Announcement from the Department of Foreign affairs

The Commonwealth government applauds the actions of Sultan Tutankhamun I in his decision to step down to preserve peace within Misr Alkubraa. Sometimes leaders need to make hard choices for the good of the people and this was the right choice. Lieutenant General Nabil Yassin Saad has the full confidence and support of the Commonwealth and is ready to assist. Tamazgha will oppose any state or organisation that may attempt to intervene within Egypt's internal affairs. Egypt's path to Democracy has begun and we look forward to a bright future for the people of Egypt and Sudan.

Breaking News: Military Takes Control in Egypt, Promises Democratic Transition
خبر عاجل: الجيش يسيطر على مصر ويعد بالانتقال الديمقراطي

In a decisive move aimed at quelling weeks of mounting unrest and demands for political reform, the Egyptian military has taken charge following the Sultan's surrender of power. The announcement reverberated through the nation via an official declaration by the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, articulating their primary objective of ensuring the stability and security of Egypt during this transitional period.

Central to their strategy is the formation of a Committee for Democracy and Justice, a body entrusted with the monumental task of shepherding the country from a monarchical structure towards a more participatory and democratic governance model. The Committee is poised to play a pivotal role in drafting constitutional reforms, organizing free and fair elections, and fostering civic engagement.

The news of the military's intervention and the promise of a democratic transition sparked scenes of celebration across the streets of Cairo. Thousands of Egyptians poured out, waving national flags and chanting slogans in support of the military's intervention. The streets are filled with a sense of hope and optimism, as citizens envision a future marked by justice and accountability.

However, amidst the celebrations, voices of caution and apprehension have emerged from various political factions and civil society groups. While some have welcomed the military's intervention as a necessary step towards stability and reform, others have expressed concerns about the implications for democratic governance and civil liberties. Calls for continued dialogue and inclusivity continue through the corridors of power as Egypt navigates this delicate transition phase.

Before the Sultan's unexpected decision to step down, reports surfaced of heightened military presence in downtown Alexandria, stirring speculation about the role of the armed forces in the unfolding political drama. Eyewitnesses recounted scenes of armored vehicles lining the streets and troops patrolling key intersections, fueling rumors of potential intervention. The timing of these maneuvers, occurring mere days before the Sultan's announcement, has led to discussion about the extent of military influence in prompting his resignation.

Amidst the swirl of speculation, whispers emerged suggesting that Tutankhamun I, facing mounting pressure from both internal dissent and military scrutiny, may have been coerced into relinquishing power by the military establishment. While such claims remain largely unsupported, a formidable military presence in the heart of Alexandria raises questions about the dynamics at play behind the scenes.

Today's developments signify a watershed moment in Egypt's history, with the euphoria on the streets of Cairo symbolizing a collective yearning for a new nation. With the military at the reins of power and setting the stage for a democratic transition, the journey towards democracy is fraught with challenges. Still, amidst the uncertainty, one thing remains clear – the people of Egypt are determined to chart a course towards a brighter future.

Information Regarding Bush Slavican War Criminal Acquired

A source from within the Department of State Crimes Division (DoSCD), it appears that the nation of North Africa (Commonwealth of Tamazgha) has been holding a longtime Bush Slavican war criminal. The war criminal in question is a Mr. Bandile Bongani, who was a commanding officer for the Bush Rhodesian Military from 1991 to 2001, wherein 2001 the Bush Rhodesian Military was disbanded at the behest of the federal government when the war crimes trials came to an end. Mr. Bandile Bongani is one of about a dozen Bush Slavican war criminals that escaped according to the DoSCD, making him a highly valued target for repatriation and trail. According to the data, Mr. Bandile Bongani killed over a thousand of His Majesty’s Royal Infantry Servicemen when they were trying to surrender after having been surrounded outside the now destroyed ghost town of Kryshki (IRL Katete). Rather than taking prisoners of war, Mr. Bandile Bongani ordered the men and the entire town shelled until they were “wiped from the face of the Earth, blight them like God blighted the Egyptians with the ten plagues.” This has been confirmed in documents, testimonials in court and confessionals before execution. Mr. Bandile Bongani faces the death penalty for his crimes against humanity.

