The Empire has volunteered forces from the 7th Reserve Army, preparing the 71st Division, along with enough equipment, weapons, ammunition and other supplies to last three months. Depending on the situation, the other 9 divisions of the 7th Reserve Army can also be sent, but that would have to wait. Once final confirmation has been received from the Baltocarpathian government, the volunteers can be sent. It is also clarified that as it is not an invasion, some barracks will need to be arranged and a schedule to ship the forces or send them by plane will need to be arranged.

RP | Who needs an Absurdillian Number of Tanks?
Always having had a highly militaristic culture, Amberleaf had produced itself a very high stock of military equipment. Yet it recently switched from constant international military involvement back to a more isolationist take on things. Being a well-armed island-nation made Amberleaf an almost impossible to invade and highly secure nation. This meant the overly large military built up was now highly overkill and meant wasteful maintenance. There was need for downscaling. The plan was to sell the surplus of equipment to other nations, with the additional bonus of supporting preferential ideological causes.
The decision to demilitarize was passed in the Parliament with 69% and in the popular vote with 73% approval. The only major party against the decision was Silver Thorns. They had put immense energy into a campaign before the vote. They warned that the pacifists just wanted to demilitarize, so that they could come unhindered to your house and personally steal your cake.
Seeing the current conflicts of Kulkkistan & 
Baltocarpathia, there was an opportunity. The conflict likely provided great need for more military power. Amberleaf had mixed feelings for Baltocarpathia. They had been allies in the past, but Amberlevian culture mostly shunned Baltocarpathia's aristocratic system. Amberleaf held a very strong anti-monarchist stance, which made them ideologically more sympathetic towards Kulkkistan. Amberleaf therefore offered to sell military equipment to the nation, supporting its anti-monarchist ambitions.

RP: Earthenworks
Following the recent and rapid militarization along the Anheldac-Averius border, Parliament has allocated additional finances to shore up and expand defensive works in the national south. While the budget does not exist for a massive singular Line construction, an interwoven set of defensive works relying in part on natural terrain features is the crux of the project. The first bout of modernization is expected to take several years, and targets works not only on the border itself, but further inland as well. The end goal of the program is a perpetually increased state of readiness in the region. In addition, reporters note increased training frequency amongst local minuteman forces in the An Dak and Llan Republics, as well as the Hul.

Seeing that the northern border may be a centerpoint of some diplomatic problems, the Empire has invited a delegation from Anheldac to visit the Empire to discuss diplomacy, recent events, and potentially trade.
RP: The Situation is getting Heated, Up North
As the situation along the Kulkkistan-Baltocarpathia border is heating up, additional ammunition and supplies is being allocated and sent to the monarchist forces, including artillery shells, MANPADS, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-tank guns, anti-tank ammunition, and anti-tank RPG launchers and munitions, all from the reserves of the Second Empire of Averius. Once the volunteers being sent arrive, in Baltocarpathia, the Empire's instructions are clear that they need to set up heavy border fortifications to protect the border.

The Commonwealth, eager to preserve peace for all in the region, accepted the offer. A diplomatic entourage, led by the Foreign Secretary Dyladin Qqas, would depart Shulfiras by train, making the journey south through the Hul until crossing the border, then onto the Imperial District. With them they brought hopes of peace and mutual existence.

After all said than done, Many things happen at time when everything was said and done- With the pressing being the current infrastructure. The plans have seen quite the shift in what would become a large rebuilding process, which many believe was the right choice and path. The government passed Resolution 01-A with Unanimous decision on both chambers which authorized the Federally owned construction, along with national construction, with a small plead as well to the International Committee Construction companies to rebuild important poor regions while fixing affected regions and also stabilizing unaffected regions as they did offer nearly 55% of the Iron and Metal surplus. For many- This would be basically the need to have a startup as nearly 7 construction startups began and started to take the idea.
Secondly, The unemployment problem made the economy take a huge hit but slowly relieved with startup companies but it wasn't enough to curve it. So the government would activate National Code A - Section 6 which was taking over 20% of the companies and slowly started to hire some of those people to some positions which mostly where Essential works like Cashiers, Maintenance, Mechanics, Nurses/Doctors, Stockers, Truckers/Drivers, and such to make this problem be easier to deal with.

