When the airplanes had been sent back, and the seaport disrupted, the ASI, which had sent the initial message, sent an email to the government, eventually reaching the continental board secretary Ayana Naran, who reviewed the computer's suggestions, though understandably, their neighbors didn't take kindly to being told solutions for a problem Otyken was actively creating. She would call the 
Kemonomica DFA.
Meanwhile, Otyken could see some military assets being shifted around. So, a mixed squadron of HALE/MALE drones got dispatched to keep tabs on the situation, remaining in their own airspace out of courtesy.

Ayana Naran: "Apologies for the response of the ASI Production manager. I hope its generated solutions were at least helpful in some fashion. We know that in the past, the region has not been problematic as it operated under stringent environmental regulations; however, recent world events have demonstrated a need to stockpile some equipment for a contingency plan the Board has been drafting. Before calling, I looked through some survey reports, and we can see this is causing a noticeable degradation of Air Quality and pollutants above acceptable levels. The DFA would contact the Prime Minister in having been able to broker a deal with Otyken. The deal would be announced and military personnel would be moved out of the border and the navy and Air Force would halt their operations.
While most of the country was okay with it. Right-Wing nationalists and Residents who lived in the Provinces of Sauvaki and Otarange would be enraged by the deal. Believing that this was a surrender of the government to Otyken and allowing them to pollute the air further and damage their agricultural income by providing rice to Honalulu.
A week or so after the deal had been made. Bombs had been detonated on the railways (either while a train is passing by or not) and bridges leading to Otyken severing ties from the nation. Honalulu has made a statement that it has taken no responsibility for the actions and will be conducting an investigation into the mess.

The news crossed all over Tallasang like a wildfire. The tyrant of the Revolutionary Mechanical States, and the murderer that sentenced all of Seibalath to death. In her vainglory, Senwa Nijuuyon condemned millions to perish through the activation of Melkira's Curse, a rift that decimated nearly ninety-five percent of Eleutheria, turning it into a barren wasteland.
She was thought to have been claimed by the elements following the mutiny of the Eclipsean Guard in Desteryo. That was until… intelligence has been transmitted by the Eclipsean Guard into the remnant states of Eleutheria, revealing that Senwa Nijuuyon was indeed alive.
[Senwa was last recorded to have crossed the border from Grunar in a direction heading eastwards. The patrol that intercepted her upon the route was decimated, this intelligence was gathered from their report. The subject has since then eluded authorities, losing contact through unknown means.]
“Somehow, that bastard is still alive.” Iren Yadima nearly spat out her coffee in the morning, upon hearing the news. Anger swelled up her fists, but strange enough, she then soon felt a hint of excitement. The state that would enact their revenge, execute the murderer of Seibalath will be a prestigious achievement. How cathartic would it be, she thought, to strangle that Pilak with her very own hands.
It might just be a diversion by the Eclipsean Guard to send the rest of the states on their toes, but she wouldn’t pass up such opportunities, even if they were lies. Iren Yadima was a woman of action, conceding national leadership to Solecei was no impediment to her plans for the Republic. The other warlords will likely be on the ground to find Senwa once they heard the news, Iren will not allow them to take the honor of possessing the head of the former Lord-Regent.
“We will be trespassing into the resting place of our peoples, the gravelands.” She announced to a team of paramilitary forces, Unit 261 “Turtlehide”, belonging to the armed wing of the Red Liberation Front. “I will be personally in-charge of the operations at forefront, hunting for the demon that devoured the lives of millions! We do not know the danger that B#$!# still holds, but considering that she single-handedly did all of those in the past… Senwa may as well be able to destroy Tallasang on her own.”
“You? At the front… isn’t this dangerous Miss Chairman?” anxiously spoke out Mercaria, the divination officer of Unit 261. Iren nodded to allow her to continue. “You are a hero of the revolution.. We cannot lose you just in case something goes wrong.”
“I understand the danger of it. But don’t worry, I’m a hero of the revolution, I’m the strongest.” Iren smirked, flashing her teeth to proclaim that even devils like Senwa would not be enough to kill her. “And even then, I have you all to finish the job. ” She added.
“I… well” It was a wasted effort to attempt to change the mind of Yadima, and Unit 261 soon gave their salutes, raising their right hand fist up to their chests. “Nos Sakthuin Aperyi Clas!” (Let blood open our future).
“That’s more how I like it. Young daughters of the republic. We will be taking the train to Ingveld tomorrow, then tracking that wretch by foot. I’ll make sure to meet with our contacts later to provide us with top-notch equipment.” Yadima returned their salutes, and dismissed Unit 261 to prepare.
Whoever claims the life of that murderer will become the victor of this game of cat and mouse. Iren salivated over the prospect of finishing Senwa herself.

