Live-action film series based on legendary fantasy game green-lit, reportedly consisting of three "mega-project" films
Highly renowned epic filmmaker Boris Ganzov has announced that, after acquiring film rights to a gaming series from US gaming company Bethesda, that his studio, Glasshouse Studios, in collaboration with US mega entertainment giant Universal Studios, has begun developing an epic, high fantasy three-film series. Announcing to a large Z-Drama fanbase via twitter, he posted a selfie of his highly himself next to what appears to be a screenplay that's over 76cm (~2 1/2 ft US) labelled "THE ELDER SCROLLS: SKYRIM" on the front:
- "7500 pages written over eight years. Three films. One saga. And the best part? A blank check. Time to make my 4,000+ hour campaign on this legendary game come to life."
Much praise was given to the filmmaker, who was behind the 2001 Oscar-nominated Z-Drama sensation "Clashing of the Swords," the 2006 historical drama "Cossacks of Assiniboine," the 2009 psychological horror "Holodomor" and several other countless films that have made him a giant in the Z-Drama industry.
The first film will take approximately 3 in-game years from start-to-theatrical release. Two more at this rate will mean that this series will take 9 in-game years to fully realize. Each will have an ensemble cast of your favorite actors, make Lord of the Rings look like an F-tier Direct-to-TV flick and definitely raise the bar in the film industry for all others in this region to follow.

IAA ANNOUNCES NEAR-COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT OF EXPANDED SAFIR-2 ROCKET SYSTEM
The Iranian Aerospace Agency (IAA) has publicly announced research and development on a new, 3-stage rocket system designed to propel satellites into GSO (geosynchronous orbit), enabling the satellite to stay above a point on Earth's surface constantly. The system, called Saman-1, will be an expansion on the current Safir-2 system. Being able for GSO enables Iran to maintain satellites above certain locations at all times, extremely useful as compared to LEO. Being under development for several years now, Saman-1 is nearing its final stages of completion. This new space tug can allow for satellites to be pushed into a GSO orbit, critical for the improvement of Iran's spaceflight capabilties. The Zafar-2 satellite, a microsatellite capable of taking high-resolution photos, is to be launched within 1 to 2 months of the completion of the Saman-1 stage.

Outcry Over Death of Anti-Government Journalist Aron Atabek

Mere weeks after being accepted as a full member as the European Council, the government of Poland had been sued by a death row inmate. Inmate Jerzy Linderbaum, who has been on death row for more than a decade and has been through a dozen appeals, sued the federal government of Poland under provision Provision III, Section A, Subsection 1. Justice and Bench Elder Korneliusz Kaczmarek oversaw the case know as Linderbaum vs. The Government of Poland, coming to the conclusion that the death penalty indeed violates his right to live without the fear of suffering a painful death in the form of a botched execution. Due to the ruling, all persons facing the death penalty will be commuted to natural life without the possibility of parole. Bench Elder Korneliusz Kaczmarek states “while this is an unpopular opinion in Poland, this ruling is to bring Poland within compliance of European Council requirements.”

President Andrzej Popławski is under increasing pressure by The Sejm’s investigation into the debacle that has been unfolding. It has been revealed that the president had premeditated pulling back from the law that he signed if complications arose with GSA full member states. President insists that he was trying to avoid starting a global conflict, but did wish the best for the people suffering in 
Turco-Bulgaria. He also apologized for his security forces completely flattening a town just south of the capital. While members of the investigation committee understand the premise of his defense, it is still blatantly obvious that the president broke the law. In all likelihood, the investigation committee will offer the president amnesty for any past crimes in so long as he resigns from the office of the presidency. This; however, has not been made official.

- The Fundo de Previdência Obrigatório (FSSO) is officially lowering its pension contribution rate from 5% of a worker's total wage for both employee and employer, to 3.5% for the employee, and 4% for the employer.
Annual FSSO contributions are expected to stand at $61.36 billion USD for employees, and $70.13 billion USD for employers. This marks a $43.83 billion USD decrease in contributions, the sum of which may be used to increase disposable income, savings, and support domestic consumption.
The FSSO is Brazil's mandatory pension fund. It currently holds $855.87 billion USD in assets, 4.4% of which are denominated in securities, and the remainder in cash or cash equivalents. The FSSO will, over the next 2 years, gradually convert 12% of its cash assets (11.5% of its total assets) into precious metals to hedge against inflation.