Upon hearing the news from the DoSCD, President Izaak Zygmunt reissued his international arrest warrant with an arrest award of PĄZ1M (USD$100K). President Zygmunt also issued a statement to the Tamazghan government and the staff within the Tamazghan embassy in Słonecznemiasto, Swowianska Rodezja. The statement reads: “We would appreciate the cooperative return of a suspected war criminal so he can face justice. Your proxy war against the government of the people I represent cost ten million lives and billions of Pieniądze PĄZ, and here we are paying for both of these still today. It should be known I have issued an international arrest warrant for him in the sum of PĄZ1M (USD$100K), and should your government choose to repatriate him to Slavic Rhodesia we will see to it that those funds will be paid. If not, we will resort to other means of repatriation or coercion in order to meet our end goal of bringing justice to those who regard life with little regard.” This remark was made right before the president before he announced a bid for his seventh presidential campaign run.

President Zygmunt Declares for Reelection

After the remarks made about the Tamazghan government hosting a wanted Bush Slavican war criminal, the president announced a bid for his seventh presidential campaign run. Elected at the turn of the millennium, he’s been the only president that the country has had since the mandates government reforms took place almost twenty five years ago. President Zygmunt, who used to be a much more controversial figure, has certainly mellowed as he’s aged; however, with the signs of cognitive decline, can President Zygmunt make it another four years term at age eighty six? His recent laws truly have been a net positive, the federal courts continue ruling favorably for the nations Bush Slavican people under his leadership and large civil programs are employing many Slavicans. But is this enough? President Zygmunt is clearly aging, corrupt, and many say a closeted racist. Needless to say, President Zygmunt has an uphill battle.

Hefty Arms Deal Between Slavic Rhodesia and United States

The state of Slavic Rhodesia has petitioned the United States (Imperial Eagle) for the acquisition of some extremely controversial weapons once again. The government, with the permission of President Zygmunt, confirmed this week the acquisition of some 1,000 mT of the Sarin nerve gas amidst the hacking and information leaks at the behest of North Africa (Commonwealth of Tamazgha). Slavic Rhodesia also confirmed the acquisition of some 1,000 mT of both Napalm and White Phosphorus, neither of which are internationally classified as weapons of mass destruction but are both nonetheless devastating in their own right. According to the DoWID, the new arms deal will cost some PĄZ30B (USD$3B) over a three year period (IRL 156 days, 26 AUGUST 2024) while the previous arms deal for the last back of chemical gas weapons cost a much more meager PĄZ1.5B (USD$150M).

1.) 7.5M L Agent Orange Dioxin Defoliant
2.) 1,000 mT VX Thiophosphonate Nerve Gas
3.) 1,000 mT Carbonyl Dichloride Phosgene Nerve Gas
4.) 1,000 M198 Towed Howitzer

Some are beginning to worry, especially those in the MoWID, that President Zygmunt and his cognitive decline are contributing to his increased paranoia. He has been caught several times in recent weeks, wherein a raging President Zygmunt recalls the Civil War of the 1990s. His claims that North Africa is culpable for war crimes committed in Slavic Rhodesia are not unfounded. The claim is the vast sums of money and support that the radical Bush Slavicans received lead to the deaths of an additional four million people. When asked about his controversial weapons purchases, the president said “deterrence is expensive, but war is unacceptable for the people of Slavic Rhodesia. I’m doing this as a representative of the people of Slavic Rhodesia and to honor the memory of my fallen son.”

Slavic Rhodesia Signs Deal with some Reservations

Union of Zuid Afrika wrote:International Trade Association - Day one

”Signatories will be permitted to maintain their own technical and quality standards and impose this on imports and agree tariffs structures and trade deals with third parties through additional agreements less than the maximum agreed tariffs of the ITA."

