Eftania will be helping keeping track of the currencies, as the two governmentys agreed earlier
RP: Communique
Anheldac's Foreign Office quietly welcomed the invitation to expand communication with Sodor and Seljaryssk. A diplomatic entourage would be prepared to travel beyond the watchful eyes of neighboring monarchies for a meeting.
RP: The Prophets of Automation
In the light of current world affairs, the Board was somewhat astonished at numerous humdrum nations emerging out of the woodwork and mobilizing entire divisions over a simple border skirmish; though secretly Otyken has been instigating an escalation, the notion of several nations showing up seemed asinine and vastly out of proportion from what was sent. It would seem that the West would boil over at the slightest chance to get in on some violence, no matter how small, the monarchies seen as bloodthirsty animals by the Board. However, this may be simply a product of the leadership rather than the citizens. Better yet, maybe they were terrified and sending soldiers at the issue.
Hyper Industrialism Protocol
Waiving some environmental restrictions in a region, the nation would start setting up some more Autofabs that have been tuned for making military vehicles and equipment, and this would also include some Naval Shipyard Fabricators and additional infrastructure equipment to handle the movement of material spools, chemical stocks, and various components. To increase resilience, the ASI that manages this would decentralize the industrial base to provide high operational capacity should various locations become out of commission.
These measures are being taken preemptively as a result of rapid escalation abroad. As it stands, the armed forces were wonderful as is but would not be able to assist across the ocean at the level Otyken would like; therefore, with a colossal industrial base at the ready, they can churn out equipment should the time come and can run some ASI/Q-CAD models to optimize the assembly lines, supply lines, and robotics. Creating large caches of Jet fuel and Fuel for war machines would take the balanced production/consumption budget into excess.
New mines and assorted automated processing plants would also need to be created. The Technate prides itself on having as little human intervention in its processes as possible through excessive use of robotics, with the role of humans mostly being analysts or monitoring the systems and approving components the system purchases for itself; some large swathes of land are expected to be remade into industrial wastelands.
Running Exercises
Otyken has additionally begun running some Naval and Airforce exercises out on the eastern isles with several Submarine flotillas, destroyers, frigates, and a Battlecruiser taken out of mothball accompanied by logistics, support, and transport equipment. Some of them do live fire tests, and the airbases fly Aircraft frequently.
Summoning Space Dolphins
Otyken, on one of its largest mountains, constructed a large dish for sending out radio signals and has since launched various large telescopes into space for charting space and sending signals out to Dolphin UFOs in a religious-like fashion; some of these messages could be picked up by SIGINT which all sounded like Computer generated dolphin languages. Otyken has 14 active Spaceports and numerous decentralized factories for producing re-useable rockets and payloads to clutter space with satellites. The Technate also created various bleeding edge radar arrays across the country for "tracking UFO stealthcraft". The array was probably a vast early warning system for ballistic missile threats or aircraft. Belief in aliens is an extremely rife thing within the nation.
Package (In the works)
Otyken has begun preparing another aid package for Kulkkistan, this will take several months to assemble. The grand assembly of overreacting dastards will make transporting covertly difficult.

A: First post in Ages. Good time of day to all. I am gradually getting back into RP since my return to the region, progress depends on the hiatus. I'll try to collab whenever I can, while completing the country lore. For the time being I'll be posting occasional short stories for those who sort of enjoy reading. Here is the first excerpt.
RP: The Department
Time of writing 7:00, 19 Lotow, Year 371 NE; the document was titled 'Overview of positional artillery warfare'.
With due consideration to the battlefield reports, over the past 3 years, the intensification of artillery exchanges in border areas has forced us to re-evaluate our doctrinal methods of positional battle. Decentralized fire support battalions coupled with new developments in recon allow our forces to exploit an unbridled advantage in counter-battery response. Furthermore, the council of deputies of railroads and logistics have moved forward with the computerization initiative at the behest of the author of this dispatch. Bearing in mind the overview, as well as the aforementioned document #737A and #563, we must beware, that despite our apparent advantages, our trend towards the current method of warfare will lead to a dangerous precedent. Expanded upon in 737A, the ministry of arms, in regards to the ministry of chemical production has already outlined the growing deficit of propellant. The indecisive nature of the ongoing conflict has also diluted our military regulations, therefore, it is not impossible to perceive total loss of initiative within the near future.
