World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 353
Commend Deadeye Jack
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Identifying Deadeye jack as a steadfast contributor to regional communities and a defender of their autonomy and self-determination.
Remembering the contributions of Gun-toting animals, the primordial forerunner of Deadeye-Jack, to the region of European Union (EU), where sovereign nations come together as equals, united in diversity, to promote peace, liberty, and prosperity. Civil servants of Gun-toting Animals helped develop the region by:
Authoring the European Relief Force Act which created a voluntary military force to distribute aid in the event of natural disasters or war and remains a crucial component of the EU.
Passing the second annual budget and establishing a framework for future financial management of the EU as its Commissioner for Economics.
Serving eight months as Premier Commissioner, overseeing a period of great stability for members of the Union.
Observing the shift of Deadeye Jacks efforts to the cause of defending regions from occupying forces after its contributions to EU, a region which was once vulnerable to invasion.
Heralding Deadeye Jacks founding of Fort Triumph, a region which was home to the Fort Triumph Marshal Service, an organization which provided crucial stability to defending at a time of great political turmoil. During Deadeye Jacks leadership of the region, it conducted much of the organizations outreach to new members and served as one of its Commanders, completing 57 missions, including leading 5 of those missions.
Noting Deadeye Jacks work in Hogwarts as its Headmaster, as the nation Willernie, in reestablishing a bustling school for magical students after the region had previously been locked away by invader forces,
Realizing Deadeye Jacks extensive role in building The Order of the Grey Wardens (TGW), one of the most prominent contemporary defending organizations dedicated to combatting the influence of darkspawn, acting as a moderating force in TGWs military command in a variety of positions including:
As High Constable, building the regions foreign affairs with other defender organizations and serving as second in command.
Revolutionizing the Guardian program of TGW as its Silverite Guardian, making defending accessible to nations with less advanced communications technology. Deadeye Jacks revitalization of the program enabled other nations to take up the mantle of leading Guardian missions and inspired them to become full Wardens, which are able to defend with greater efficiency.
Reworking the record-keeping system of TGW as its Chamberlain, ensuring that accurate information about defender accomplishments will be available for future generations, including its own extensive participation in defending operations, totaling 1,816 defenses, 121 liberations, and 360 detags.
Observing that Deadeye Jacks proxy government Dead i jack established itself in The Rejected Realms (TRR) seeking an opportunity to contribute to a larger region, where it performed exceptional government service including:
Revolutionizing the cultural landscape of TRR in ten months as Officer of Culture by:
Introducing the musical events Popmaster and RejectVision to TRR, a tradition carried on by subsequent Officers of Culture.
Opening the Cultural Event Library of TRR, a public resource documenting past events and containing instructions on how to run those events in the future.
In Deadeye Jacks most recent term, maintaining a Culture Calendar with daily cultural events, ensuring continued activity on TRRs communication platforms.
Assisting negotiations of the Unicorn Star Treaty with The North Pacific as Officer of Foreign Affairs. This treaty ensures the security of TRR by guaranteeing for aid in the event of a coup despite TRRs inability to eject potential security threats.
Serving seven months as World Assembly Delegate of TRR, during which time Deadeye Jack:
Initiated and guided a legislative debate to establish an independent The Rejected Realms Media Corporation with a dedicated Editor-in-Chief. This historically significant change in TRRs government enabled TRR to establish the position of Officer of World Assembly Affairs which builds engagement in TRRs community with this very Assembly.
Directly edited an issue of TRT to avoid a gap in publication during the transition.
Provided sound oversight to the elected Officers of TRR and set the all-time TRR Delegate endorsement record.
Awed by the totality of these contributions to different regions and the defender cause,

General Assembly Resolution # 554
Safety and Integrity in Conflict Journalism
A resolution to promote funding and the development of education and the arts.