The preparation work has produced an initial tariff structure as below (taking the highest submitted):

    All other products: 8

In much the manner that Slavic Rhodesia does multilateral international trade deals, the treaty was signed with great haste by a representative appointed by the president. A few reservations had however been shared though on the part of Slavic Rhodesia. A comment pertaining to the duty status of road motor vehicles was raised by the signatory person when it made known a fifteen percent duty would be charged. Once this was made known in Słonecznemiasto, it was determined by a near unanimous vote that the fifteen percent duty would be too burdensome for a country whose public has only just begun motoring in large numbers. In recognition of this, when notified by the government body, the representative for Slavic Rhodesia officially petitioned the international economic body for special consideration when in comes the export of road motor vehicles to Slavic Rhodesia seeing how the country has not a single automobile factory as of yet. The other solution being a handful of automobile manufacturers to build factories in Slavic Rhodesia with the sponsorship of government representatives in a public private partnership program.

Egypt extends solidarity to the Commonwealth of Tamazgha in light of recent events concerning the extradition request made by Swowianska Rodezja. We are deeply concerned about the implications of this request, particularly regarding the individual in question, Mr. Bandile Bongani.

As a nation with a history of struggling against authoritarian regimes, Egypt stands firmly in support of Tamazgha's stance on this matter. It is imperative to recognize the historical context and the noble motivations that underlie Mr. Bongani's actions. He is not a mere "war criminal" as labeled by Rhodesia, but rather a symbol of resistance against the abhorrent apartheid regime.

The Rhodesia Civil War was a tumultuous period marked by gross violations of human rights and systemic oppression, including acts of genocide against native black Africans. Mr. Bongani, like many others, bravely took up arms to fight against this injustice and to secure a better future for his people. To label him as a criminal is not only a distortion of truth but also a grave injustice to the countless lives that were lost in the pursuit of freedom.

The international community needs to uphold the principles of justice, fairness, and respect for human rights. Extraditing Mr. Bongani to Rhodesia would not only betray these principles but also undermine the progress made in the fight against apartheid and other forms of oppression worldwide.

In solidarity with Tamazgha, Egypt urges the Commonwealth of Slavic Rhodesian Unions to reconsider its extradition request and to acknowledge the legitimacy of Mr. Bongani's struggle. We stand ready to offer any support or assistance deemed necessary to uphold justice and ensure that the rights of individuals like Mr. Bongani are safeguarded.

UZA Prime Minister invites partners to the trade conference in Cape Town

Head of Government, Mr Bulani Mbeki today invited prominent nations to a Trade Summit in Cape Town scheduled for next month to attempt to establish an 'International Trade Association' to lower tariffs between nations across the world. Mbeki has been at pains to stress this is not a 'bloc'; other deals will be permitted and encouraged.

Discussions have been in place between the Union of Zuid Afrika, Infiny, European council-, (as co-ordinated with The United British Kingdom), Swowianska Rodezja, and Indhiya. Indhiya has been key to the plans, and have been discussing with Iran-e and Banglades h.

The above nations are invited along with Imperial Eagle, Zeleniya and Romanovskaya and Ukhta, Aozhou. Nations missed off the invite list are welcome to request attendance invites.

Mbeki Said:

"The value of freer trade lies in its ability to encourage competition, which can lead to innovation, efficiency, and increased productivity. By allowing countries to specialize in the production of goods and services where they have a comparative advantage, freer trade can enhance the overall economic welfare of participating nations."

"This concept is not to compete as a 'bloc', that would just risk making the same mistakes as the GSA has made, blocking off trade to those external to the bloc through punitive tariffs, but to build bridges. Lower tariffs".

Objectives of the ITA:
To promote the free flow of trade and goods to achieve rising prosperity and benefits for all peoples.

To facilitate trade in goods, services and intellectual property among participating countries by providing a framework for negotiating trade agreements, which usually aim to reduce or eliminate tariffs, quotas, and other restrictions; these agreements are signed by representatives of member governments.