It has been nearly 12 years since Krystal Fox was in power, No elections under her happened and some was literally between the Rebel party of the Union and the Pre-Generational Party which: 1. It was on minor local elections but 2. BOTH parties have allegiance to Krystal during said time. But now the question is if they will leave the power of presidency or not at all with only having a congressional and Governorship elections? If she is... Would it be a usual all party in or a knockout system? After all, the nation was using the all candidates in the ballot system. Or if not... Who would succeed her? Who would she pick by? The Empire has officially announced sanctions against Kulkkistan and invites all monarchist countries to join in those sanctions.
The Empire announces a ban on all ships with cargo or products destined for Kulkkistan or headed to or from Kulkkistan ports from carying any coal, oil, natural gas, iron, aluminum, copper, and magnesium, as well as prohibiting any businesses of the Empire from doing any businesses which violate this ban. A Ban is placed on the flow of capital, liquid capital, stocks, cryptocurrency, or resource equivalence to or from Kulkkistan, as well as prohibiting any businesses of the Empire from doing any businesses which violate this ban. A Ban is placed on the sale of guns, missiles, bullets, shells, landmines, or UAV to or from Kulkkistan, as well as prohibiting any businesses of the Empire from doing any businesses which violate this ban. A Ban is placed on the transfer of any motor vehicles, military, civilian, tank, infantry fighting vehicle, armored personnel carrier, or truck, to or from Kulkkistan, as well as prohibiting any businesses of the Empire from doing any businesses which violate this ban. These sanctions shall last eternally until three conditions are all met. First, the anti-monarchist regime and groups in Kulkkistan agrees to end all hostility against any and all monarchist countries. Second, the Government must hand over all members of all anti-monarchist groups to the Second Empire of Averius or Baltocarpathia to stand trial for their crimes. Third, a monarch shall be declared Head of State, Head of Government, and leader of the Executive Branch of government within Kulkkistan, and thus said government officially embrace the ways of Monarchism. Once these conditions are met or the Emperor declares, the sanctions shall end.
RP: A Deployment for Peace
With tensions heating up in the Far West, the Allessian Confederacy has decided to officially throw its hat into the ring with a military deployment to Baltocarpathia for the cause of peace under the command of Brigadier General Richard Tyrconnell. In a televised speech to the deploying troops of the 73rd Infantry Brigade at O'Brien Airfield in central Allessia, Emperor Blayre reassured the departing men that their cause was one of "Righteous honor to preserve peace on the continent and dissuade the forces of radicalism from rash action". In addition to this, the Emperor's speech contained a condemnation of Averius and 
Amberleaf whose actions the Emperor said "were ill thought and only contributed to the fomentation of hostility and disunity in the region" with the Emperor condemning Amberleaf's weapons sales for "emboldening Kulkkan militarism" and Averius' rhetoric for being "non-constructive, ill thought out, and only good for stirring both sides to conflict."
In addition to the deployment of the 73rd, the Confederate Ministries of State and War announced that it had permitted a contract to go through between Baltocarpathia and the Volunteers for National Security, also known as Red Shirts due to their red uniforms, a fascist militia of Civil War veterans who had fought for the Emperor but had since retired from the Military. The Red Shirts, unlike the Regular Army which mainly consisted of inexperienced Soldiers but experienced NCOs and Officers, were highly experienced across the ranks on account of their time fighting in the Allessian Civil War. The Volunteers would be initially supplied and armed by Allessia but would require additional equipment and supplies from Baltocarpathia upon arrival. The Confederate Air Force would coordinate with Baltocarpathia to set up the initial transport of troops and subsequent resupplies. In addition to this, Agents from the Confederate Intelligence Service would begin covertly traveling to Baltocarpathia to help them with their espionage operations.

