Yi Hakkun said nothing and continued to wait for his father to speak. "Unfortunately, my cancer has spread past my stomach. They've found tumors in my pancreas and lungs." he said, slightly coughing throughout the sentence. Yi Hakkun stopped walking, causing Yi Eun to step slightly ahead of him. Yi Hakkun just stared at his father whose expression didn't seem to change.
It took a moment for Yi Hakkun to speak. "Who else knows?" he asked. Yi Eun shook his head. "Besides the physicians, only you and your mother." he answered. Yi Hakkun stared out the ground for a moment before composing himself and raising his gaze to his father. "So what do we do?" he asked. Yi Eun stepped up to his son and slightly fixed his clothes to look more proper before raising his gaze to Yi Hakkun's. "We will continue doing what we've been doing since the original cancer announcement, and when my time comes, we'll go through another ascension to the throne. Everything has been prepared for." said Yi Eun with a pained smile on his face. The crown prince couldn't find the words to say for a moment.
"H-how long do you have?" he asked. Yi Eun shrugged. "The physicians said at most six months. They've given me no minimum." said Yi Eun, the smile fading away slowly. Before Yi Hakkun could say something in return, Yi Eun continued. "I know this is painful. I've known for the past week and only just found time to tell you. If I'm being honest, it's hard to process, nearly impossible, but I've accepted my fate. Just do one thing for me." said Yi Eun. Yi Hakkun stared at his father for a moment. "What is it?" he asked. Yi Eun nodded and spoke. "Tell no one. If I wish it to be revealed, I will make an announcement. As I've said, everything's been prepared for, so if my time comes before I can muster up the ability to speak on my condition, then Operation Mugunghwa will move forward. Do I have your word?" he asked. Yi Hakkun nodded. "Yes, father." answered the crown prince. Another pained smile flashed across Yi Eun's face before he moved to hug his son. "I'll remain here, you have things to take care of. I've made sure to have your appointments for the rest of the day moved to tomorrow. When you come back, we'll have a large dinner and I'll let the rest of the family in on my condition. I just wished for you to know first since you'll be king soon. I'll see you tonight." said Yi Eun before turning back to the pavilion and walking away. Yi Hakkun stared at his father walking away and then stared out into the water for a moment. He lowered his head and closed his eyes for a quick moment and then turned to the bridge that led away from the pavilion and walked towards the front of the palace.
On the pavilion, King Yi Eun sat in front of the water where a Gayaguem was placed. As Yi Hakkun walked away, he could start to hear his father play the instrument, which faded as he walked further from the pavilion.

HAL to shed non-core divisions to improve productivity
Bengaluru - Within only a couple of days after the Vijay-Raghavan reforms of DRDO and the establishment of the HAL and DRDO's commercial arms, the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited will see drastic reform. Free trade allows countries to specialize in what they do best, and benefit from the comparative advantage of others. It promotes competition, innovation, and efficiency in the global market. Free trade creates more opportunities for businesses, consumers, and workers, and enhances the welfare of all parties involved. Trade is not a 'zero sum game', everyone wins.
Protectionism may seem appealing in the short term, but has many negative consequences in the long run. Tariffs distort the market, create inefficiencies, and reduce overall gains from trade. They increase the costs for consumers, who have to pay higher prices for lower quality products; producers, who face reduced demand and lower profits; and also harm workers, who lose their jobs or face lower wages due to reduced productivity and competitiveness.
The recent announcement of tariffs to be applied to imports in to the newly formed GSA Customs Union is a warning to the world that the GSA is clearly committed to protectionism, anti-enterprise, and determined to create a bi-polar world where the two camps are destined to eye each other suspiciously from entrenched positions rather than work together for the prosperity and peace of the whole world.
These tariffs are a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
The tariffs also put at risk projects specifically between the 
British Crown Commonwealth and 
Flourishing Southlands including inward investment into the Campo Grande Railway between Buenos Aires and the west of Brazil. And the initial discussions of an Guyanan Shield railway which would connect the European Guyanas to Macapa and Manaus on the Amazon river, effectively increasing costs by 15-20% and destroying the business case.
Our previous agreements to develop a standard Brazil / BCC missile family and work together on military and civil aircraft will also be reviewed.
We have officially today proposed to the European council- that we match these tariffs like-for-like to be increased or decreased and have started discussions with the Collective security entente to consider if closer economic co-operation should be considered given the strategic importance of economic concerns and link to security.