Colonel Bolatoul Karpo Kono
The typewriter stopped, the slate gray paper latched in its place for the final time. The officer got up from his desk, taking the document with him. He walked a short distance to the adjacent table, the carpet dulling the sound of his black high boots.
“Comrade General.” he said, in his usual nonchalant tone. Before him sat a man of wise years, his gray work surface much tidier than his subordinate's, save for a pile of paperweights.
His uniform displayed an epoch long gone. The only pristine detail, the crimson collar patches with three stars. For all the respect this man presented, not a single medal was to show for it. In the past he excused this seeming lack of prestige as a dislike of the weight the medals put on his chest. Besides, they disrupted his visual appeal, so he would say. Of course, Karpo knew this wasn’t true, the General's intolerance for disorder was only matched by an absurd humbleness. The old man took the page without saying a word, stamping it and returning it to his subordinate. The General’s daily routine was filled to the brim with this plainness, as if writing his own dispatches wasn’t enough. Many reports from outside their office would be filed on his desk, he swore that with every adjutant visiting he would sink deeper in his chair. A few moments later, the secretary came in to collect the folder of documents on the General’s table. His gaze shifted towards her immediately, soft excitement in his eyes.
“Good morning.” she announced with a warm smile. A middle aged woman in a gray-green themed army dress. She placed a stark white cup of coffee on his desk. His face brightened a bit, “Thank you Emilia.” Meanwhile, she took the opportunity to even out the gold name plate on his desk. Lieutenant-General Klepper Perrus Kzierwovich, it read. Afterwards, she handed a second cup to Karpo, who took it in both hands and walked to the window. The secretary left the room with the documents, gently closing the door.
“They’ll throw it in the pending pile like usual” muttered General Perrus, he shifted in his seat and sipped the beverage. “They nod and then move on to more ‘important’ events, those nomenclature paper pushers.”, he continued.
The colonel didn’t reply, he was overlooking the snowy streets with its bustle of public transport and honest working citizens going about their day. The army administration building was isolated by a concrete wall with razor wire. Nothing of note lay around it aside from the consulate building and antique residential structures. To the north of them he could observe the square with its elegant Obelek architecture and the statues honoring the revolution of 290.
Perrus didn’t let up.
“We need to get the current high command to accept you, maybe that way we can bring change…” he trailed off, “But change is not what they want, they’ve grown too accustomed to their own reflections. That’s all they care to look at on a daily basis.” He scoffed, and drank his coffee.
Karpo nodded as he mouthed a cigarette, there was nothing to add really, for better or for worse they were in the same boat. One, an old guard, unflinching from his proletariat loyalty. The other, simply too stubborn and young to conform. Karpo drew on his smoke, as a column of troops passed below.

RP: A Last Chance
Seeking a last chance effort to seek a peaceful resolution to the international situation on the Kulkkistan-Baltocarpathia Border. A peace summit is proposed for all involved parties to attend in order to seek a peaceful solution before any more lives are lost. The Second Empire of Averius proposes it to take place in Averius's own Imperial Central District, but also clarifies that it is by no means the only option.

Having gained the trust of the Tori during her visit in 2283, the Princess of the Dzeioi wasted no time in making sure her oath, and by extension the oath of her people, to this potential ally was fulfilled. Barely two months after departing she was back in the lands of Torimia, bringing with her the promised offerings, soon to be aid, that she had sworn to the Khanum; many individual objects of note could be singled out, such as the one hundred custom-made bulletproof vests designed for the Tori, capable of stopping most, if not all, modern rounds from causing lethal injuries from many ranges and gifted to the Khanum's royal guard; other objects of note would include the various support vehicles, such as medical and engineering vehicles, of Distanic design that the Dzeii Armed Forces would gift to the theocratic nation, with manuals translated to their language on their usage and maintenance, as well as the offer of bringing Military Atacheés to help the Il-Saakan master the machines and, of course, plenty of spare parts should the machines break down.