After almost ten years of work the Ƚysxḿo'niq Nuclear Power Plant is nearing completion, being almost four years ahead of schedule, and undergoing major security analyses in cooperation with REK to make sure no shortcuts have been undertaken in the construction of such. This project is the culmination of a decade of work by the Confederation to increase its energy output to fit its desires of independence, with many other minor projects such as the wind farms of Ŋołtʿokeq or the "One Tent, One Panel" initiative, aimed at allowing each nomadic family to have its own source of energy in the form of a solar-powered battery. With the economic boom being predicted to end by the middle of the decade, the Confederation has made sure to save up to the last penny in preparation for potential downturns, as well as made sure to build itself a standing ground to avoid being swept by the winds of whim and fate and avoid being tied to foreign powers and eventually depend on them; related to this initiative, as well as to further its market availability and cut on over-relying on certain partners, the Dze have approached the nation of 
Corsera, seeking to establish economic ties and offering to host talks in the capital of Ƚysxḿo'niq as soon as wished by the Corserans should they accept the deal.

Ayana Naran: "Currently moving it would be impossible with over 2.8 million plants; it's an extremely dense area selected because it's a sparsely populated desert with abundant Solar Power. The output levels will return to normal once the quota has been met."
Once the call had been concluded, a debate had been conducted between the Armed Forces, Industry, and Foreign Relations group. On the one hand, they wanted to keep in the good graces of their neighbor, but a more significant Western conflict was a concern that some did harbor; ultimately, the order had been slashed a bit, and the Production ASI generated a report indicating that they would be churning out this level of pollutants for up to 3 years after factoring the cuts, this data was not made known to their Neighbors. The most significant pollutants were a row of coastal factories that 'printed' warships and a cluster of Aircraft factories. The aircraft one was relatively new and hadn't had its processes fine-tuned, causing notable waste and mess, even with compulsive recycling in the disassembler plants.
After a train had been derailed, some of the crew had been airlifted to a hospital in Sulasin via helicopter, and this situation had got them a bit aggravated because it seemed to them counterproductive towards ending the Protocol by causing further delays or shortages of product they may have been acquiring from Honolulu. A construction team had been dispatched to inspect it, perform some cleanup, and begin repairs on it whether they liked it or not. The team had an armed guard around them with several LAVs, Soldiers, and Survey Qauddrones. This could very well be taken as Otykenese soldiers operating in Honolulu without asking, but they are only guarding the bridge crew. They would need to make their promised monthly delivery through alternative means. Various commentators within the board felt they deserved the robotic train to be blown up from the sheer magnitude of issues they are inflicting on Honolulu.

Honalulu Officials were relocated with the Otykenese soldiers and personnel who are working on the train that got derailed. Due to fear of escalating tensions further. Though theories as to if the train contained explosives or not had been circulating around and furthered soured public perception of the Otykenese.
While Otykenese teams worked on the train Honalulu nationalist militias caught word of their forces operating within Honalulu and began skirmishes with them. Government of Honalulu has not made much attempts to curb the radicalism that’s been festering in Sauvaki as they have not built up any leads or a solid foundation as to the leaders behind them.

