It’s normal for Americans to view a walking distance of a European city to be quite high since American cities are suited for cars.

I've done a six hour drive to Kentucky. I'm in Wisconsin.
And coming back from Texas was 17 hours.
(Pro tip:driving through the middle of Illinois and Indiana is boring as hell. I don't recommend, unless you like hours of wind turbines)
Yep, even a small 30-minute drive can take you to an area with a completely different dialect, history, and customs.

I'm thinking this would be after all attempts of the Government to bring back Speranzist fails during OracleVerse.
SPAAD TaskForce 'Last Revelation' takes a direct mission to protect SPAAD bases in Speranzist but eventually defy their command to protect citizens and a coalition forms of normal men, military and SPAAD members which create a faction known as The Last United Coalition(reference to the Union Coalition in the Speranzistian civil war and history of the countries founding).
Soon, SPAAD unites into the Large alliance SOUL99(SPAAD-ORACLE LEGION-UNITED DIMENSIONAL ORGANISATIONS-LEAGUE OF THE 99) and the TLUC returns to listening to SPAAD and becomes an official regiment with this flag.
Speranzist won't have an official flag when it falls during OracleVerse.
(of course, none of this is yet to be confirmed yet, i could change my mind)