With these gifts came also further offers for the Khanum to consider, such as more...lethal military equipment, infrastructural aid and more, all paid out of the Confederation's own pocket and meant as gifts of kindness, rather than binding shackles. Not only that, but two years later an invitation from Tsotʿaan Ƚysxalx̣ himself would be delivered to the Dürmiin Ordon for the Khanum to visit the lands of their potential benefactors and discuss the potential of a complete, bilateral alliance of some sort, for it is life's greatest curse that Nomads be bound to conflict amongst themselves, and it is the self-appointed job of the Dze to make sure such curse is lifted.
In the past three years since the renewal of the friendship with the The Distanic Confederacy, the nation has quickly risen to become one of the greatest allies of the Dze, quickly filling the gaps of the Agloolan retreat and the slow stagnation of trade with nations such as Ribbonia, Eldamar or Atraland. The expansion of the factories at Ƚysxḿo'niq has by now been completed and the Confederation not only now boasts a decent production of ammunition and small arms, but a humble native heavy industry, mostly dedicated to making Distanic artillery and light vehicle models, as the cooperation between Ńaćtunçoq and the Distanic Military Complex deepens, it is expected that this heavy industry expands with it. Alongside these developments, the nation has sought to begin experimenting with the design of native models of firearms and support equipment such as vests and helmets, hoping that, if successful, this triggers the spark of innovation in engineering and manufacture that the nation has wished to create for so long.
Perhaps its greatest, yet most aloof ally. Such is the way the Empyrium of Ryuvir was percieved by much of the dzeii administration until recently, yet after the negotiations conducted between the Ministrix of Foreign Affairs Rčn Fůyuč and Prime Minister Zhu Yixian, it has been clear that such perspective no longer holds truth. Many great ships leave from Ŋołtʿokeq and headed towards Yuhai, carrying all sorts of dzeii goods to be sold at ryuviric markets, whilst the forges of industry are now boosted by the rare metals traded by the Confederation's eastern ally, particularily the arising, yet very small, microchip industry that has been made possible by the presence of the Ontes Clan and the population of Sprites within Ŋołtʿokeq itself.
With the War in The outer union scouting squadron having concluded many years ago, its lessons have since permiated to all corners of the Dzeii Armed Forces' doctrines and strategies. With over 14,000 individual Dzeioi serving in the conflict, it helped to remind the younger generations of the strifes of their sires and ancestors, who would also help the returning men re-adapt to civilian life in a smoother manner from a place of understanding. It has served to fully expose the Confederation to the realities of what a war with a technologically advanced nation would look like and the costs, all of them, involved as well as helping the upper echelons of the military figure out what parts of their planned modernization work and which ones don't. Priority has since been to balance out the branches of the military, with the navy and airforce no longer playing second fiddle to the land branches; with such an approach it is hoped that, as the milennia begins its dawn, the Confederation will be able to brace itself before the rays and bask in the sunlight, rather than be pushed off to linger in the shadows.
After certain events befalling the Continental branch in Baltocarpathia during the past decade, with many agents' lives being compromised by unforeseen interventions, the company has silently approached AshTech Industries to see if...negotiations regarding a proposed "Gentlemen's Agreement" as well as other topics of concern for the Continental, many of which the enterprise has avoided discussing both due to a lack of interest and due to a lack of intel on who these new arrivals were; both obstacles now being no more, the Manager of the baltocarpathian branch has decided to act now, in hopes of avoiding a potential public spillover that could happen if the disonance between both companies is not resolved.