Starting in three years, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs working alongside side the Customs and Tariffs Bureau will be implementing an electronic travel authorization for all visa-free foreign travelers. This is not a visa and is not to be confused as such.
A person can apply for an electronic travel authorization online with the approval process taking anywhere from a couple days or up to a week. The electronic travel authorization is electronically linked to a person’s passport and is valid for five years.
The fee is ¥1,500 ($10) and based on current travel numbers it is expected to generate up to ¥55,303,525,200 ($368,700,000) in revenue. The revenue will be directed to improve Japan’s port of entry’s and based on current travel numbers approximately 32% of the revenue will be directed towards improving ports of entry in the Japanese Province of Taiwan.

Construction giant Novonor has been ordered to sell its 38.25% stake in Braskem to satisfy its $8.5 billion real fine for corruption.
Braskem is Latin America's largest petrochemicals producer, boasting a network of 36 plants across 3 continents. It has come under fire recently for its mining operations in Maceió, which contributed to the city's sinking from 2018 onwards. Over 64,000 were affected, most of whom were evacuated in late 2023 when one of the firm's mines partially collapsed. It was made to pay $4.4 billion reals in compensation and another $3.9 billion reals to support relocation costs.
Despite these liabilities, the firm remains a highly-coveted asset. It has received a $10 billion real takeover from its second-largest shareholder Brasil Energía (BE), industry competitor Unipar, and holding company J&F Investimentos. Each of the three would receive an equal portion of equity and voting capital in return.
This deal would elevate BE into its controlling shareholder, with 48.85% of its equity and 63.7% of its voting rights.
The $1.5 billion real surplus from the sale will go towards repaying Novonor's creditors, those being Banco do Brasil, Banco Bradesco, Itaú Unibanco, Santander Brasil, and the Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (BNDES) - all of whom are unhappy with the court's order. The five combined are owed almost $15 billion reals, secured over these very same shares, meaning the sale would represent a 90% haircut.
"This is blatant rent-seeking activity on the part of the dos Santos administration," an anonymous source from the BNDES remarked. "They're getting their $8 billion, but we're given peanuts."
The banks have returned to the negotiating table, with a plan to secure the remaining $13.5 billion reals with Novonor's shares in housing developer Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias (OR), infrastructure provider Odebrecht TransPort (OTP), FPSO operator Ocyan, pensions provider Vexty, shipbuilder Enseada, consulting firm Horiens, and Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção (OEC).

Tariffs to be applied in response to GSA protectionism
In response to the recent announcement by the Global Security Association to create a Customs Union and apply tariffs to imports, (page=rmb/postid=54882848) the EC hereby:
1.Applies like-for-like tariffs which will mirror these tariffs to apply to members of the GSA customs union only
2.These tariff's will rise or fall in line with the GSA tariffs
3. The EC calls on the GSA to remove tariffs to increase global trade and prosperity and calls on the GSA to work with the EC to create a fairer tariff structure that works for all.
The tariffs are uniquely damaging to the global economy and disruptive to the flow of trade. It is an act that shows that the GSA at large does not seek to maintain global prosperity as it claims, and instead has weaponized it's decision making. Previously it was acknowledged that trade between the EC would be maintained to be at normal levels as it has been for decades, and only increasing as time goes on. This has been beneficial to all parties, especially China and the FSSR. It has maintained a growing prosperity for all.
We call on the GSA to remove these tariffs and resume normal trade. We want to work with the GSA to create a more fair structure of trade as mentioned, and seek to grow that trade while improving the economic prospects for all citizens.

An open free trade agreement has been agreed to with the United States (
Imperial Eagle). This FTA includes numerous products and resources, allowing greater movement of material goods and other products between the U.S. and the E.C. Additionally 90 day visa free travel has been established for E.C. and U.S. citizens. This deal highlights the unique and prominent relationship between Europe and The United States. It is expected to grow trade significantly and provide more room for all of the European and American economy to grow.
Another portion of the agreement holds that "rare earth elements" and other "special resources such as lithium" will be reserved solely for members of the European Council and specifically allies of the Collective Security Entente, which has been agreed to by members of the CSE. This will protect strategic and badly needed resources.

