Please don't quote suppressed posts, they're suppressed for a reason.

Also, please refrain from using expletives in your posts.

Dammit, I’ve been trying to work that phrase into a haiku for the last half an hour.

TODAY IN THE WEST
Share what you have been reading recently on this Booknesday! If you haven't read anything then maybe you might find a book to read from the ones people mention! I will also give a shoutout to all those in dental school or dentists who are retired or actively practicing because it is Dentist Day, even if you hate the dentist know that their work is important for maintaining the overall health of the body...even if they ask you questions while digging around in your mouth.

The Easter Card Contest is here for all to see! Details on the contest can be found in the linked post!

If you have yet to do so already, be sure to endorse the Delegate, Overthinkers, and her trusty Guardians to help ensure the region's security and to promote our interests in the WA!

Hello.

Welcome to the West Pacific. As new nations you might like to read our New Player’s Guide - it will help you get started in the game.

Western lop

Been meaning to make a nation to converse in this region

Anyway, how are the fine people of the West doing?

It feels like Luton will stay up, despite all their troubles. They have been putting in some solid performances in Kenilworth.

Booknesday - just trying out a new s-f author for me, Adrian Tchaikovsky. Reading his latest novel “Shards of Earth”.

Not sure yet as I’m less than 100 pages in, but it hasn’t grabbed me like Reynolds’ “Revelation Space”, Hamilton’s “The Reality Dysfunction” or Morgan’s “Altered Carbon”.

Still, early days.

Booknesday - trying my best to get through Salinger's "Catcher in the Rye." Need to finish that sooner or later.
