He nods in return. "Good, good. Now I propose that we head to Tbilisi. There, you and whomever else you have directly involved in this project can make your case in person to the people of Georgia. Talk about your plans, what they might expect to benefit as citizens of Russia. There we can draft a treaty, as well. Sound good?"
