With the recent declaration of war by the horrendous Northeast Hong Kong Government, the Baratochin Stratocratic-Cyberocracie Assemblies of the national government (Militaristic Councils and the AM) have decided that its in the best interest for the people of Baratochi that in the upcoming weeks of this newly, unjustly and unfounded war that we shall declare Emergency Martial Law. All people are subject to military laws, a curfew will be put in place as well as the State General we retain total power and the Allied Mastercomputer will be subject to no wipes or technological backlashes."

The radios blared across the nation. Emilia Herrera, the State General of the nation had just come on live television hours before, informing the public about the NEHK shot at the Baratochin Government and the nation as a whole. The Baratochin Nation had been concerned about the Birds to the southeast and now it was worried about a nation across the whole of North Osea. A nation that wanted nothing but the lands that Baratochi had fought for over its many years of existence. From the Exlesian Warlords that had city states to now the Stratocracy-Cyberocracie, everyone fought for the state that they believed in, and now it was the Herrera turn.

From the top of Civil Police cars they blasted the information, from government buildings, from military bases, from the random poles sent up in communities out in the suburbs of Akatani to the deserts of the Kitsabaku, everywhere the Stratocracy could lay its hands on it told the people.

Even as the sirens blared above them in the Pārubiru in Central Akatani, a group of high-ranked military men and women sat at a large oval table in Silence as one of the chairs stood empty. They sat and fiddled with their sleeves, watches, patches, almost anything you could get your hands on. The quiet murmur of the sirens a couple stories above them had almost entirely been drowned out. Below them, workers poured their hearts and souls into the main floods of comments and questions that had been flooded to the Media Department since the declaration of war by NEHK on the peaceful nation.

Everybodys attention shot up as the door opened. They pushed out their seats and stood up as quick as they could. They stared across from each other while looking a tiny bit up towards the golden chancellors above them. “At ease” the person entering the room said. It was a medium-tall slender woman that wore all black and had her hair in a ponytail. Everything about her screamed that she was a woman of authority, she gave off an aura of duty and courage as she pulled out her chair. All the people sat down in the room. Each chair in it makes a small squeak noise as they pulled themselves closer to the table.

Emillia Herrera put her hands down in front of her onto the polished almond colored table. She gave out a small sigh. “As you know as you’ve been informed, We’re at war. That means that the Baratochin Forces must be on high alert and fully mobilized. The Hong Kong Government is a nation of dogs. Dogs that dont know how to obey. They’ve been bailed out by the OSEAN Government and we expect them to be again if we get too close to their borders.

Along with that we need to discuss Kure. I was thinking funnel more troops into it as fast as we can before the Hong Kongers can get their navy over hear. Along with that, AM has decided its best to move another air wing into the area as Air Power will be essential in the upcoming battle. They will definitely have the seas since lets be honest, we are lacking in the ship department and unfortunately I dont want my new fleet getting destroyed so must are going to be escorted to Avaanya in Volstokn thanks to our northern brothers.

Lastly, What shall we do as we lack the sufficient naval force to successfully invade NEHK over the seas, and such I’ll be in negotiations in the future with Volstokn and Sallent. The only way we’ll be able to get a counter attack is by attacking through Sallentis land just as they are doing to us with the Mavella Socialist Republic

We are only gonna ask Volstokn to keep its word with the Volkoneimi-Akatani Pact if the Hong Kongers expect to pull another person into the war or ups its presence in Mavella, if so. Mavella is considered a nation that is an enemy of the state. I’ll make sure to release a statement on that.

A truck rolls down the gravel streets of outer Kure. The province was under lockdown. Not a soul in our out is the best way to stay secure while under the pressure of a foreign nation who has its sights on you. Kure was one of the most heavily fortified provinces next to Syndoshū on the Accipitridian Empire’s border. Kure was the place that connected the Baratochin Nations to the rest of the world and the stratocratic government wasn't gonna let some nation from across the world just roll in and take it. A soldier looks out the back of it as he smokes a cigarette. He had been brought to the province when the ‘birds were acting up and now he is prepared against invasion by the Northeast Hong Kong Nation.

He wears urban camo and wears a massive sack on his back, inside is his other uniform, his other gear, some food, and photos of his wife and children. He adjusts his helmet as he takes another puff of his dart. More troops are being funneled in on mass.

On the opposite side of the nation, Emilia Herrera stands back on the podium where she gave the address to the nation hours before. The streets have been lit up as the morning sun now beats down on the people of the Savannah city. Everything is the same. The banners to her left and right haven't changed, she hasn't changed clothes nor has her stature.

She clears her throat and begins talking “Hello again, people of Baratochi and beyond. I have come to update you on the current situation. I’ll make this short. Martial Law has been declared yes. We are getting a tight grip on what is happening and that's all because of your compliance and I thank you dearly for that. Troops are being funneled into Kure as we speak to protect what is ours. Negotiations between Baratochi, Sallent and Volstokn are set to start soon as we look for a way to strike back at the NEHK Government.

Lastly, let this be a warning to the Mavella socialist republic. We have weighed our options with our current neighbors and are ready for a war between the MSR and the Baratochin Stratocratic-Cyberocracie if you do not remove the Hong Konger soldiers off of our shared borders within 48 hours as well as put a cap on their presence in your country right now at their current numbers. Failure to comply will end in bloodshed and its best if we don't have that amidst our wars with the despicable excuse of NEHK nation.

Along with that, failure to comply will allow us to stick to our word and call in the Tsaral Realm of Volstokn as per their obligations in the Volkoneimi-Akatani pact that has been signed in the scope of recent international events. Make the wise choice or suffer greatly.

Death to the traitors of Stratocracy. The war will be over when we have the head of the NEHK leader on a spike and parade it down the streets of their capital. They have chosen wrong. Their cities will burn and I swear, someone else will raise their sons and daughters.”
