What does "host ballot" do?
As long as I don't have to make a team and name players then I'm fine with joining
You have to host matches, meaning you have to do the stuff of sending the match report (I will send you the match report and you have to publish it in a presentable way). The advantage is if you don't go close to qualification, you still have auto qualification.
