a path of addiction, whether it be serious and life threatening such as drugs or alcohol, or something that reduces your intellect and quality of life over time such as phone addiction or eating unhealthy food or constant hookups. Once someone can unlock control over themselves, then they can truly focus on living their life to the fullest and living the human experience by finding love, getting a job you enjoy, and building constructive relationships.

A little more than 3 minutes.
Normally, they go over academic, scholarly, peer-reviewed journals most videos at the end, but this one is allllllllllll action.
This is only if you want to see some of the most magnificent images of our glorious Sun to date...... and see two coronal mass ejections (cme) headed our way. There is so much activity on the surface right now, they are expecting potential tech disturbances, slowed down interwebs, spotty communications. Only about a 5% chance of blackout. The faint edge should be hitting us already and last for the weekend.
That is........... unless the wrong type of wave (or two that could merge) hits us, but those specific statistics are a video (or two) before this one. Check those out too if you want to put your philosophy in to perspective.
This is the same scientist that i have been listening to for years and, interestingly, they have a good survival instinct on top of their science side, it shows at the end of the video. That is another gold star for them in my book.

Amazonian Union I like the idea of potential you mention. Self discipline, I think, is incredibly important: no doubt. And it runs in every theme we mention. Without it, I agree, the way leads to 'madness'.
However, so too is the art of procrastination. Creativity amd sometimes postive stress can really add to productivity. Generally, workimg longer is positively associated with more dolla dolla too (although very often, actually not), as well as added stress. Temptation, as I understand, has never actually led to addiction.
I like the goal of self discipline leading to stability which leads the rest. And in some cases, I absolutely agree. However causality here is almsot always impossible to know. What comes first, the chicken or the egg? Being in a safe relationship may lead to self-discipline for instance. Or by virtue of being in a job, someone is then prompted to be more self disciplined than their personality would otherwise baseline at.
And watching YT and making videos is a very worthwhile goal. The channel has many hits, is popular, and is an interest project. Laughing Hyena make videos and share your passions!!! #PassionAsTheMeaningToLife!! How very Frankl of us all.