- Roleplay Void Notice
Sorry good sir though unfortunately budgeting and taxations simply do not work by hiking up taxes to high amounts and then also lowering wages on prisoners. With that amount of taxes suddenly implemented you can have lower disposable income circulating around the economy and go into a depression as well as having to go into taking on debt in order to bail out corporations or stop the economy from spiraling out of control. The only industry that may not be impacted that much will be the military industrial complex and associated industries that work around them. Though even then they may also struggle as the economy collapses.
Second post is really just godmodding. Deploying that amount of drones without proper buildup as well as that many planes is simply just a pure logistical hell. It’s just throwing a bunch of stuff and expecting no problems from it.
Anyways given that these are acts to try and strong arm roleplayers just to assert dominance without any story being driven or narration. I’m gonna have to void this.

RP Defensive Coordinates
The 71st division would receive updates regarding their request to assist in a defensive position. As such, the Averian forces would be assigned to a fortification line on the outskirts of Kryvia where even though no attack has come recently, one may due to its relatively open environment
RP Oil Tycoon
Many Oil platforms, as promised to Allessia’s companies for the Emperor’s support, would transfer to their new owners smoothly. The native corporations would have to build new drilling platforms in order to catch up, or drill inland, but with Government assistance, the deal went off without too many issues
RP Farmers Only
The Farming and Agriculture sect of Baltocarpathia’s economy was world class, and the crops produced often found their way on grocery store shelves across the world. That being said, many farmers here plant wheat crops, root crops, and vegetables and are not as big on cash crops. Many would be willing to buy exclusively from Allessia
RP Industrial Expansion
Automotive, textile, and electronic manufacturing corporations would flock to Allessia to begin building new branches of these companies overseas. With further expansion not just into RedPepper but also now a second large nation, the economic prospects are mouth watering to the board members. This benefit isn’t one sided either, as unemployment and poverty rates will drop in any area the build new plants.

RP: Aggression came to an end?
After we negotiated with Kulkkistan, we got told, that they are not planning to invade any monarchist nations, so we are stopping the blockade. We hope that Kulkkistan didn't lie to us.
RP: The Great Eftanian Depression
After government lied about the numbers (made them like 1000 times more than they actually are) of investment and started enfrocing empolyment, people in eftania started protesting agaist the government. Unemployed people shot the government officials who delivered the employment cards to them. Many forts became independant. People stopped paying their taxes. There is alot of work to be done to restabilize the nation.
OOC note: i am currently working on overhauling eftania and its stats. Especially economy and army count
Anheldac, Baltocarpathia, and Allessia
RP Corporate Expansion
To grant Eftaania the 200,000 assault rifles, and hundreds of artillery guns, payment would be received in the form of land grants to Prussian companies big and small which would go forth and set up new buisnesses in Eftaania. This would like before, help both of us, by lowering poverty and unemployment in Eftaania and by boosting the stock value of all companies involved

RP: Getting ready... Foodwise
With a rebuilding process underway, The most important factor for the people being simply food secured which was struggling throughout the many areas of the former Republic held grounds. However former Empire grounds have many fields that luckily yields quite the surplus... Which funny thing- SOME Empire politicians denied the government access as they believe that they are not represented in government... Which was gladly responded with 'Wanna play like this? Okay... Okay...' and out of nowhere announced a purge in many Empire held grounds with arrests with ties from the old Empire. After that, they held Emergency elections with many members of the Independent and Non-Aligned factions as temporary members until the general elections. Then, Impose some quotas to have them meet and they where fairly easy as this was a near seven year plan to increase production and slowly food would start to become a better situation.
RP: The Zoo; April, 2001
The Second Empire of Averius has declared that it will be opening its largest Prison, the 'Zoo' to house anti-monarchist and pro-communist criminals from any monarchist country that desires a place away from their own nations to house such prisoners. The Zoo is the largest prison in the Empire, whose name was derived from how feroocious its prisoners were. The name, itself came into being because of a comment a human noble made when the Prison was built. The exact details, including location, prisoner population, and structural details, are being withheld by the Empire's government. Part of what makes the prison so secure is the secrecy around its location.