RP: Augment Parliament
Upon the completion of a diplomatic meeting between members of Anheldac's and Averius' Diplomatic Corps, Foreign Secretary Dyladin Qqas returned to Shulfiras. Presumably at his behest, the Prime Minister Calsa ordered the convention of an Augment Parliament. Perhaps her last real order before the elections, an Augment Parliament brings together all MPs as well as select Executive Officers from each of the constituent Republics. The topic of discussion was response to Averian sanctions on Kulkkistan and growing regional tensions.
Debate was quick yet fierce. In the end, only 65 members of the 207 member Augment Parliament voted in favor of enjoining both the Commonwealth and the individual Republics to the sanctions. There were 3 abstentions, and 139 votes against. As a result, businesses within Anheldac are free to follow or ignore the stipulations as they wish. Notably, Prime Minister Calsa was one of the abstentions, a fact already hurting her public opinion.
RP: Glóavið
The Gander lowered down to attach itself to one of the many mooring mast buoys scattered around of the southern docking area of the Greater Glóavið island. With the Northern westerlies trip back east always go faster then heading back west less cost in energy aswell Cece thought as the automatic locks finally sealed. Cece would stand up from the ships command chair and walk over to where Aurata Chaf was stationed at the ships helm a cyber sprite connected to most of the vessels systems. "Locking has been completed?" Cece would ask her helmsman. "Connections to the mooring mast has been completed the Gander is secured Captain." Aurata would reply in this monotone voice. Cece would give a nod in response. "Let the rest of the crew know they have permission to shoreleave. I have business at the Heart if anyone asks." Cece would flutter off to the one of the hatch doors the camera would zoom in at her before the door would give off a beep and a light flashes a light purple before automatically opening. Cece would flutter down toward the dock area where a rather fluffy frazzled looking sprite would be waiting. "Excuse me is this your airship you need to pay the docking fee and grant access to your ship logs." The dockmaster would wheeze out while holding out a datapad. Cece would wave her data bracelet over the pad. "Cece has paid tripled the docking fee if you forgo the log." Cece says to the older sprite. "Thank you Captain Cece and there may have been an error in the log transfer. Please enjoy your stay on Glóavið." The dockmaster wheezes out as he slowly flutters back to the port building.