The agenda, which is proposed by the UZA and subject to change is as follows:

  • Agreed categories for goods and services

  • Maximum Trade Tariffs between member states using an average

  • A 'united front' to mirror the tariffs' established by the GSA

  • Protection of intellectual property

  • Arbitration services for participating nations.

Participating nations will be permitted to maintain their own technical standards and other trade deals.

OOC: I apologize for the late reply to this.

CONTROVERSIAL HEADSCARF BILL INTRODUCED IN IMPERIAL DIET

In the Mehestan, a group of 6 Representatives of the People's Front (political party) have collectively introduced a controversial bill regarding the wearing of articles of clothing such as the niqab, burqa, and other full-face veils. The bill seeks to ban the display of such articles of clothing in public that seek to cover the woman's face.

The primary opposition to this bill has been the left-leaning Iranian Social Party, several regionalist parties, and the Iranian Muslim League, with most arguments against the bill being that the bill promotes discrimination against Muslims. in particular, the Iranian Muslim League criticized the bill over "perpetuating Islamophobia in an already polarized and bigoted society, misguided by the corrupt leadership on the true ideals of Islam." The main opposition of the Iranian Social Party further condemned the bill as being divisive and seeking to polarize Iran towards a more religious, conservative state. The Social Party warns that the passage of such a bill could cause further actions in favor of ultraconservatism and the restriction of human rights, similar to the Ottoman Empire and Arabia. "Iran should not become the enemy. We should not emulate barbarism."

Major proponents of the bill include the current coalition in government, with especially strong support from the Republicans and People's Front. The official statement of the People's Front characterizes the bill as a "source of freedom of all Iranian women from male oppression. This bill, with its banning of discriminatory practices such as forced submission and modesty through restrictive veils, is a hallmark of the dangerous nature of some parts of Islam. This bill does not discriminate against Islam, as a great majority of Iranian Muslims are good people with regard for humanity and the uplifting of women. Unfortunately, some fringe ideologies that seek to bring about a form of Islam more extreme and conservative than seen before in the Middle include the restriction of women, with this bill seeking to stamp out such ideologies dedicated to the sexism of total male supremacy."

Much debate has surrounded the controversy of the bill, with other instances of headscarves in other religions being put up for contention. Proponents of the bill say that the bill does not seek to ban religious headscarves such as the hijab, which does not cover the face, with similar garments being used by conservative Zoroastrian women, along with some Christians and Jews, and that the hijab is not a form of oppression of Muslim women, as the wearing of the hijab does not seek to put women as submissive to men. Voting is expected to commence in 2 weeks.

Flourishing Southlands wrote:The BRSC Stabilization Manifesto

Here you can read the Brazilian Restoration and Salvation Council's plan to do the things our country needs today.

    ...

    We will, to this end:

    • Protecting the environment through a ban on carbon-emitting vehicles. We will take steps to ensure that all new motor vehicles sold in Brazil in the future do not produce any carbon dioxide emissions. Petrol and diesel-driven cars will be phased out in favor of battery-electric vehicles or biofuels so Brazil does its part for our planet's future.

                    Notícias

                  PUBLIC NOTICES

The BRSC has mandated that in 8 years' time, all cars that enter the Brazilian market cannot emit any carbon dioxide. This is to ensure that the transport sector can slash its emissions by 50% within 10 years, and become carbon-neutral within 20 years, so as to counteract the effects of air pollution, anthropological heating, and other harmful effects fossil fuels have had on the Brazilian environment.

This ban does not affect existing cars and does not mean that every road vehicle must produce zero emissions by the 8 year deadline. This does not apply to second-hand or re-purchased cars either.

Any new vehicle which emits carbon dioxide after the 8 year deadline will be confiscated and destroyed.

Currently, most road vehicles in Brazil are required to run on a mandatory blend of 25% anhydrous ethanol and 75% gasoline. The BRSC plans to strengthen this rule so that all road vehicles will be required to run on the mandatory blend by the 8-year deadline. This is followed by corresponding regulations to ensure that all gas stations and fuel suppliers will only provide E25 fuel blends.