A shootout had erupted at the repair site area; they were glad to have brought some Light Armored Vehicles and fired several warning shots at the militants, Electrothermal Chemical Enhanced 25mm ripping by or impacting the ground, but surprisingly the Militants did not seem dissuaded, by their odds against the vehicles and the firefight begun for real, several drones monitored the situation workers had been struck and dragged behind the vehicles as the Otykenese Soldiers fired rounds back at the Militants, the Otykenese trying to scare them off not to create a more significant international incident than necessary, simply aiming center mass. A medevac helicopter was called to get the injured workers out who had been shot and moved from the battlezone by one of the LAVs. The shootout soon became stagnant as the Militants couldn't approach the armored vehicles, which had remote turrets, and the Otykenese didn't want to risk injury or international incident to finish this situation.
The drone footage of the situation was sent back to the Honolulu DFA; the Otykenese border security agency has requested that Honolulu deal with its terrorists through their police force before the LAVs are forced to send HE rounds at the Militants. Currently, as it stands, several workers had to be Medevac'd, and a Soldier and the rest seemed fine, with only one taking a plate shot. They didn't have any info on whether they hit any militants or not, as the situation after the warning shots had been chaotic.

When Sauvaki Police Forces caught word of the shootout they came to assist with their weaponry. Though the sight of officers on the scene caused the remaining militias to make a run for it. The firefight between the militias and the Otykenese began to dye down and an active investigation had been pushed by the PSH [Public Safety Honalulu]. Though the House believed that this was an overreach of the Federal Government to conduct an investigation on a province and a waste of taxpayer money. Most of the Conservative Party argued that the provincial government should handle the investigation rather than the PSH.
Though for now the DOD [Department of Defense] stationed a platoon of 36 troops near the Otykenese construction site in order to safeguard the area in case of militia attacks. Though this had further stoked the flames of the militias who now are adamant in the belief that the Government is siding with the Communist South who have been polluting their nation.
Skirmishes have began spreading thin within the coming weeks as the dedicated manpower to the operation started to diminish until the militia group went dark.

Nemoinlanx has historically been an ally of Baltocarpathia. Ever since the research agreement saw Baltocarpathia build a naval fleet for them in exchange for genetics research, the two countries have had positive relations. This would extend to the people as well, as one of our naval fleets and several detachments of soldiers had spent quite a lot of time docked in port there, getting to know the native peoples and their customs. Their offer to buy drones and robots for the defense of the Emoire would only further bolster goodwill between us. We would buy:

Citizens were not happy that people were coming back having been shot during a repair session. The armored vehicles had been restocked, and the troopers got some more munitions after the numerous shootouts that had occurred. Otyken had incurred some casualties, including some civilian workers. The Otykenese Soldiers had been surprised to see Honolulu forces here; many had never seen people from outside their country, let alone a different Sapient Species. Otyken was mostly Totalitarian; therefore, censorship was rife. Otyken had also brought the larger MALE/HALE drones across the border to circle over the construction zone and moved in some more heavy machinery to get the train wreckage out and speed up repairs.
Later, the continental board sent a transmission to Honolulu indicating that the elevated output would 'only' remain active for three years to finish an assortment of Planes and Warships. The actual effects on the environment have been significantly downplayed in an appended report. With the shootout ending, the estimated time for the railway to be operational again was listed as ~1.5 months, mentioning that they will be operating for that long and keep Honolulu posted if any changes to that repair timeline occur.