RP: Unnecessary Global Attention
As news of the Baltocarpathian retaliation against the militant attacks in September reached the general Kulkkistani public, Supreme Leader Ali Tarrokh would appear in Noshkant, condemning the strikes in northern Kulkkistan, claiming that the "unjustified acts of aggression" against the Kulkkistani people have resulted in the deaths of at least six militants, or as Tarrokh called them, "resistance fighters". The strikes had also resulted in moderate damage to several communities in the north, with some infrastructure having received notable damage. Supreme Leader Tarrokh would also threaten the Baltocarpathians, claiming that further incursions would result in consequences unlike any other. As for the militant groups, their responses were much, much more aggresive. Hazameh, which had been at the forefront of the ground incursion into Baltocarpathia just a while ago, stated that the attacks would only increase from here, and that their forces were well-equipped enough to continue their "resistance". The Ansouthis would publish a more official statement, stating that the "Baltocarpathians' malicious and aggressive goals are not to protect their own territory, but rather to exacerbate the struggle of the Kulkkistani people to a point of wanting justified revenge". Other smaller groups, meanwhile, stated that the blatant attacks by Baltocarpathia were only aimed at putting the nation of Kulkkistan under pressure.
Much to Tarrokh's disdain, however, the situation would only worsen from here, turning against Kulkkistan's favor. Following the round of attacks on the border, Kulkkistan has found itself surrounded diplomatically and militarily, something that has surprised even the highest of Kulkkistani leadership. For the numerous years that this border conflict has been ongoing, not a single nation has even bothered to notice the situation, including even the governments of Kulkkistan and Baltocarpathia, to an extent. Nonetheless, the recent attacks have put some unwanted light on the whole situation, with several monarchies, including the likes of Averius, Eftaania, and 
Allessia. Averius in particular has been a notable pain for Kulkkistan recently, as their highly pretentious and annoying monarch has come out to make statements, rambling on about what has been perceived as just nonsense to many. Not only were the verbal attacks conidered nonsense, however the recent sanctions which Averius has announced against Kulkkistan are expected to, of course, have absolutely no effect on the Kulkkistani government so far. In response to these sudden attacks, Tarrokh would make sporadic statements, claiming that the monarchs' "divine rights" mumbo-jumbo nonsense was the only excuse that aging kings could come up with in order to cling onto waning power. The people of Kulkkistan, Tarorkh would claim, had selected him as the sole leader of the revolution in order to lead Kulkkistan and Kalrania into a new world, a world rejecting traditions and moving on from imperialism. Adding on to this, he stated that time for a global revolution was as "urgent as ever", directing these statements towards the monarchies of the world. "Revolutionaries of the world, if your ideals are under threat", he added, "we would be more than proud in helping you complete your ambitions if requested."
Kulkkistani society, meanwhile, was uneasy at best. Although a good majority of them were all for "exporting the revolution", recent threats by regional monarchist neighbors had made them rethink a lot of things. With the economy struggling, and things de-centralized under Tarrokh, war would be the last thing Kulkkistan needed. Noticing this, Tarrokh would request that the militant groups partially step back regarding their attacks at the moment, asking them to avoid provoking a war and stick to smaller attacks rather than ground incursions and the like.
However, on the 26th of February, on the other side of the border in Baltocarpathia, where things had continued getting more and more uneasy as a result of regional tensions, an explosion would be reported at a warehouse in southeast Baltocarpathia, where a small fire would occur before it was put out. remnants of what seemed to be a drone would be discovered as recovery efforts were being made. A few days later on the first of March, another explosion would occur, this time targeting a Baltocarpathian military checkpoint, and although no one was killed, some damage was reported as the remnants of another drone were found in the explosion.
RP: Military Needs
Although the offer was much appreciated, Kulkkistan's military couldn't do much but to decline the offer, as $150 billion was simply just too much for Kulkkistan to spend on military. Instead, it was requested that Amberleaf decrease both the price and quantity of military equipment in the offer in order to allow Kulkkistan's military to accept the offer.
The Kulkkistani military would privately thank the leadership of 
Otyken for their cooperation in providing military equipment, namely much-needed drones and ammunition. Of course, a majority of the equipment would be going to the militant groups, which were also in need of drones, which would prove useful in continuing their attacks against imperialist forces.
After returning to Noshkant from 
Anheldac after a quick but amicable and essential meeting with his counterparts from Anheldac, General Ramin Sehat had much to report to Supreme Leader Ali Tarrokh. Most importantly, Anheldac and Kulkkistan were finally ready to commence a vital economic partnership, one that would certainly raise alarms in the world of the imperialists and capitalists. Alongside, it seemed Anheldac and Kulkkistan had reached somewhat of a common ground regarding the status of imperialism and monarchists on Kalrania, with both sides agreeing that the aggression of neighboring kingdoms had troubled both nations, especially Kulkkistan, which had been under diplomatic and economic strain from Baltocarpathia, even resulting in the meeting being held in secrecy. While Minister Beldag Chaas of Anheldac declined General Sehat's offer to also cooperate through military means, in the end, Supreme Leader Tarrokh was still looking forward to further cooperation with Anheldac as discussions were largely fruitful.

