We are banned from TEP, but that is no great loss. TEP is the worst of the feeder regions. Even TWP refuses to have an embassy with them.

I assume you're talking about population, but the only way to increase that is just to wait. It increases by 1-7 million every day depending on your old population. If you want I can telegram you a chart with how population specifically works