Christian Democrat - National Liberal Coalition announced
Nikoll Pashko to be sworn in as Prime Minister
Leader of the Christian Democratic Party, Nikoll Pashko and Leader of the National Liberal Coalition, Ana Kovačević, have announced that they have finalised coalition negotiations after a period of thorough negotiations following the recent elections.
The Socialist Party under Goran Đorđević had managed to get a plurality of the vote in the recent elections; becoming the biggest party in both chambers of the legislature and achieveing both the largest number of votes and the largest share of the vote since their near-complete collapse following economic stagnation and a corruption scandal in the early 2010s, which had relegated them to the third largest party.
However, they failed to gain a majority and have been so far unable to garner enough support to create a government following the announcement from the National Liberals that they were to seek negotiations under Pashko. With this announcement, Đorđević has formally conceded the election, however he has refused to consider the result a failure as his campaign of reinventing the socialist party has borne fruit; and he will continue to fight to create a better society for all peoples of the federation.
with a firm majority in both chambers, the approval of the new government is all but ensured, and Pashko is expected to meet the royal council shortly to be formally sworn in as the countrys new leader for the next five year period. the new coalition has promised a period of economic growth and investment as well as creating further stronger ties with our "natural allies" in Europe and the United States and enshrining the values of democracy and the rule of law.
This election also saw the "Fatherland Preservation Alliance" obtain their first seat in government. Seeking to represent hte interests of the "true patriots of slavia", the party has maintained a strong nationalist stance, seeking to preserve the historical cultural and religious traditions of the south slavic people who they claim to be "One people divided by abritary borders" and destroy the subsersive elements that have infiltrated society to corrupt and destroy the national framework.
The party, founded by online influencer and alleged conspiracy theorist, Dabiživ Borisavljević (who is acting as their new representative), has been denounced by all major parties. they have recieved numerous accusations thanks to their officials history of anti-semetic and islamophobic conspiracy theories, anti-lgbt rhetoric and anti-intellectualism. Sofia Dimitrova, the leader of the left-wing progressive "way forward" party had previously been the target of harrassment by supporters of Borisavljević after she accused him of being a "fascist" during a TV interview before the elections. However, Borisavljević has now said his victory has proven that there is genuine support for his movement across the nation, and it is only a matter of time before the people place their faith in him to restore the glory which our nation had once held.

In a series of discussions held in Copenhagen and Washington D.C., The E.C. and The U.S. are moving ahead with a series of tariffs designed for protection of European and American Steel and aluminum manufacturers, and encouragement of European and American Materials.
Tariffs will be lifted on each other, moving in alignment with the recent FTA deal. Steel and aluminum materials imported in will see tariffs at 25% on steel and 10% on aluminum. Part of this deal is that steel especially must be melted and poured in the nations part of this deal. It will also serve to combat dirty steel and prevent over supply as well. The Ministry will begin to implement this new design from this point forward for any individual that wishes to apply for/renew a passport. Currently existing and valid Chinese passports will continue to be accepted for the time being. The Ministry has stated that a phase-out period of 5 years will be carried out - by the end of this period all passports with the older design will no longer be valid.
SEVERAL MOSQUES GIVEN PERMISSION FOR PERFORMING ADHAN
Adhan, the traditional Islamic call to prayer for salah, has been banned in Iran due to perceived high noise levels and public disturbances caused by the calling. However, as the nation becomes more open to Muslims, adhan restrictions have been fully lifted on 16 of the roughly 600 registered mosques in Iran. These mosques are mainly located in the majority Muslim neighborhoods of several large cities, mainly in Khuzestan, but also in other shahrs.
However, this lifting has been criticized by many Sunni Muslims for being discriminatory, as 13 of the 16 mosques allowed to perform adhan are Shia, Sufi-associated, and Ahmadi. In light of the recent dedication of the Shia Azam Mosque, the main representation of the Iranian Sunni community through the Iranian Muslim League have criticized the Gaanjia administration for not properly respecting the Sunni plurality of Iran.

