The Oppressed Peoples of Neo-Malaysia is a massive, orderly nation, renowned for its infamous sell-swords, avowedly heterosexual populace, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 1.283 billion Neo-Malaysians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The large, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, with Law & Order, Industry, and Education also on the agenda, while International Aid receives no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of KL-X. The average income tax rate is 85.0%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Neo-Malaysian economy, worth 160 trillion Ringgits a year, is quite specialized and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology and Tourism. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an impressive 125,312 Ringgits, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Citizens are encouraged to report friends, family members or co-workers who seem depressed to the government for "counselling", the government officially wants you to slow down and speak more clearly, Neo-Malaysia has taken the radical step of electing its future leaders, and church and state are inseparable in their influence on education. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Neo-Malaysia's national animal is the Non-Malay people, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Neo-Malaysia is ranked 40,324th in the world and 103rd in The League for Safest, scoring 105.53 on the Bubble-Rapp Safety Rating.