Owners of vehicles in contravention of the E25 rule after the 8-year deadline will be fined $1,000-10,000 reals per infraction. They may have their vehicle confiscated and destroyed without compensation if they are a habitual offender. Spot checks will be performed by the Federal Highway Police to ensure compliance with government directives.

The BRSC asks automobile manufacturers to offer to their customers flexible-fuel conversion services.

Brazil's zero-emissions market is set to become more mature by the advent of the 8 year deadline. The country already hosts the largest fleet of flexible-fuel vehicles in the world, with most relying on bioethanol from sugar cane, although room could be made for other technologies such as battery-electric, hydrogen fuel cells, e-fuels, biodiesel, and so on. Reactive increases in demand as a result of this announcement will no doubt deflate the cost of zero-emissions vehicles and make them more attractive to consumers over the long term, thus promoting more competition and innovation between local and foreign carmakers.

Foreign Adversaries,

We understand you feel the need to defend the interests of your ally, North Africa; however, defending a war criminal as your government flounders shows a level of ineptitude that Slavic Rhodesia hasn’t seen in a quarter of a century. I’m under the impression that the transitional leadership in your nation couldn’t find the arse end of decency with both hands and a road map after that move. Mr. Bongani has been charged with crimes against humanity because of his unwillingness to accept surrendering troops on multiple occasions, resulting in the needless deaths of more than a thousand Slavic Rhodesian troops. This man needs to face these accusations, answer for his crimes in a court in front of a jury of his peers and face a sentencing if he’s found guilty. There’s no need for your government to lick the rear end of North Africa, who’ve been harboring a suspected war criminal for a quarter century.

Bering Foods to Expand to The Baltic Confederation

Bering Foods has been in the process of identifying new target markets in eastern Europe and finding locations for new supermarket centers in key cities. After several weeks of surveying and discussion with relevant local authorities the location of the first Bering Foods Supermarket in Europe has been finalized and agreed upon by the executive board and relevant authorities within the country. The city of Narva for The Baltic Confederation has been selected as the first initial location to be opened in Europe.

The city was chosen for a variety of reasons including the area having ease of communication and the city being ideal as it sits near to the border and could potentially serve an expanded customer base for imported Krenstovan goods. The opening of the store is expected to also help bring a boost to the local economy as ~100 or so jobs will be created after opening. Operating in the local Russian community of Narva will also allow for ease of communication and cooperation with locals and aid in potential future expansions in the east of Europe. The supermarket center will offer a wide range of goods from food products to furniture and other household goods and products. The products will be sourced from both local makers and farms as well as from Krenstovan makers and farms.

The supermarket center is expected to open in late-summer at the earliest after minor renovations to the existing building are complete and will hold official opening ceremonies with special deals on products for the first week to celebrate the expansion. In total around ~100 jobs are expected to be created at the location. The opening of the location begins the European expansion phase for Bering Foods, the largest supermarket chain in Krenstova, which is currently seeking to expand it's horizons across the Atlantic Ocean. Other potential locations are already being surveyed but none of them have been selected and approved as of yet.

The move will allow the easier flow of goods to and from Krenstova and the Baltic Confederation and will allow more access to local markets for a variety of businesses in both countries. Krenstova welcomes economic ties with other nations that wish to find a mutual agreement that serves in the interest of our peoples and markets.

Department of foreign affairs statement

When asked in a press conference about the arrest warrant towards Mr. Bandile Bongani. Masinas had this to say.

"We are aware of the arrest warrant made towards Mr. Bandile Bongani. A rebel commander fighting for the survival of his people against a genocidal regime in his native homeland. There is no substantial evidence to show that he did indeed commit the war crimes that he is accused of but there is a tremendous amount of evidence of the genocide committed against his people. Had he instead laid down his weapons he himself may have been another victim of the genocide committed by your government. We refuse your request to send him off to be butchered. He like many others had to take up arms to fend off against the murderers of the Slavic Rhodesian government. He spilled blood for his people and managed to escape the fate many of his comrades suffered. Mark it on your maps, Tamazgha is a bastion of African freedom where no monster can reach you and no tyrant or madman can exploit you. Our decision is final."

