It’s normal for Americans to view a walking distance of a European city to be quite high since American cities are suited for cars.
Just pointing out a cultural difference, not an insult!
Just different lifestyles.
I’ve heard Americans say 3-5 five hour drives are nothing but for me it’s just too much.