RP: Western Investment
With economic relations opening up with Baltocarpathia, hungry eyes would begin looking upon the nation in crisis with envy. The four largest Oil and Natural Gas companies, colloquially known as the Big Four, consisting of Texico (the Texian Oil Company), Liberte, Jameson's Standard, and Torchbearer would all begin attempting to buy up territory to drill for oil and natural gas as well as scouting out their competitors as they formed a temporary informal alliance with each other to try and outbuy and establish a monopoly over Baltocarpathia's oil and natural gas market both for extraction and selling.
While the Big Four temporarily ceased their squabbling to size up the western Kingdom, the National Federation of Livestock and the Collective Crop Commission, two state-regulated guilds that control the sale of crops and livestock out of the Confederacy have begun attempting to set up trade deals with the Baltocarpathians to try and gain exclusivity deals to be their only supplier of cotton, tobacco, wheat, corn, beef, and pork if possible.
Additionally, the Allessian Ministry of Trade and the Allessian Labour Front (the state-run labour union) have begun negotiations with Baltocarpathian manufacturers to incentivize them to open up operations in Allessia.
RP: A Chance at Peace
With tensions inflating between Kulkkistan and Baltocarpathia, the Confederacy has seen fit to redouble its efforts to incentivize both sides to peace. Under his direction, the Allessian Ministry of State would begin entering negotiations with Kulkkistan to set up a meeting with leadership between the two nations with Allessian Congressional Leadership agreeing to travel to Kulkkistan if they choose to host the meeting there and the Emperor agreeing to host the Kulkkan leadership at the Imperial Palace at Versailles if they wish to come to Allessia. The Confederacy hoped that it would be able to become a mediator between the two nations and avoid war.
This did not mean that the Confederacy was fully resorting to dovish tactics as the Emperor delivered an address before a joint session of the Confederate Congress asking for them to approve of loan of $250 Million Allessian Dollars to offer to Baltocarpathia to be spent on military funding. During this speech, he condemned what he called "Blatant acts of aggression by Kulkkistan" and warned that "If Allessian blood is shed on Baltocarpathian soil by foreign attackers then we will have no qualms ensuring that every drop is paid for in a gallon of the attacker's blood." The Confederate Congress, currently under the one-party rule of the National Fascist League, approved the Emperor's loan offer unanimously which was subsequently offered to the Baltocarpathian Government.