Subject: Conclusion Report of the Voras-Nidže Commission Investigation into the Central Asian Union and Blue Wolves Agency
21st of March 2024

To all Representatives within the UAN,

I am writing to provide you with the detailed conclusion report of the Voras-Nidže Commission's comprehensive investigation into the involvement of the Central Asian Union and Blue Wolves Organisation in the recent terrorist attack on the border of the Ottoman Empire and South Slavia.

The investigation, conducted with meticulous attention to detail, aimed to uncover the truth behind the tragic events and identify those responsible for perpetrating this heinous act. After extensive examination of all available evidence, including witness testimonies, forensic analysis, and intelligence reports, the commission has reached several key findings.

First and foremost, I am pleased to inform you that all high-ranking officials of the Blue Wolves Organisation and the Central Asian government who were under investigation have been cleared of any involvement in the attack. The commission's thorough review of their actions and communications revealed no evidence of complicity or wrongdoing on their part.

Furthermore, the commission has determined that the Blue Wolves Organisation as a whole cannot be held accountable for the terrorist attack. While certain individuals within the organisation were implicated in the planning and execution of the operation, their actions were undertaken without proper authorization or oversight.

The primary responsibility for the attack lies with Commander Tynychbek Abdraimov and 11 of his subordinates, who initiated the operation without proper authorization from higher authorities. 11 of which are now in the custody of the commission as a result of aid from the Central Asian government in their capture, however Commander Abdraimov still remains at large. We are doing all we can to ensure his safe bringing into custody.

In addition to identifying the perpetrators, the commission has compiled a comprehensive dossier of evidence, including intercepted communications, surveillance footage, and forensic analysis of certain scenes related to the incident. This evidence has been handed over to the appropriate authorities for further review and prosecution.

As we move forward, it is imperative that we remain vigilant in our efforts to combat terrorism and uphold the rule of law. The Central Asian government and the Blue Wolves Organisation are committed to working closely with international partners to prevent future attacks and ensure the safety and security of all citizens.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you require any further information or assistance regarding the investigation. We remain dedicated to transparency and accountability in all matters related to national security and counterterrorism efforts.

Sincerely,

Vincent Chakma
Chairperson of the Voras-Nidže Commission and CTTC Operative of Greater United Bangla

UAN General Assembly, Geneva

The Chair thanks the Voras-Nidže Commission (VNC) for its work in investigating the Blue Wolves' and Central Asian Union's involvement in the recent attacks in the Slavian-Ottoman border region.

These findings are laid before the General Assembly for their consideration and scrutiny. Member States have this opportunity to comment on the investigation and its findings before proceedings to constitute the sanctions list under UANGA/RES/19 are initiated.

Cabinet & Privy Council Office, Mexico-Tenochtitlan, Mexico-Tenochtitlan Federal District

Classified Meeting

Within the brightly lit chambers of the Privy Council Offices the air hung heavy with anticipation and tension. The clock on the wall ticked away the minutes into the early morning hours, echoing through the room like a constant reminder of the urgency of mission ordered just hours earlier.

Around the polished mahogany table, members of the security cabinet sat in somber silence, their faces marked with lines of worry and determination. Caudillo Carolina Escrivá sat at the head of the table, an expression of determined resolve over her face, awaiting the report from the reconnaissance team.

Outside the high windows, the city of Mexico-Tenochtitlan lay shrouded in darkness, its streets silent save for the occasional distant siren or rumble of a passing vehicle.

The mission and its potential implications, weighed heavily on everyone's minds. The success or failure of this operation could mean the difference between life and death for countless innocent civilians.

