I mean, infrastructure is not completely necessary in a war against Russia or China. Russia's or China's would probably be either destroyed by the US navy or air force, while nothing would be touched in the americas unless the eastern power mobilized far greater numbers. Moreover, if they wanted a land invasion of the USA, they would be gunned down almost immidiately because of the military. As for Russia and Europe, they are a great threat, and the EU recognizes this. If they could become more united, it would be easier to protect the continent, but if not, idk what would happen, it seems quite evenly balanced, with geography in Russia's favor but population and economy in the EU's. I'd argue Chinaand Russia are great threats to global peace. Nuclear war changes everything so I will not get into that here, I could go on for hours I don't have about the consequences of that.