The Baltocarpathian Branch takes heed of the ongoing developments with its host country and its socialist neighbor down south and the encroachment of foreign companies into the Baltocarpathian markets. While the DNUH (Shortened) was not involved in any mining operation, the presence of foreign companies has been noted and kept in mind should they start interfering with AshTech's side of things, as the corporation pretty much held a niche monopoly over cybernetic enhancements and offering trans humanization to the country's Landwehr and its populace at a price, while also boosting Baltocarpathia's industrial manufacturing sectors through automated factories and holding a few Corporate military outposts, as the corporation's security forces known as ASHPRO have been actively massacring socialists left and right through Livonia-Courland and across the rest of the Baltocarpathian realm through violence that wasn't seen priorhand. Director Selene was approached with the Baltocarpathian request to provide aid down south against the warmongering Kulkkistan, a socialist state that threatens to go to war against the Baltocarpathians. As such, it has been decreed for the socialist country down south to be a direct threat to the AshTech interests in Baltocarpathia, and the Director in charge of the Branch has agreed to pledge her aid for the Baltocarpathians, sending an ASHPRO Regiment to aid them.
A thousand Operators from AshTech Protection Company would be mobilized in Baltocarpathia from the corporate bases held by AshTech, consisting of a mix of Ashgardians (robots) and various organics, such as humans and more uncommonly, Tori people with various degrees of body modification to aid them in combat, bringing to the table the immense firepower they carried and complete rack of disregard for living things- as shown by the massacres of socialists by the mercenaries, hired by Baltocarpathians to go ham in Riga and the outskirts.
In any case, communication channels have been opened through secure ports for Baltocarpathians, and Allessians should they wish to begin communicating with the foreign corporation that seemingly seems to be very active in the whole anti-socialist purges.
The 1. Stahlregiment would be deployed along the border, tagging along with the Balthocarpathia's Landwehr, providing a boost to its defense. However, should the situation prove dire, the ASHPRO regiment will not be afraid to fall back to a much more strategically sound position. It is in their prime directive to protect the Corporate assets in Baltocarpathia, not fight Baltocarpathia's wars. It's not many people, but the quality the ASHPRO Operators bring should be enough to make up for the lack of numbers.
In this case, however, that falls under protecting Corporate assets from a Socialist threat. The ASHPRO Regiment is willing to work with the Baltocarpathians and Allessians, for now, unless their asset is in direct danger.
Director Selene Schaffemann made no comments whatsoever regarding the ASHPRO involvement, as there was enough bickering between the countries' respective leaders throwing word-shivs at each other. The ASHPRO are simply doing their job here, they're paid for this. They could care less about what some backward socialist country or the ego-inflated monarchists had to say.
In more news, DNUH Branch began to actively expand further into Baltocarpathia, moving to open their business in other cities as well to speed things up. Buying land grants and buildings for future needs.
~Birth of Neo-Christianity~Baltocarpathia
With the first clinics being opened up, and the possibility of transhumanization becoming real, Project Chromhaut process' of transhumanizing the Baltocarpathian military can finally be sped up, as now operations can be done on the spot instead of having to take willing volunteers back to Solingarch. Not only was this option open for the military, but also for the civilian populace, at a rapid pace too for whoever could afford the expensive procedures. Transhumanization was on the rise in Baltocarpathia, with the citizenry walking around the streets with various levels of iron chipped into them, be it for whatever purpose they needed it; fine-tuned for their specialist jobs in the industry they worked.
Murmurs and whispers could be heard on the streets, of people praising their newly enhanced bodies granted to them by AshTech Bionics.
It started small but gained traction somewhat- as people started to preach positively about their new iron bodies, citing that being 'fuzed with iron is to be more in touch with God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus himself' and to reject God's gift of fuzing one with iron is considered sinful and heretical.
This split from the traditional Christian Church would see no major changes in its doctrine, being mostly the same except for the fact that transhumanization is exalted, and being a purist is looked down upon. As the populace began to be converted and grew in numbers, a Neo-Christian Inquisitorial Sect was formed, to further proselytize across the country through less than peaceful means, discreetly as well.

Preliminary design work on new warships would be announced, with Requests for Proposals published to ensure free and fair competition. The requests, with initial capacity for 8 new Attack Submarines (Undetermined Propulsion system), 18 new Air Defence Frigates (Type 4.57) and four new Landing Helicopter Docks, which while a large order will ensure Sodorhvitisi'i naval capacity in the near future remains undiminished, especially in light of proposed retirement of the 18 Type 4.55 Air Defence Frigates.
The Land Forces would similarly open up new tenders to the public, with initial interest in 360 new Main Battle Tanks to replace the in some cases 70 year old examples operated by the military, 400 new Armoured Personnel Carriers and 440 Infantry Fighting Vehicles, with expected delivery over between 5 and 10 years. These plans are expected to greatly expand the more modern capacity of the Sodorhvitisi'i military to respond to foreign conflict and domestic.
RP: Outright Mockery
The Averi'i demands would see the Sodorhvtisi'i public engage in significant mockery, with several news shows failing to conceal the glee at such an obscene demand. One show in particular, Silverleaf Radio from Kasti Lahe, would make great fun from the demands that a monarch be installed, calling it an Averi'i gesture in order to try and make the Kulikkhvtisi'i as incompetent as the Averi'i's own government clearly was. The Minister's speech, at 9:00 PM on the 18th of March, would explain the Sodorhvtisi'i response on the unfolding crisis, with several major points being made.