IAA ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF THE SAMAN-1 STAGE
Under development for several years, the Saman-1 Rocket Stage, a potential third stage to be added to the Safir-2 rocket system, has officially been announced by the IAA to be officially completed. This launch, yet to be given a name, will be Iran's first attempt at launching a satellite into geostationary orbit, and if successful, will be a major boost to Iran's spaceflight and space technology credentials.

President Karadov would continue his daily task of signing off on various documents in the White Room, the official working office of the President located in the Krepost. As this was the time past normal business hours, there was minimal staff in the large Presidential Complex, except for a couple of aides to assist the President and other critical personnel that are often found working overtime.
Alas, the last document signed and written: the somber offering of condolences to the Royal Family of 
Saechosun, as well as formal arrangements to see through that he, as the President, attend the funeral as a guest. Not only would this be a potential boon to Zeleniyan-Saejoseon relations, but it would also help him and his Slavofilyy (Slavophiles) party gain in the growing Korean-Zeleniyan vote against the Zapadnyy (Westernisers).
An assistant came into the office after being buzzed in. Boris Shuliyakov, donning business semiformal attire. He's a 19 year-old first-year YSU political science major working part-time as a Krepost intern hailing from Nizhny Nikopol, Novaya Tatariya. As the gayly-sounding intern exited the White Room, filed the documents and then went back in closing the door along the way, a totally inconspicuous passer-byer would overhear the past couple minutes-or-so of their interaction.

Topic: Update on Economic Data
Beijing — The National Bureau of Statistics of China, the agency responsible for researching and publishing the statistics concerning the Chinese economy, its population and other aspects of its society, released the economic figures of the country for the year that passed. The Chinese Economy grew at a pace of 5.2% compared to the last year. This marks a slow down from the previous cycle, where the country grew at 8.2%. Despite the slowdown, the Chinese Economy grew at a healthy pace compared to the world average. The country's GDP now sits at USD$18.62 trillion from USD$17.7 trillion.¹ Economists at the National Bureau believe that, with China's recent entry into the GSA Customs Union, the economy should see a sizable boost in the coming year.
1- Due to Rule 25A (under section "Roleplay Rules"), which caps any claim's GDP at USD$18 trillion, China has hit said limit and therefore the official GDP of the country is now USD$18 trillion, putting it on par with the GDP of the United States. The number stated in the post (USD$18.62 trillion) is to officially mark that the claim has hit the cap imposed by the Roleplay Rules. Going forward, economic updates will only mention growth rates and not nominal GDP figures in order to stay consistent with the rule.