The General Assembly,
Observing that, in times of unrest, a scrutinising media provides a safety net for civilians in conflict's path, not only by keeping them apprised of dangers, but by holding leaders accountable for what atrocities might otherwise be concealed,
Recognising that, while operating in close proximity to a conflict zone is perilous, a journalist's actions may be the only mechanism by which news of happenings may be returned to international authorities,
Aware that conflict journalists face dangers beyond battlefield hazards, including being specifically targeted for arrest, kidnapping, and murder by belligerent factions or even their own government,
Resolved that it falls to the World Assembly to establish specific provisions which protect these journalists, safeguard their vital function, and assist in providing reports of non-compliance with international law,
May it be enacted that this chamber:
Defines within this resolution:
a "conflict zone" as a battlefield, combat area, or zone where military-grade equipment is deployed to defeat, rout, or suppress opposing forces.
a "conflict journalist" as a reporter or a reporter's technical assistant, operating independent of any belligerent faction, and employed in providing journalism from an ongoing conflict zone or its immediate surrounding area.
an "act of espionage" as the clandestine gathering, reporting, or delivery of information for the purposes of benefiting one or more belligerent factions, except to uphold international law.
an "act of warfare" to be any of the following:
The capturing or killing of combatants.
The intentional damage or destruction of equipment or vehicles deployed to the conflict.
The transportation of personnel or supplies for a party of the conflict.
Declares that conflict journalists:
are classified as civilian non-combatants of a protected status.
are permitted to carry out any journalism that is not an act of espionage from or near a conflict zone.
are prohibited from carrying, operating, or transporting weaponry in a conflict zone.
are prohibited from hiring or otherwise soliciting the services of armed escorts and mercenaries.
are prohibited from accessing military facilities, except when invited by the owner or controller of the facility.
Prohibits member nations from:
disallowing conflict journalists access to a conflict zone and freedom of movement within it.
undertaking retaliatory action towards conflict journalists in response to unfavourable press coverage, or fear thereof.
detaining conflict journalists solely to limit their access to the conflict zone, or to delay their reporting.
Establishes that the kidnapping, murder, or deliberate use of a conflict journalist as a military target shall be illegal and considered a war crime.
Clarifies that a conflict journalist who commits an act of espionage or proactively engages in an act of warfare will be considered a hostile combatant, exempt from the protections of this resolution, and unable to be considered a civilian in the conflict.

Security Council Resolution # 354
Commend Altmoras
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Noting Altmoras current position as Astaroth of Hell, a region guarded by an ever-changing pathway to entry and a series of trials so intensive that it was commended by this very council, where they have contributed to the regions notoriety by recruiting newly founded nations to Hells sister region, Underworld and assisting in screening those who pass the Trials, as well as maintaining communications for Hellions to allow them to communicate more accurately with each other,
Further noting Altmoras' leadership of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the nuclear faction of Hell and their allies, where it coordinated strategy and logistics, and led them to second place in 2018, only eclipsed in nuclear dominance by UPPERCUT, and 2019, where they claimed victory over UPPERCUT's successor faction and came in first place among over 500 competing factions, cementing Hell as one of the most dominant nuclear powers and developing a point of regional pride,
Praising Altmoras' service in various government positions in the sinker region of Lazarus during the control of the defender-aligned Humane Republic, during which time they would:
Revive activity and establish informal guidelines for procedures in the law-making Assembly of Lazarus during its term as Speaker in 2016 following a period of general inactivity in the Assembly,
Lead the Lazarene Liberation Army following Funkadelia's resignation in 2016, during which they would lead it into many anti-raider operations to restore native control over raided regions, such as the liberation of The Arab League in 2017,
Serve as Sovereign of Lazarus in 2017, a position in charge of representing the region in the World Assembly and maintaining regional security, where they would significantly improve the region's infrastructure by publishing comprehensive regional dispatches including those encouraging the art of exchanging endorsements, as well as detailing the region's embassy policy and constitution,