Brazilian Restoration and Salvation Council
- The Brazilian Restoration and Salvation Council (BRSC) has successfully negotiated the licencing of two new weapons systems with
The Turkic State, the 
Soviet-Federation, and 
Saechosun. The licences permit domestic manufacturing of the Hisar-O, 9K333 Verba, and K-SAAM surface-to-air missile systems by Sistemas Integrados de Alto Teor Tecnológico (SIATT), AEL Sistemas, and Avibras respectively. The BRSC has provided the three licensors a $125 million USD upfront payment, with a covenant to make royalty payments for each unit manufactured under licence. The licenced variants have been given the designations 'Hisar-BR', 'Verba-BR', and 'K-SAAM (BR)'.
The Hisar-O is a truck-mounted, vertically-launched medium-range missile system. It is capable of detecting a variety of airborne objects, ranging from fighter aircraft to cruise missiles, from distances of 40-60 kilometers, and engaging them from a distance of 35 kilometers onwards.
The Verba is a man-portable air defence system. It utilizes a multispectral optical seeker with ultraviolet, near infrared, and mid-infrared sensing capabilities to generate more decoy- and countermeasure-resistant combat outcomes. It is capable of engaging aircraft, drones, and cruise missiles in both ground- and sea-based scenarios.
The K-SAAM (BR) is a ship-based missile system. It has a range of 20 kilometers, double that of its predecessor, the RIM-116 RAM. Each missile is guided inertially (mid-course) and with a dual microwave-infrared homing seeker (terminal).
The Army intends to acquire 36 Hisar-BR and 500 Verba-BR systems over the next 3 years to strengthen its air defence capabilities. Costs are estimated at $8.4 billion USD, to be paid in instalments.
The Navy has confirmed that the K-SAAM (BR) is to be fielded onboard its latest Tamandaré-class stealth frigates, the first unit of which is to be commissioned in 4 months' time.

- The Ministry of Justice and Public Security has been granted use of the Air Force's Communications Gateway System (AFCGS) as part of its efforts to prosecute Operation Piraña.
The AFCGS is an airborne communications relay and gateway system that is currently under development. Its use in the Operation is meant help the Air Force test its ability to translate between the military and civilian law enforcement's disjointed communications, and cope with rough, urban terrain.
The AFCGS will be deployed for a duration of 3 weeks in Rio de Janeiro, overseeing the destruction of the now-pacified Chapéu Mangueira and a series of manhunts in Rocinha.

Patagonian fires finally under control
After three devastating weeks that saw two national parks affected by "intentional fires", as both investigations carried out by the Argentine Federal Police (PFA) and the National Parks Administration (APN) were able to conclude, nearly all fronts have been successfully extinguished.
More than 8,000 hectares of native Patagonian forest have burned. Fortunately, no lives nor material losses had to be lamented. 4 people have been detained in connection to these events, and according to testimonies provided by 2 individuals, other suspects have crossed the border illegally, fleeing towards neighboring Chile.
The National Government has thanked once again the valuable collaboration of the Brazilian Air Force in the monumental task that has seen nearly 500 firefighters battle the flames over the past days, with little to no rest. A spokeperson from Casa Rosada has told the press that "the President is aware of the investigations and vows to find those responsible for this catastrophic and inhumane crime against nature."
It is expected that a cold weather front during the next days will help the deployed personnel to put out the last isolated fires.