1A. The Regional Rules will constitute of those included in this Factbook, which will be maintained and updated by the Regional Administration (RA).
1B. The Regional Administration (RA) shall consist of the Founder and the Roleplay Coordinators.
All members of the RA shall be tasked with moderating the region and the regional Discord server. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
2A. The Roleplay (RP) Coordinators have ultimate authority on matters of RP, barring the intervention of the Founder.
2B. The Founder, acting on the best interests of the region, reserves the right to make changes and implement new rules without a regional vote.
2C. In absence of the Founder, the RA as a collective is authorized to act on his/her behalf, taking into consideration the best interests of the region.
2D. The Economics Coordinator(s) will advise the RA on economic matters including, but not limited to, national budgets, major projects, and economic consequences of conflicts, sanctions, etc. The Roleplay Coordinators should take into account the Economics Coordinators' advice when determining the integrity of a Player's RP.
The office of Economics Coordinator shall reside with the Roleplay Coordinators where there are no viable or present candidates for the office of Economics Coordinator.
3A. The following forms of expression will not be tolerated on the RMB, TG, nor in the Regional Discord:
Expression of a racist, xenophobic, or discriminatory character; and
Expression that abuses or bullies. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
Failure to comply with this rule shall be penalized by the RA in accordance with the escalating penalties contained in Rule 3A. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
Starting, maintaining, or encouraging divisive arguments will not be permitted on the RMB under any circumstances. As such, these discussions should take place either through TG or in #discussion on the Regional Discord, in a civilized and respectful manner. Non compliance of this rule shall be penalized by the RA in accordance with the escalating penalties contained in Rule 3A. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
3B. The escalating penalties are as follows for infractions on the Discord server:
A 1-hour mute or timeout from the Discord for the first infraction;
A 1-day mute or timeout from the Discord for the second;
A 1-week ban from the Discord for the third;
A 2-month ban from the Discord for the fourth;
An indefinite ban from the Discord for the fifth, to be overturned in accordance with rule 8B;
An indefinite ban from the Discord for the sixth, with no invocation of rule 8B. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
The escalating penalties are as follows for infractions on NS:
A warning for the first infraction;
An ejection from the region for the second;
A 1-week ban from the region for the third, to be overturned in accordance with rule 8B;
A 2-month ban from the region for the fourth, to be overturned in accordance with rule 8B;
An indefinite ban from the region for the fifth, to be overturned in accordance with rule 8B;
An indefinite ban from the region for the sixth, with no invocation of rule 8B. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
4. OOC (Out of Character) discussion on the RMB is permitted. However, this is to be kept to an absolute minimum. If a RP-participating nation requests for OOC discussion on the RMB to end, it is expected that said OOC talk will be continued via TG or another method of discussion.
5A. 20 consecutive days without RPing or posting on the RMB constitutes grounds for removal from the map. Legitimate reasons for this inactivity will be evaluated on a case by case basis, but in most cases, there must be warning given to the RA before said period of inactivity begins.
5B. If there are 3 consecutive periods of 15 days without RPing or posting on the RMB, the RP Coordinators reserve the right to remove your nation from the map. This applies even with short intermediary periods of minimal posting.
5C. If a nation does not post within five days of being accepted, they will be removed from the map.
5D. All nations that leave the map will have their territories revert back to being NPCs. Territories may not be gifted or given to another nation should a player decide to leave.
6A. All RPers are required to join the World Assembly (WA) and to endorse the current Minister of Assembly Affairs. Continued membership and endorsement is required for remaining an RP, barring exceptions listed only in 6B.
6B. Rarely exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Regional Administration regarding the requirement of WA membership, where the applicant is known and maintains a verified presence on the Discord server, and must also have their other nation(s) verified as well. This will be closely monitored by the RA and permissions regarding this can be revoked at any time.
6C. Any nation that leaves the region of their own volition will be required to re-apply for membership should it decide to return to Geopolity. This will be monitored in a case-by-case basis. (Amended 13 Nov 2023)
7A. A complaint shall be submitted and processed through one of the following mediums:

Complaints on RP matters shall be addressed solely by the RP Coordinators.
Complaints on OOC matters shall be addressed by the RP Coordinators first. The panel will be extended to the entirety of the RA if an appeal is sought. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
The player may add a witness who shall observe the proceeding[s]. The RA reserves the right to add or remove a channel for complaint based on the usage of said medium except via TG. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
7B. Upon arbitrating on any dispute or complaint, the RA must publish its decision and each member's summarized opinion in a public log to ensure transparency in substantive reasoning.
The identities of each opinion's author will be anonymized. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
8A. After being banjected from the region, no player that has been banjected may return unless removed from the banjection list by an RA vote.
8B. After being banjected from the Discord, no player that has been banned may return unless removed from the banned list by an RA vote. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
9. Only persons who have had their RP application accepted may post on the RMB. All other posts will be suppressed until said person submits and has his/her application accepted by the RA. Once accepted, the original application should be left archived and un-edited (Amended 30 Jan 2024).
10. All officials of the Regional Administration shall be appointed by the Founder. (Amended 13 Nov 2023)