~Bothersome Meeting~
The AshTech representative of Der Nagel Und Hammer Branch in Baltocarpathia would hear of the request for a meeting. AshTech Industries would not know of this 'Continental' the man cites to be from, and thus they reply with wariness and distrust.
They agree to meet this... 'Continental', whatever they claim to be. Given how discreetly they were approached, Director Selene deduces they must be some kind of an underground organization in Baltocarpathia, whose interests seems to come to butt heads against that of the Corporations.
However, it is to be on their grounds, within one of the buildings owned by the megacorporation, carefully handpicked to avoid for any potential blindspots from exterior assassination attempts, with increased security patrols. The AshTech personnel are very serious with their security.
Whoever will come, they are advised that they will be searched and stripped from their weapon before let through to meet the person in charge of the Baltocarpathian branch.
Of course, it will be given back on return.
RP | Defensive Militarism
With Amberleaf returning back to a more isolationist status, worries have surfaced that the non-engagement of its military would lead to its deterioration and leave Amberleaf vulnerable the more time passed. Since the Amberlevian public seemed to have lost its taste for blatant imperialism, something else had to fill the void. Suggestion was to use its military resources to instead shield friendly and ideologically aligned nations from external threats. The proposition passed Parliament with 73% and Populus with 68%, despite pacifists threatening to come to peoples houses and blatantly refusing to punch them in the face.
Seeing that both Seibalath and Kulkkistan are currently of limited economic might, Amberleaf wishes to strengthen them to withstand the regional threat of aligned monarchies, which Amberleaf had officially dubbed "The Incest Bloc". Amberleaf offers each nations 100 billion $ worth of investment to help building up their economies to a more robust level. In addition to that, to protect their investment, Amberleaf requests to station its military in the country to shield it against any external threats. The military's purpose was of exclusively defensive nature.
Amberleaf attempts to establish cooperative ties in the region with Seibalath and Kulkkistan. It also proposes similar offers to Anheldac.
Amberleaf would additionally take on the task of defending trade routes leading to the nation against any attempt to blockade from Baltocarpathia, Averius, Eftaania, and any other nation attempting to meddle in Amberlevian affairs.
RP: Furthering Diplomacy
Otyken would send another transmission to Anheldac with some neatly itemized diplomatic requests; it would seem that the prompt response to the out-of-the-blue oil request was well met.
1. Officiate Airport/Seaport Access Anheldac, this will be mutual. Anheldac planes can land for refueling and maintenance at Otykenese airports, and ships can go to designated dockyards for fuel and repairs. Both parties, of course, would compensate one another fairly.
2. Mutual Embassies, Otyken has prepared a plot in the capital city.
3. Potentially create a Land Data Cable to Anheldac in the future, but until then, we can open the nation to our Satellite Network.
Additionally, Otyken would like your input on a project of potentially modernizing and expanding upon a joint railroad from Anheldac through Kulkkistan to the sea for a faster connection to move product. We will need to open more channels with Kulkkistan before an official proposal for this can be drafted; however, we wish to gauge your interest in such a project.
Please reach out if you have any additional items, would like to amend the request, or wish to meet with a diplomat.
RP: Sun Baked Plutonium Sludge
Location: Sulasin Province (Southern Desert)
The Hyper-Industrialization of the Desert region has been active for many years. Still, since the activation of the protocol to create some military equipment because of supposedly rising tensions nearby, the area has become even worse. Going from a balanced production to unparalleled excess to stockpile things in subterranean warehouses in central otyken.
The region consists of 2,800,000 production plants, most of which are highly/fully automated Auto-Fabricators; the region crisscrosss with railways to move products and several highways, large solar farms, and Nuclear powerplants cover swathes of land in addition to massive mines that, when exhausted, become nuclear waste dumping grounds for whatever can't be recycled. Even military bases and arrays of defenses to keep the industry safe. This region has more robots living in it than people. Workers that commute here via bullet train or stay in some of the CBRN Urbanates need to wear protective equipment when going outside. This was not for lack of trying to clean the area; fields of carbon capture silos produce some Ethanol from pollution, and plenty of dedicated robots do their best to clean up the region, but with so much stuff packed into the area, it just kept it barely livable. This region is located on the border of Kemonomica, and the adverse effects on other nations nearby have not been accounted for by the ASI that manages the production operations, whose directive was to protect Otyken from the hazards.