A few Honulite soldiers were injured in the skirmishes the militiamen conducted on the Otyken position. Though once Otyken soldiers and workers were done the soldiers went back to base.
With the Continental Board indicating that the pollution will not cease until 2004-2005. Honalulu’s government pleads them to either set up some infrastructure to minimize the pollution coming out of the southernmost of their nation or come up with other solutions to mitigate the issue as the Government believes this will have detrimental effects on their mainland populace and nearby islands, especially on developing children.
Though given how adamant the Government of Otyken seems to be on producing whatever they may be manufacturing in their factories. The Prime Minister doesn’t seem that they can budge the Otyken government. Leading to a slow souring of relations as Honalulu’s Minister of Foreign Affairs makes daily contact to try and get the pollution down.
With an already disgruntled population protesting on the air quality in the Great Rothenake Halls. A rise of fanatical ideologies such as monarchism and fascism that oppose the leftist technocratic government of Otyken and believe that the Honalulu government must have a strong arm in order to keep its citizens safe. Though these sentiments remained in mainland where a proper education system was lacking and wages were not as high as those on the islands.
The Army has been sent to deal with any potential secessionists who wish for their provinces to become independent from the rest of Honalulu. MP’s from the Mainland Provinces start missing meetings or show up to meetings were they would strong arm the Islands made up of mostly liberal voters. Either to try and pass tariffs on Otyken products or to make it more expensive to buy raw material from Honalulu. These legislations have so far failed but have been gaining more and more traction as the months go by and more conservatives start to have a distaste towards their neighbor. Many are uncertain if the Republic can last as the mainland folks become more divided from the folks residing on the islands. And the general buildup in tensions between Honalulu and Otyken is beginning to make the two nations relations with each other unstable.

Otyken didn't budge on the 3-year timeline. However, once the train was repaired, the soldiers moved back, with occasional drone patrols along the rail length to prevent further incidents; the Otykenese Airforce did not ask for permission to do these operations. Soon, the board was informed of the situation starting to boil over, adamant to finish their project. Still, they decided to do something about it, weighing the risk of the Honolulites attacking the factories versus helping out. Otyken, at long last, took action to smooth things over...
Along the border, Otyken created strange silos which captured atmospheric carbon and other pollutants to produce ethanol and filter out other stuff, excess graphite blocks are sent to laboratories to be processed into diamonds and other things. Setting up the silos had taken a few months, and they had to run some high-voltage power cables from the nearest solar farm to activate them, and trucks would do rounds moving the Ethanol tanks to gas stations across Otyken. A large military force had been dispatched to protect the Silos, perhaps a bit insulting to the Honolulu intelligence, worrying that they would think these were making things worse and try to blow them up.
More peculiar still was a large trench lined with cheap polycarbonate had been dug by some remote-controlled excavators and pumped with water; later, some green sludge was dumped in, and they kept digging these trenches and adding sludge. Some robots had also illegally crossed the border to conduct cleanups, such as filtering forever chemicals. Otyken had also increased the food donations partially to try and make Honolulu more dependent or simply as a show of goodwill, but the packages included thousands of tons of stuff and some medicines; this time, it was more than just rice and included products from the Otyken No-name brand.

Honalulu’s Government would slowly warm up with the recent activities Otyken has been doing along the border trying to bring less air pollution into the country. Though while this was a step in the direction there were concerns of a large military presence building up around these areas.
Not to mention the large exports of rice and other products has greatly reduced prices to the point where while the consumers were able to reduce their spending, farmers and the likes were having a hard time making capital.
Coming to the point where wealthy farmers who had descended from nobility have began lending out loans to lower class farmers in order to bring them to debt and take their liabilities. That being their farmland.
Eventually Organized Crime Mobs were hired to carry out the dirty work of loan sharks and siphon money out of farmers as much as possible along with smuggling in tractors, mechanical equipment, fertilizers, and other agricultural products from other nations in order to bolster the wealthy farmers production of crops.
This has led to an increase of poverty in the mainland with the Prime Minister and many protectionist to do something about the situation. The DNR [Department of National Resources] has went to the House to establish a new Crown Corporation in order to manage and facilitate the storing and inventory of products so as to not overflow the market with goods.
The Honalulu Commission for Agri-Aquaculture Produces [HCAAP] was made to manage the outflow and inflow of produces within and outside the country. If there was more output that would decrease the cost of food then the commission would begin to stockpile food or donate it to NPO and perhaps other countries. If these was less output that would increase the cost then food will be released into the market to sell.
Market liberalists would oppose these as believing that this was too socialist. Though the vote would pass with 138 For; 121 Against; 7 Abstain.
Prime Minister Kaai had plans to draft in a National Policy in which the centerpiece of it would be an aggressive import tax on all Otykenese products. In which it would keep cheap Otykenese products out of Honalulu to promote a strong homegrown manufacturing and agricultural industry.
2 Batallions from the army were deployed by the DoD in response to the recent military buildup along the border. Eyes were kept on any robots and drones would be monitored so that they don’t try to do any funny business.

