RP: Renamed Special Forces
As per the Reorganizing of the Armed forces the 2 special forces within Luwuia will be renamed, The 1st Special Mission Unit Alpha will be renamed to 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Alpha and the Naval Special Warfare Group will be renamed to the Luwuian Navy Sea, Air and Land Teams.
RP: Leaked War Documents from the old government
Leaked Documents from the Empire of Luwuia have been made public by an anonymous group, These plans appear to be Invasion plans for The order of the fallen. The plans state that an invasion of this country would begin with mass bombing runs by Luwuian Bombers and Naval assets. Then a large armored invasion in the northern part of the island which would continuously push towards the Capital city with the Army coming in from behind and taking over the rest of the Island. The New Luwuian Government wishes to give the plans to The order of the fallen in the interest of international Transparency within the new Luwuian Government.
RP: Send in the guard
As this information is released, the Lirana Ministry of Defence begins moving the 1st Armoured Corps (The Grey Wheels) and the 17th marines in to help safeguard the Avallonians from enemy assault. Together, this makes up some 125,000 troops and 300 Tanks, and is expected to arrive in the next 4-6 months due to logistical issues
RP: Work [SECRET]
The Government orders work and Prototyping of a new Main Battle tank to replace the now aging MV-4 and X-90, both of which are growing old and obsolete with new Lirana tactical plans for military operations now favouring fast attacks over slow massed tank battles. The project has been given the name Crusader, as LAE, Ravenwood and other companies begin working on new plans, expected to take somewhere between 1-3 years with government funding of 500 billion Onyx, to be split between the 5 competing companies
RP: Editing, Upgrading
As studies have recently shown that Playgrounds with less conventional areas for things like climbing, and partially underground areas, have been proven correct, the Lutrillia SCR, States of Eol Sha and Leyatin and Republic of Kalmykia have begun work on overhauling those play areas deemed least popular into a child friendly space. In the SCR, the district of Vayaja has begun setting up design competitions to help children decide what they want for their areas. The Zoological Institute to the North is also having some of the unused areas turned into areas for social gathering like eating areas and play areas among other things. Smaller companies across the Nation have been offering small donations to this cause, with special mention by the Government in their daily briefing to any who want it going to Ravenwood Military Hardware, who raised 179,073 from employee donation. Thanks has been given to all offering help, and this has been named by some newspapers as the time when people banded together to help the young of society

Upon listening to the broadcast for hours, it seems less likely that it's actually the names of people. Nakatoro authorities, while continuing to search their databases for the names of citizens and the names read off by the broadcast, say it's unlikely due to their current results. Some of the Nakatoro officials theorize the names are actually a phonetic alphabet developed by the East kowen which is being used to broadcast the message or that it's actually a different kind of encryption using names, perhaps in a specific order, to relay certain orders or messages perhaps to agents in the other Kowenian states due to the short range of the broadcast.
Triangulating the signal reveals the origin of the broadcast is closer to the northern side of the East Kowenian border with North kowen. Due to the distance from the origin of the signal and the Schwypian border, any attempt (at least from the Schwypian side of the border) to determine if the signal is from the government or from a third party would be fruitless.
The broadcast continues to go on, although it seems to be a repeat of all the previous messages at the same end of the hour interval with currently no new combination of numbers and "names."

