NAP requests by other larger and like-minded factions will be read, contact Great United Columbia, Arbilia, Artoznik and Gravia.

Do not under any circumstances fire on targets that are listed as NAP, as it will likely, if not certainly result in retaliatory strikes that will decimate our alliance. Also, do not retaliate if the attacker is part of a major faction, as they are likely a rouge, we do not want to draw the ire of those we cannot defeat