A New Millennia
Elendë: home of the elves. Located in the northwest on the continent of Vesparia, the elfhome stretches from the Taur-i-Melegyrn rainforests of the northern shores southward along the forested Echoron Mountain Range down to the dual great lakes of Ermatos and Nenlindalë. As beautiful as it is diverse, these lands have been occupied by the Elda, or elves, for the past 7,000 years. These people were portrayed as majestic and fair beings who lived in a magical harmony with the nature around them, and about 3,000 years ago, this perception would have held true.
The rise of the first unified elven kingdoms around 900 BCE, shattered this false perception as silver warriors marched from their forested homelands and carved a path through western Vesparia. It would take a union of seven kingdoms and tribes to stop the march of the elves at the great lakes of Ermatos and Nenlindalë. The declaration of the First Empire of Eldamar in 875 BCE would solidify the elves as a major political and economic entity in the region.
Since the First Empire of Eldamar was declared by the first Emperor of Elves, Ara-Tir Tarquenion, Elendë has surged and receded under dozens of political entities, sometimes as a unified imperial state, and sometimes as disparate elven kingdoms. In recent history, the elf-folk of the land have suffered under a century of disunity and humilitation known as the Atyavelicingolë.
In this time spanning from the fall of the Second Empire of Eldamar in 1891 to the formation of the Third Empire in 1974, Elendë would find itself under the rule of shifting kingdoms and duchies. During this time, the people of Elendë suffered from the influence of enemies both internal and external. From the collapse of numerous elven duchies and kingdoms and subsequent deportation of elven people throughout the late 19th- and early 20th-centuries to the turmoil of the First and Second Velicingolë in 1915 and 1927 respectively to the rise of liberalism and resurgence of Eldamarin nationalism from 1930s to 1950s, the resurgence of an Eldamarin state was guaranteed by the late 1950s.
Under the leadership of the King of Eldamar, Elrondrion, the Ealotesto Conference of 1969 established the foundation for a new elven state. Initially joined by 23 elven kingdoms, duchies, and principalities, the Eldamar Confederation dominated regional politics throughout the early 1970s and loosened political and cultural borders between the different states. A second conference on unification - the Conference of Amanrath - in 1973 saw twelve additional elven states join the confederation. Just a year later, King Elrondrion proclaimed the Third Empire of Eldamar and was crowned Emperor of Elves: Ara-Tir Elrondrion.
By elven standards - and human ones - the Eldamarin state is still incredibly young. The state continues to struggle with cultural integration, modernization, and the centralization of its many former constituent states. Nationalism rides high amongst the elven population as calls for the reconquest of former elven lands bring radicals to the National Congress. Radicalism still rides high amongst certain groups within the state with the most notable being the Govannists (communists), Angannists (fascists), and Aldahosts (environmentist radicals).
Whether the current moderate government can keep its grip on power may determine the fate of Eldamar and perhaps the whole of Vesparia. That is, if the Emperor of Elves doesn't act first.

Before a massive crowd, the flag of the TCA would be raised in front of the Imperial Palace. In a speech delivered by her imperial majesty, Kaiserine Alice III with a shaky hand would announce an open invitation for all monarchies of the world, be they absolute, parliamentary, or democratic, to join the TCA and to form a bastion of stability in a changing world. Led by the Emperor of Averius and the Kaiserine herself, peace and defense of monarchy world wide would be at the forefront of the Alliance, with Alice making further promises to defend the sovereignty of nonmember states that engage in close relations with Baltocarpathia, starting with 
Allessia, making the total list of defended nations up to 2 including Nemoinlanx.

Otyken seemed indifferent to the economic struggles they were causing; with them not having any free markets to speak of, more was always good.
The robots seemed harmless and came in various shapes, sizes, and functions.
