All Televisions and radios go off within the nation, cutting to a black screen before fading into furnished area, one with a large wooden podium in the front with white pillars in the back, through the windows in the background you can see down Hōrudingu Avenue in the capital of Akatani. To both sides of the podium are Baratochi Banners, with the signature symbol of the Stratocractic-Cyberocracie Party, the Futuristic Rose clashing against the red banners. On the bottom half of the screen the Words “Sugu ni kaigi ga hajimarimasu.” -Conference will start soon.- A minute passes before someone enters the frame of the camera and walks to the podium on the rose-red carpet. They reach the Podium and wipe their hair from in front of their eyes to the back of their ear. The woman wears a bland black dress-jacket utop a white shirt with a matching red tie. On the bottom half of her body she wears standard one-inch heels with a pair of dark-grey leggings and a black dress-skirt, outfitting her like the night. Her face matches her body, with a look of a mean aura with messy black hair that goes down her back while she retains some that reaches her eyes.