11. Time progresses at a rate of 1 day IRL = 1 week in RP. (Exceptions apply to Character RP, where time may move much more slowly).
12A. All NPC nations are believed to be their real life, or as close to real life equivalent as they can be made. This does not mean that NPC nations will have international ties, such as defensive pacts.
12B. Real life figures of major importance may not be used in RP. They may of course be mentioned in history (provided that they closely mirror their RL persona). This is evaluated on a case by case basis by the RP coordinators.
13A. Limited NPC interaction (such as trade and/or tourism) will be permitted, so long as there is accurate support for this trade or tourism. So long as what you are RPing has no dynamic effect on the NPC nations (e.g. inciting an armed insurrection in an NPC country), then said interactions will be tolerated. This will be regulated by the RP Coordinators on an as-needed basis.
13B. Automated trade with an NPC is allowed unless the player states otherwise (through RMB or Factbook). This trade shall be based on the RL trade existing between both countries. This does not apply to corporations: the player in question must ask permission from the RA before having one of his/her companies operate in an NPC, and any attempt to have corporations operate in NPCs without permission from the RA will be invalidated.
14A. Players are not permitted to RP for or within another nation without their express permission.
14B. Propaganda and the like are permitted. However, if this becomes too inflammatory, the RP Coordinators retain the right to intervene on this matter.
15A. Wars between players should be mutually agreed.
15B. Players should agree a broad outline of what will happen and how including approximate losses on each side. They can keep this agreement private if they want to and change it with mutual consent. Players may also wish to agree a posting limit i.e. the number of posts each player or side can post in a day. The default is three each.
In wars involving more than two players, a principle player from each side should be appointed to co-ordinate and reduce message spam.
15C. Players should be aware if declaring war on a player who is a member of an alliance subject to a collective security provision that unless explicitly agreed between the parties that other members of that treaty organisation could be allowed to join and players are expected to RP with these additional players.
In cases where war is provoked, for example by breaking treaty obligations or an attempt to restrict an international waterway under Rule 22 without a reasonable ground, those involved should arrange who will be involved and how as rule 15a.
15D. WMDs should be the final resort option in war, because of their devastating consequences. The RA will assess this on a case-by-case basis.
15E. Inter-alliance war should be very carefully considered and ideally viewed as a last resort before an player-against-player conflict RP begins. The Regional Administration shall be involved in planning.
16. To expand your land claim - including during a war with another member nation - an application must be submitted to, and approved by, the Regional Administration. Expansion claims which are accepted but not actively roleplayed or integrated into a wider claim, may be nullified after 3 months of inactivity.
17A. The use of biological, nuclear, and radiological weapons must be approved by a RP Coordinator. The use of chemical weapons is openly permitted, so long as your nation has the ability IRL to produce said weapons, and has developed the ability through RP, or has purchased them from nations that have this capability.
17B. Nations can develop a WMD program, but must submit an application of the program they wish to pursue to the Regional Administration for approval. Research is strongly advised to determine costs of these programs with source material for costs being provided (Wikipedia, Mainstream news sources, Educational sources).
Each application will be reviewed on a case of case basis to ensure realism for the nation applying. Costs and timeline will be different for each nation. For example, North Korea can’t achieve the same level of nuclear power as The United States due to economic burden, as such nations that do not have a strong economic output will take longer to develop a program. 17C. Nations without naturally occurring sources of material must gain the material from elsewhere, and must be sourced from another Player Nation. Material from an NPC is not allowed.
17D. A nation can develop technology in-house for weapons, but without prior experience, they must do so at a slower pace. If a nation receives technological experience from a nation currently possessing such weapons, the timeline can speed up. The speed of development will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the Regional Administration. Nations wishing to develop stronger capabilities of a nuclear weapons program can do so with out re-applying, but must do so realistically. All development of nuclear capabilities will be monitored by the Regional Administration.
17E. Weapons being developed must have a real life equivalent, including delivery applications, with links being provided in the application to show what is being developed, and may cannot exceed the tonnage of the Tsar Bomba at a 50 Mt yield.
17F. Nations testing devices must roleplay out the affects of certain devices, especially of nuclear weapons, rather this is negative or not.
17G. Nations wishing to develop different chemical, biological or radiological weapons must re-apply for each different program to ensure realism.
17H. All usage of these weapons, testing or utilization in warfare, will be monitored by the Regional Administration. Usage of WMDs on another Nation(s) (non-NPC) is allowed with the consent of all involved, with approval from the regional administration.
17I. Some secrecy may be involved initially, but once testing begins, for nuclear weapons especially, nations will be able to respond to the testing. Chemical, biological and radiological weapons may eventually be found and roleplayed, and will be monitored on a case by case basis by the Regional Administration.
18. 0.4% of your population is the recommended maximum for active forces during peacetime. If your figure is higher, it will be expected that economic problems will begin to arise within your nation. In wartime, this cap is lifted and a realistic limit placed by the RP Coordinators depending on the severity of the situation. This process will be observed closely by the RP Coordinators.
19. If military equipment is not listed in your application, then it will be presumed you use equipment of your primary real life constituent (The RL country that makes up the most of your claim). This means that a country based out of North Korea could not field modern American equipment unless they had stated that in their application, or purchased/developed it through RP. Limits will be placed on what a nation can develop in RP.
Where a claim does not hold the entirety of a RL country/countries but mere subdivisions (i.e: a state or province), presumptions of military equipment will be based on military formations currently based within that RL subdivision. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
The military equipment of a claim does not include equipment associated with overseas units, i.e: American forces in the ROK and Japan. (Amended 8 Feb 2023)
20. The technology level for this region is Modern Tech.
All technology must have a real life equivalent, or at the very least expected to be completed and tested within the next five years. RP developments will be heavily monitored by the RP Coordinators, making sure that they occur at a realistic pace. This rule will be strictly applied to spacefaring technology/outer space technology (i.e: space stations, rockets, projects), which must be wholly completed IRL before they may exist in RP. All military equipment must have a real life equivalent, or at the very least expected to be completed and tested within the next five years. RP developments will be heavily monitored by the RP Coordinators, making sure that they occur at a realistic pace. Some types of equipment may have this rule more strictly applied (i.e. Aircraft) than others (i.e. Naval vessels).
21. The provisions of the RL Antarctic Treaty System will apply in Roleplay.
While accepted nations are not forbidden to claim territory in the Antarctic continent, in practice said claim will not form part of their country, and will not necessarily be recognized by the rest of the players. Roleplay taking place in the Antarctic continent will be restricted to diplomatic, environmental and/or scientific aspects.
22. The provisions of the RL UN Convention on the Law of the Sea III will apply in Roleplay.