RP: Response
There is no blockade in kulkkistan. If you will militarize this region, we will shoot you up like a little dog. We have better equipment than your little ant army. We are having severe instability issues, but we are still able to defeat your little nations you low-creatures.
RP | Yawn
The Amberlevian response to Eftaania is simply a letter with the italicized words "Yawn".
RP: Sanctions Lifted
Given a general intent of de-escalation in the Kulkkistan issue, the Empire has decided to lift most of the economic sanctions, limiting the sanctions only to military weapons, ammunition, and equipment, but sanctions on the civilian sector have been lifted. The Empire has also decided to offer loans to businesses and people in Kulkkistan if they promote harmony with and recognition of the sovereignty of monarchies.

The rampant pollution from Otyken has hit the province of Sauvaki. A mostly rural province with no major cities but are heavily reliant on farming, especially without no mechanization to aid in the production of more crops. Air pollution has started to affect the populace with many farmers having increase respiratory illnesses as well as children developing asthma or in the worst case bronchitis. Locals are told to stay indoors as much as possible but either the message didn’t go out across the entire province or simply ignored as its impossible to stay indoors when their farms need tending.
The DoH (Department of Health) began distribution of masks to as many residence as possible along with setting up temporary hospitals in remote parts of the province.
Minister Keana Loni has reached out to Otyken citing concerns of the environmental impact that their increase of production in the south has led to. As well as the current increase of respiratory illnesses popping up across the Sauvaki Province due to the air pollution being pumped out from the Southern parts of Otyken and concerns of it spreading out to major populations centers in Honalulu.
Minister would wish to conduct dialogue or negotiations with Otyken to reduce the pollution being pumped out of the Sulasin Province in Otyken.
RP: Sunbaked Plutonium Sludge II
A response was quick, the reason why became evident not long after, for a message had been sent not by a person, but by the ASI that manages the Production in Sulasin and a wide array of aspects within the Industrial Desert region, the computer was not the strongest Super Intelligence in Otyken at ~5 ZettaFLOPs it was however distinguished by an abnormally high amount of Qubits at its disposal for optimizing processes.
"Thank you for your message, this region is managed by me, I have been instructed to maximize Industrial output as per the Hyper-Industrialization Protocol which has taken effect, I am only required to keep the Pollution within this region or away from the Otykenese assets, therefore your nation is out of scope for my project.
I will provide some advice on how to lessen the impact of the industry:
- Please install Carbon Capture or Atmospheric cleaning silos near the border or to safeguard population centers.
- Increase your clean air by establishment of Photobioreactors (Algae).
- Install adequate filtration systems in homes and in treatment plants and rivers.
- Release Genetically Modified Organisms or Robots to do routine cleaning.
Application of these principles will ensure a happy and healthy environment regardless of our activities across the border. Thank you and if you have any further inquiries please send an e-mail."
RP: The Zoo, Part II; May, 2001
The Second Empire of Averius has received some questions about the Zoo. No person has been able to find a prison with that actual name because the term 'The Zoo' is a nickname for the prison and not its actual name. The prison, itself was built decades ago and has been running successfully for decades as well. The prison's choice to open its doors to a new type of prisoner, those who would normally be executed for Treason, was inspired due to the success of the existing program. The exact opening and construction dates are classified, but so is the exact dates of operation.
OOCRP:
This RP Post is because one person started arguing over the meanings in the original Zoo post, despite the meanings being quite clear. Instead of starting an argument there because he refuses to beleive he is wrong, I have instead made the above 'The Zoo, Part II' post, to resolve the matter.