As the cabinet awaited the report from the recon unit, the only sound in the room was the soft shuffle of papers, the occasional clearing of throats, and creaking sound of swivelling office chairs. Every passing second felt like it would never end, each member of the cabinet lost in their own thoughts and fears.

Finally, after what must have seemed like years had passed, a hushed voice broke the silence as a messenger from the Ministry of Defense entered the chamber, carrying the long-awaited report. All eyes turned to Caudillo Escrivá as she took the proffered document, her fingers trembling slightly as she broke the seal and began to read.....

The tension in the room was at its peak as the Caudillo's eyes scanned the report, her expression almost blank and unreadable. And then, in a moment that seemed to stretch out infinitely, she looked up, her gaze meeting that of Marshal Cherro, the Commander of the Mexican Imperial Guard.

"Marshal, ready the troops," she ordered, her voice cutting through the tense silence like a knife. "At dawn the cartel falls." And with those words the course was laid and the fate of the nation hung in the balance.

Meeting in Cape Town to agree maximum tariffs

Prime Minister Mr Bulani Mbeki stands in front of the delegates in the main hall.

"Distinguished guests, delegates, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to thank you for the discussions over the last few days.

What we have discussed here has the potential to change the map of the world economy. A maximum tariff agreement will enable freer trade, connecting the raw materials of nations such as ours, with the labour forces of India, Mexico, and others and the capital and markets of the West, Zeleniya and Japan.

In closing remarks we state again, that these are only maximum tariffs, signatories will be free to agree deals with lower tariffs with whoever they want. The WTO is is only to set upper limits to avoid trade wars. And again, signatories are permitted to set their own safety, labour and environmental standards.

There was one proposed change; a slight revision up for one category of goods; Fish products from 0% to 5% so support local fishing communities and ecology management.

Tariffs with third parties will be quid pro quo, i.e. signatories are encouraged to, but not compelled to apply the same tariffs as applied to them to third parties, e.g. the higher tariffs applied by the GSA.

There was only one volunteer for the small secretariat that will be required, in the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City, Indiyha. This location is ideal, in one of the worlds' most populous nation, with impressive growth and close to other global population centres. This will be paid for with a small stipend from each signatory.

As such I can confirm the following signatories to the agreement:

European council-
-United European States- member nations
Land of Sapmi
Banglades h
Sindhdesh
Iran-e
Indhiya
-Empire of Japan-
Swowianska Rodezja

Saejoseonese Doctors Striking Against Medical Student Enrollment

Many doctors across Saejoseon have resigned and many medical students have went on strike while suspending their studies after the Grand Assembly revealed a plan to significantly increase the medical student quotas going forward. The government has proposed the increase on medical student enrollment in order to provide the ability to efficiently treat patients in a timely manner throughout many practices within the basic Saejoseonese medical system. The Saejoseon Medical Association, a trade union within Saejoseon which claims to represent over 100,000 doctors across the nation, has stated that the cause of the shortage of timely treatment is not the lack of manpower, but the uneven distribution of medical facilities across the nation between urban and rural areas, poor labor conditions, and high litigation risks.

Chief State Councilor Sagong Hyun-Jae has stated that the enrollment increase is to increase the number of available doctors in order to provide timely treatment. The SMA has shot down this notion at every opportunity presented to them as they believe the shortage of manpower in rural, and some urban, areas is due to inadequate medical resources and treatment making it difficult to retain staff in those places. The SMA is hoping for a quicker solution to the issues and has stated that no immediate benefit would appear due to this legislation as medical training typically takes ten to twelve years.

Saejoseonese medical professors have also criticized the proposed legislation stating that the increase in enrollment would would impair the quality of medical education. This stance has faced backlash from commentators due to Saejoseonese medical professors handling 1.6 medical students on average. Chief State Councilor Sagong stands by the legislation.

More information will be posted as the story continues to unfold.

An Italian Villa

He sat in his sun chair by the pools, reading the news articles to an audience of Tajik men to his right and Mexican men to his left. After publicly disappearing into irrelevancy and into the shadows of his global operation for awhile, this man fully committed himself to the global arms trade. Now, virtually every warlord, corrupt dictator, gangster, mafioso or any other figure in need of bulk weapons knows of and reveres him by his codename: Joker.