The following places are classified as international waterways:
Danish Straits
Strait of Gibraltar
Dardanelles Strait
Bosphorus Strait
Suez Canal
Panama Canal
Strait of Hormuz
Bab-el-Mandeb Strait
Strait of Malacca
Players owning these waterways partially or fully will not restrict other players from transiting said waterways, as long they have peaceful purposes. Nations seeking to transport military vessels through the aforementioned passages might have their ships' access denied by the controlling player/s.
The term "restrict" shall be defined as any intentional in-game action which directly deprives or limits access through an international waterway. This may include, subject to reasonable grounds:
Blockades;
Boardings and inspections;
Denial of passage; or
Physical attacks on maritime vessels.
Reasonable grounds may include, but are not limited to, counter-narcotics measures, compliance measures with international obligations, and UAN resolutions.
Restricting passage to a nation seeking to transit peacefully, and with whom the controlling player is not at war with, can be interpreted as a casus belli by the affected country, depending on the context.
This will be monitored *in extreme detail* by the RP Coordinators as to not overlap with Rule 15.
23. Members will not be allowed to repost content as an excuse to maintain activity. Members commit themselves to refrain from fully or partially reposting RP content made in Geopolity or other regions, in an account of their ownership.
The purpose of this rule is to maintain and encourage original content in our region.
If a member is found to be breaching this rule, punitive measures will be applied at the RA's discretion.
24. Natural disasters (meteorological, geological & hydrological events, etcetera) shall be canonic in RP. All members will be required to be aware of such events happening in the geographic location and/or vicinities of their claim, and to RP them as they happen in RL, adequating all pertinent details to the RP world.
25A. A GDP cap of USD/RC$ 18 trillion shall apply for all countries in RP. Having reached that number, players will be allowed to continue roleplaying economic growth and/or expansion events, but said RP will not translate to changes that will allow them to exceed that value.
25B. A discretionary limit of 3,287,956 square miles (8,515,767 sq km) shall be applied. Having reached or exceeded that number, the RA will have to officially review and consider the possibility of applying a landcap to a country. A landcap might be applied or not depending on other factors such as population and GDP numbers, and will vary on a case-by-case basis.
25C. Specific GDP per capita limits shall apply to the RP African continent.
A base limit of USD/RC$ 4,200 GDP per capita shall apply for all claims located in the continent whose RL values in that aspect are found to be below that number.
An upper limit of USD/RC$ 15,000 GDP per capita shall apply to the entirety of the continent. However, once an African country has reached that upper limit, players will be allowed to continue roleplaying economic growth and/or expansion events, but said RP will not translate to changes that will allow them to exceed that value, regardless if their nominal GDP figure hasn’t reached the $18 trillion GDP cap limit.
26. The RA may retrospectively invalidate any RP action if:
- a) The RP action in question is an egregious breach of Regional Rules or realism; and
b) The RP action in question occurred during the past 6 months.
27. A player cannot void their RP if:
- a) It actively involves other players or the region as a whole;
b) It is a war or other armed conflict;
c) It is found that the player habitually voids their RP.