Update on the Assassination of His Royal Highness Mahmoud Tutankhamun Amin
The Center for Security and Analysis is issuing an official statement on the ongoing investigation into the tragic assassination of His Royal Highness, Prince Mahmoud Tutankhamun Amin. Our deepest condolences go out to the royal family and the entire nation during this difficult time.
Preliminary findings indicate that the reprehensible act was carried out by a jihadist group operating within the Sinai Peninsula. This ruthless attack not only targeted a member of the royal family but was an affront to the values of peace, unity, and stability that our society upholds.
In response to this grave threat, the Director of the Center for Security and Analysis has engaged in high-level discussions with the Defense Minister. The focus of these discussions will be centered around a comprehensive military campaign within the Sinai Peninsula to address the root causes of extremism and eliminate the jihadist group responsible for the assassination.
Our dedicated team is working in collaboration with domestic security agencies to thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the assassination. We are committed to bringing the perpetrators of this heinous crime to justice and ensuring the safety and security of our citizens. European Council - The European Commission
After a debate in the European Parliament, the European Council has taken considerations from various members and conducted an investigation into the matter of 
Romanovskaya and its role within the European Council.
The European Council seeks to uphold democracy and the values found within it. As such, government should be established with multiple opinions in mind and measures implemented for normal elections and even transitions of power, either by consent of the people, or on the behalf of a Monarch where the government seeks to govern by democratic principle.
The State of Romanovskaya has failed to consistently hold democratic values up on its own end of the European agreement established in Copenhagen. It has sought to jail those who speak out and stand against the ruling government. Aleksandr Eybozhenko is one such man to have been thrown in prison. Lyudmila Merkulova is another person, who was a refugee from her own nation. Sufficient evidence has shown that those from SURU had planned and executed this assassination.
Other instances of political retribution have seen others such Alexey Volodin put to death.
But the more troubling issue, is the War in Ukhta. British Intelligence and Nordic Intelligence have brought together strong evidence of false flag operations to conduct terrorism in Romanovskaya to trigger allied cooperation to topple Ukhta and take control of it for power and money. Loss of lives occurred from this, and we continue to investigate this further. However, enough reports and evidence have made us bring this issue forward.
It is now seen that Romanovskaya and the greater state Union have engaged in behavior that is unbecoming and undemocratic. Human rights violations such as extrajudicial killings and imprisonment under pretenses designed by the Romanov Regime. Near full control of media, ballot stuffing, intimidation with assistance of Organized Crime and rampant corruption further this issue.
Daria Alexeyevna Shchegolyeyeva and her party, alongside others such as corrupted politicians in her party and government, have effectively installed an authoritarian state. A regime of corruption, lies, murder, organized crime, false flag operations and others, rules over a once free people across the country.
Under Article IV, section B, Romanovskaya is hereby removed from The European Council and the state Union of 
Romanovskaya and Ukhta is included in such language for barring of re-joining the European Council. This measure done so by unanimous decision.
This removal is until such time that Romanovskaya is free from the Regime in place. We encourage these people to continue to speak out and utilize the voice they have.
As to the people of Ukhta, we cannot speak for the CSE, however we hope you also one day are free from this regime and may resume a peaceful life once more.

On SURU involvement in the murder of Ms Merkulova
Following the death of LYUDMILA MERKULOVA a large cache of documents and has been discovered or provided to the authorities including the draft manuscript of a book. This has supplemented the forensic and circumstantial evidence surrounding her death.
The British Crown Commonwealth intelligent services are now confident in their assessment that the murder of Merkulova can only be the actions of Romanovskaya and Ukhtan (SURU) agents with at least some element of state support or at least blessing.
Eight SURU diplomats have been expelled from their London embassy who we assess as serving no other purpose than espionage. We encourage our allies in the Collective security entente to consider the role of SURU diplomatic attachés and likewise expel those considered a security threat for their own interest and to send a clear message.
Whilst the evidence for the claims that the the false flag operation which began the Uhktan War remains limited to witness statements, they are of a quantity and consistency that suggests they are credible.
We will table a motion to the CSE Security Council calling for the suspension of SURU for a period of three months pending a hearing.
Following expulsion of the SURU from the 
European Council-, we have taken the difficult decision to propose limited sanctions against the SURU including; inward investment, mining investment, capital transfers to a listed ruling elite and banking services. We recognise that these will be at least as painful for mining and other companied in the BCC and EC, but know that this is the correct course of action.
Panama Canal Expansion Project completed first part of Stage 2
After several years of work, the first part of Stage Two of the Canal Expansion Redux has been completed. The locks, channels and infrastrcuture of teh Canal Zone's Left bank has been completed on sheduclue but slightly over budget due to the effort expended on expanded the left bank locks and power stations along the Culebra Cut. Work is progressing normally on the Right Bank locks and channels, along with the needed power stations and tool shops. Though with such a massive undertaking and expected delays due to the nature of the terrian, shipping delays are to be expected as shipping traffic has to make use on only two lanes the left bank of the Zone while work moves forward on the Right bank. The Corps of Enginnering has reported that expanding the Culebra cut is the biggest challenge as care is being taken to not cause rock and land slides into Gantun Lake, which would cause issues with shipping, canal work and other projects along the lake coast. Though delays are to be expected, it is hoped that should all safety measures be obeyed, the delays will merely be a few hours instead of a full day or two as most fear.

- Military Justice lifts suspension on fine payments, Novonor announces default
The Superior Tribunal Militar (STM) has ordered Novonor to pay its outstanding fine for bribery under the terms of its leniency agreement, prompting the recently-restructured construction conglomerate to announce an imminent default.
The fine, valued at $8.5 billion reals, is another blow to the group's finances. It has been reeling from a massive debt load of $100 billion reals since 2019, and has been operating at a loss of approximately $16.4 billion reals since its restructuring. To this date, the only productive business units on its portfolio are thermoplastics producer Braskem and engineering firm Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção (OEC), the former of which it co-owns with energy giant BE.
The firm, in a public statement released shortly after the STM's decision, stated it lacked the resources to pay the fine. It failed to rule out the possibility of a second bankruptcy.
Officials from the Brazilian Restoration and Salvation Council (BRSC) said it may consider a forced divestment of the group's shareholdings in its subsidiaries, which include housing developer Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias (OR), infrastructure provider Odebrecht TransPort (OTP), FPSO operator Ocyan, pensions provider Vexty, shipbuilder Enseada, consulting firm Horiens, and the two aforementioned companies. The proceedings from the sale would then be used to pay off the fine.
The most likely candidate for this divestment is Braskem, which the group holds 38.25% of and had already offered up for sale since last year.
The firm, however, opposed the BRSC's plan in the courtroom, and instead offered to pledge its shares as collateral for the fine.
The STM has referred the matter back to the Tribunal Regional Federal (TRF) in Brasília.