Create and manage channels of communication for Lazarenes until the fall of the Khanate coup government in April 2018,
Celebrating Altmoras extensive career as a defender, working to protect countless regions from invasion across a span of over 3000 defensive operations including:
The liberation on Christmas in 2020 where a force of over 40 soldiers freed the captured region from the grasp of invaders,
The liberation on Japan in September 2017, involving over 50 defenders against a large invader pile,
The liberation of Anontia in 2019 against invader forces from The Black Hawks, where over 40 defenders successfully restored native sovereignty following four continuous sieges,
Operation Defender Illuminati in October 2016, where both Belgium, a large historic founderless region and The North Woods, another founderless region, were liberated from the control of invaders within minutes of each others liberations,
Admiring Altmoras' leadership in The Order of The Grey Wardens (TGW), a renowned defender region, and has helped liberate and defend countless regions abroad by serving in various leadership positions such as:
Warden-Commander since August 2016 to the present, where they have been a major force in helping lead defenses against countless invasions and raids, and also created dispatches encouraging endorsement of the WA Delegate which has in turn strengthened the region's voice in the World Assembly,
High Constable from November 2016 to January 2017, where, as a result of First Warden Roavin's preoccupation as Minister of Defence of the South Pacific, they assumed most of the duties as de facto leader of TGW, went on to lead TGW on liberations like the sieges of Asiana and liberation of Coalition of Sovereign Nations, both in 2016, and also helped build and maintain relations with NSLeft and the Augustin Alliance,
Lauding Altmoras' contributions to the region of Singapore, a founderless region constantly under the threat of invasion, by advising natives in the reimplementation of a regional password to protect natives from further attack, as well as authoring Repeal: Liberate Singapore (SC#210), which removed a significant roadblock to this process,
Hereby Commends Altmoras.

General Assembly Resolution # 555

Security Council Resolution # 355
Repeal: “Condemn the Pacific”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #268 “Condemn the Pacific” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council:
Recalling that the New Pacific Order -- the ruling regime of the Pacific -- has a long history of committing flagrant acts of aggression, many of which were articulated by SC#268 and a preceding resolution which has been repealed, SC#177;
Maintaining, however, that the inaccuracies of SC#268 weaken the argument in favor of condemnation to such a degree that the Pacific cannot be considered worthy of condemnation based on the arguments set forth by SC#268, warranting repeal;
Noting that while Feux and A mean old man did infiltrate Lazarus and Osiris through puppet nations, these nations were not "notable members of the New Pacific Order" at the time of said infiltrations, nor were they members of the NPO at all during that time period;
Dismissing claims that these infiltrations constituted intelligence operations conducted by the NPO, due to a lack of evidence to demonstrate the NPO knew of these infiltrations while they were ongoing;
Acknowledging that Aleisyr and Pergamon, at the time the nations chiefly responsible for governing the Pacific, later became aware of these infiltrations but allowed these nations membership and advancement in the NPO, without informing either Lazarus or Osiris of the infiltrations, but that their reprehensible silence and inaction do not prove the aforementioned claims;
Celebrating that Aleisyr, Pergamon, and other nations responsible for the NPO's duplicitous machinations resigned or were removed from power, in some cases departing the Pacific altogether, and that they were replaced with a new generation of leadership that does not appear to share past aims of strife and conquest;
Observing that Topid, the nation that authored SC#268, has released a communique through a puppet nation expressing its government's belief that the Pacific has made progress toward reform, enough so that Topid has made peace with the NPO;
Recognizing that there is a growing consensus among major global powers that apparent reform efforts undertaken by the NPO are progressing sufficiently to warrant reopening diplomatic relations with the Pacific;
Reflecting that this renewed openness by prominent regions to normalization of relations with the NPO indicates a rising optimism that the Pacific can rejoin the community of regions in good faith, without further condemnation by this body;
Respecting that the nations and regions of the world may yet have varying opinions on the veracity of the NPO's alleged reform efforts, but fervently hoping that such efforts will prove sufficient to avoid any need for this body to condemn the Pacific a third time;
Hereby Repeals SC#268: Condemn The Pacific.
