Due to pressure to withdraw from the UK and Ireland, I will switch to Spain and Portugal. All civilians and stuff will be moved there.
If you want to claim the available Spanish and Portuguese territory, it isn't claimed as a continuation of your current government. The region has an activity policy which is why you were taken off the UK and Ireland - will you be active on Spain/Portugal?