Joker looked at the two Mexican men. "Call your boss, my friend." One of them dials their boss and hands the phone to Joker, who enters into brief conversation with the boss of a significant Mexican drug cartel. As they spoke, Joker's grin begins to turn sinister. "My brother, as of today, it is your very special day. You and your henchmen are now hereby awarded my share in Mexico's arms trade: no longer have I an interest in maintaining control over the gun market there." The cartel boss would express his ecstasy over the phone, before Joker kept talking: "I fully entrust that you and your men will be able to handle the special items circulating around as well. I manifest only the best for you, my friend."

As soon as he hung up, Joker would snap his fingers: suddenly, two gunshots simultaneously rang out from inside the house and two bullets penetrated the heads of the two Mexican men. The two Tajik men to Joker's right would be totally shocked and taken back by what they had just seen. "Relax. Calm down, friends," Joker reassured the Tajiks who witnessed a very precise double-murder.

Like clockwork, two men armed with high-powered, suppressed assault rifles along with four men in hazmat suits would come out the house, carry the two bodies away and clean up the scene.

"Now you know who I really am outside of the catalogues and the hearsay. With those burdensome and troublesome Mexicans out of the picture, I offer you this grand opportunity: run my guns, bullets, rocket launchers, vehicles, dirty bombs and other product from the Volga to China, from the Indian to the Arctic Oceans and you will be able to access any amount of firepower beyond your greatest wishes at excellent discounts. Do that and I will transform you into an army beyond reckoning."

Joker extended his hand. Persuaded both by such an immensely tantalizing offer and by his fearsome display of power, the two Tajik men each shook Joker's hand, making phone calls to their compatriots back home. His grin, which stayed over from his call with a cartel boss, grew even bigger as a far larger market, one which makes Mexico look penniless, was within his reach.

Meeting in Cape Town to agree maximum tariffs

Prime Minister Mr Bulani Mbeki stands in front of the delegates in the main hall:

"Distinguished guests, delegates, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to warmly welcome you to the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

We have seen in the last few months, the throwing up of barriers to trade through tariffs and the emergence of one bloc in particular whose actions can only be interpreted as trying to starve the west for resources and the global south of markets to sell to. Tariffs of 12% for non-precious metals, 18% for vegetable products, and 12% for ores call back to an outdated idea that trade is a zero sum game. It is not.

Global trade allows countries to specialize in what they do best, and benefit from the comparative advantage of others. It promotes competition, innovation, and efficiency in the global market. Free trade creates more opportunities for businesses, consumers, and workers, and enhances the welfare of all parties involved.

We meet here today not to set up another 'bloc', but to promote the free flow of trade and goods to achieve rising prosperity and benefits for all peoples by providing a framework for reduced tariffs, quotas, and other restrictions. To give those of us who provide raw materials markets to those who produce goods and to feed the world affordably and raise living standards for all.

We will do this not by limiting choice and establishing a 'bloc' but simply by agreeing 'maximum' tariffs that those present to agree to and an agreement that tariff and trade deals should not exceed those set out.

The International Trade Association will:

  • Establishment of agreed categories for goods and services for trade and tariff purposes

  • Maximum Trade Tariffs between member states

  • Protection of intellectual property

  • 'Mirroring' of tariffs' established by the GSA and other blocs between member nations in an attempt to secure lower tariffs for all.

  • An arbitration service and small secretariat based in a city (we personally suggest somewhere in Indhiya or Infiny).

Signatories will be permitted to maintain their own technical and quality standards and impose this on imports and agree tariffs structures and trade deals with third parties through additional agreements less than the maximum agreed tariffs of the ITA."

The preparation work has produced an initial tariff structure as below (taking the highest submitted):

    Animal products: 12.5
    Dairy products: 12.5
    Fruit and vegetables: 12.5
    Cereals: 0