Establishment of the GSA Customs Union (GCU)
The Global Assembly (GA) has approved a proposal by the Global Cooperation Council (GCC) to establish a customs union, thus establishing the GSA Customs Union (GCU).
The GCU and comes into force next year. It provides for a common trade policy, common travel policy, and common external tariff, with the goal of:
Creating a competitive market atmosphere,
Attracting intra-alliance investment,
Realizing economies of scale, and
Promoting technological and social progress.
All goods imported into a GSA Member State will be subject to the following standardized tariffs. They are applied on an ad valorem basis. Tariffs are collected by national customs authorities, with 50% diverted to support the GSA budget.
Tariffs will only be collected once, at the GSA point of entry. External imports may move unimpeded through and between GSA Member States after tariffs have been collected.

Paper products, i.e: books, paper, pulp, 10%
Textiles, i.e: silk, cotton, fabrics, 12%
Footwear and headwear, i.e: shoes, hats, umbrellas, 10%

Tariff evasion is an offence punishable by the seizure and destruction of the goods for which tariffs are evaded for without compensation.
Restricted goods cannot be imported into any GSA Member State without an import licence issued by the Market Control Division (MCD). The list of restricted goods is as follows:
- Natural ivory (NI), NI-based products
Asbestos, asbestos-based construction products, asbestos-based paints
Controlled drugs, as listed in Parts I-II of Schedule 1, Misuse of Drugs Act 1973 (Singapore)
Counterfeit products, pirated recordings
The importation of restricted goods is an offence punishable by the seizure and destruction of the offending goods without compensation, and a fine of $50,000 CCC paid to the MCD. Those who import controlled drugs or counterfeit goods may be subject to additional penalties provided for under national law.
The transfer, unauthorized copying, or forging of a MCD import licence is an offence punishable by a ban on issuing licences to the offender for 5 years, a fine of $50,000 CCC paid to the MCD, and imprisonment for 2 years at the jurisdiction the offence took place.
Nationals from the following nations are permitted to enjoy visa-free privileges throughout the GCU:
Infiny, 60 days in any 180-day period, with an option to renew once every calendar year
Central-Asia, 60 days in any 180-day period, with an option to renew once every calendar year
Nationals from all nations not contained thereof must apply for visas as required under national law.
The GCC will be discussing trade arrangements with its partners, Infiny and Central-Asia, in the coming weeks. Details of these arrangements will be publicised in due course.

In a favorable turn of events, Poland has acquired some six hundred tanks from The nordic kingdom-. The 
British Crown Commonwealth has also agreed to provide technology for the Royal Ordnance rifled L7 105 mm 52 caliber tank gun, which Poland will pay PLN4 (USD$1) per unit in royalties. These guns will be produced at a Class C manufacturer in Gdańsk. They consist of three hundred of the Stridsvagn 74 and three hundred of the Stridsvagn 103, which will cost Poland some PLN1.8B (USD$450M). The government of Poland has decided to turn these six hundred tanks into tank destroyers, which will keep Class B tank manufacturers busy for quite some time. The Polish Department of War Import Division (PoWIM) thanks both The Nordic Kingdom and The British Commonwealth for their generous assistance. The parameters for the program regarding Stridsvagn 74 and Stridsvagn 103 will follow such guidelines:
1.) New diesel power pack w/ 4 speed manual transmission
2.) Stridsvagn 74 will go turretless, adapting a Royal Ordnance rifled L7 105 mm 52 caliber to the hull of the tank. The Stridsvagn 103 will also adapt the Royal Ordnance rifled L7 105 mm 52 caliber.
3.) Both models will receive explosive reactive armor plating.
4.) Both models will receive upgraded digital range finders.
5.) Both models will receive hard kill and soft kill systems to protect against anti-tank missiles.
6.) Both models will receive basic wire guidance anti tank missiles.
7.) Each hull modified will cost roughly PLN8M per unit (USD$2M).
8.) Class B manufacturing facilities will be able to accommodate roughly two hundred upgraded units per year.
9.) The timetable of the project is roughly three years until completion.