From The Madinah Executive Office, it has been officially announced that the Nation of I.S.A (
Sylhot)'s Government Body Intends to establish Good Relations and we'll maintained Trade between I.S.A and the Nation of 
Adwilaur. Making our intentions clear, let us proceed to give an explanation,
Well Maintained Relations:
We wish to have well maintained relationship with Adwilaur and foster cultural exchange and mutual development. We request the permission to construct an open Embassy in the Capital of Adwilaur Spiketon.
It has been decided that if granted the permission of the Building of an Open Embassy, Adwilaurian Citizens can travel to I.S.A without a need for Visa.
This will benefit both nations; improving trade and relations, ease of communication between the common people, tourism in Adwilaur, and a stronger resolve towards world peace.
Increased and Improved Trade & Commerce:
By improving and increasing trade relations, both I.S.A and Adwilaur will be impacted with substantial benefits. Increasing wealth and development between the two said states/nations.
I.S.A may important various Adwilaurian goods such as textiles, grains, food products, plant products, automobile products, various machinery, Pharmaceuticals, etc. Adwilaur can import many things such as luxury goods such as dairy, animal products (including honey), petroleum gas, other oil products, natural gas, Arabian plant products, sea food, aluminum & aluminum products, mineral ores & concentrates, chemicals & chemical products, fertilizers, etc.
In addition this will foster faster growth in development alongside having more secure trade routes. Adwilaur can have access to potential trade agreements for lower prices and exclusive discounts.
Investments & Religious Work:
I.S.A is keenly looking forward to investing in the development of Adwilaur, such as investing in Adwilaurian industry, transportation, agriculture, healthcare, etc, more over we are interested in investing in The Spiketon International Airport.
We and much of our organizations are also interested in donating to relief organizations and charity in Adwilaur.
Religious Work: We are interested in funding/donating to the maintenance and building of new mosques in Adwilaur. It will be very appreciated if you let us fund the Building and expansion of mosques that have the demand for it, such as a demand for a new mosque.
We would also like to build three Islamic religious centers in Spiketon, Budapest, and Bratislava. They will have a mosque attached to them, and will server as a educational institute and the mosque service as a place of worship. The students or adults may go to other educational institutes such as schools or collages and perhaps visit these Islamic institutes in their free time or on weekends if they wish to.
These Islamic Institutes will teach Islamic topics and rulings such as the Qur'anul Kareem and the Hadith of Muhammad ﷺ. They can also do missionary work in permitted areas (they will not annoy people). These missionaries can stand in the side of a side walk where they are permitted too or such, and give dawah to people, but they will not annoy of force anyone.
Further discussion on all these topics including Investing & Religious Work will be done in Spiketon between The Head of State of Adwilaur Adam Novar and The Foreign Affairs Minister of I.S.A Hassan Ibn Zakariya if we get clearance to do so from Adwilaur.

The Council is saddened to hear of HM Eujong the Great's passing. We have dispatched Minister of Foreign Affairs Miriam Vieira Vargas to Hanyang so she may offer condolences on our behalf in person. That such a tragedy may befall on one of our friends is lamentable and to be mourned, particularly by the 50,000 Brazilians of Korean descent, the numerous other Korean expatriates who have found their way onto our shores as a result of our close relationship.