With the tropical storm now evolving into a category 1 hurricane, it's effects are beginning to take toll as Incheon city and eastern North kowen are impacted by the storm. Many civilians attempt to flee to shelter during the chaos, due to little infarstructure to warn them before hand and the government believing the storm wouldn't evolve in it's intensity. Waves as high as one and a half meters begin to slam the coast, and some rooftops of the poorly built residential homes in Kowen are observed blowing off and knocking into objects on the ground or flying into the air. The storm surge caused by the hurricane has also caused the coast to raise the water level by about half a meter. Structures by the coastline begin to have their first floors flooded by the surge.
RP: Long Ride
As Hurricane Andromeda which is already a slow moving, moves across North kowen and Incheon city causing high surges, 80 mph gusts, and flood waters. The Republic has all reported flooding and winds in the Southern Islands. The Hurricane is predicted to cross over the Kowenian states Peninsula, barely skimming Areleand and 
Schwypia. It's predicted path is now to pass near Evve terre as a weakening Tropical Storm or Depression before dissipating as an unorganized remnant collection of thunderstorms heading North. It's expected to fully cross Kowen in the next 3 days.
RP: LoT Falls; Socialist-Monarchist Rule Continues.
The ideals of Infinitism, much like Humanitarianism, have fallen. With the slow, steady disappearance of Evve Terre's only allies, there was nothing left for the LoT to do but dissolve. Despite this, as well as pressure from East evvia to restore Kether as San Solaris, Evve Terre holds fast in its ideological mixture of Infinitism, the Warcode of Apollyon, and Socialist-Monarchism.
RP: Upgrades
The groups hired continue work on designing a new tank to replace the old models, as the government begins discussions on how best to implement this new design. While this is going on, they begin working on logistics for commissioning a new naval Carrier Strike Group. If done, the construction should take between 15-20 years, and end with 50 new ships. Among this will be a new Courcelette class carrier, the LSC Litara.

The website WebLeak has revealed a leak of Project Genesis, which causes the Republic to cancel the project and send out more troops to the riots, since the riots are getting much bigger. A terrorist organization has formed named the Anti-Shibe. CBR (Civilian Bombing Runs) have started in Angery, which is where most of the rioting is.
RP: Trade Offer
The President of Luwuia is willing to offer and negotiate a deal with 
Kemonomica. Luwuia's initial offer is 30 Million Federation dollars monthly for 2 years and Luwuian Steel and Agricultural Products in exchange for the Latest Small Electronics from Kemonomica such as Phones, Personal Computers and TV's. The President would like to reiterate that this deal is negotiable
RP: Bio-Synthetics
The 4 Bio-Synthetics the old emperor adopted have been given full Luwuian citizenship as well as 200k Federation Dollars each which should allow them to buy a car, a house and have enough funds to pay for them until they're able to get a career. The Luwuian Intelligence Agency will be keeping tabs on these individuals to make sure they're not kidnapped or harmed due to their previous relationship with the old emperor.

After the terrifying statement she headed to the Leader's Home (Palace, Mansion, Castle... whatever) Where she demands to see Ixenthquent and his newly adopted Son.... that Dead Shogun Yasha's son he adopted alongside all the Icewindian Imperial Army (1,200) Defectors with General McArthur, 200 Samurai and all 276 Ice Age Loyalists.
Also Coming with Esolda is The Home Army (200,000 Imperial Army Troops) as her Guard. 200 Proper Troop-Transport Steamer Ships (+40 Dated Oil Troop Transport Ships that are running by Men tied to the side Oaring ), Entire 2,000 Fishing boats (Makeshift Coastal Patrol armed with 2 LMG's and a Depth Charge), Shogunates Old Private Navy of (Palace Ship with steam Engine, 2 Heavy Bune Oared, 8 Medium Bune Oared, 90 Kobaya Oared, 6 Gallaries with Sails/Cannons. RP: Operation: Silent Knight
On January 31st, 2108 at 0200 a group of terrorists took control of a Luwuian Cargo ship and held the 40 crew members hostage. The cargo ships captain managed to escape for a brief moment and signal for help but he ended up being caught and executed shortly after. Upon hearing of the situation 2 Luwuian Navy destroyers headed in the direction and arrived at 0230 where they informed the fleet commander. When the fleet commander recieved the message he called in for the Luwuian Navy Seal's to conduct a Hostage Rescue operation dubbed "Operation Silent Knight". at approximately 0300 20 Operators from Seal Team 1 arrived by helicopter onto one of the destroyers where they prepared for the mission. They were armed with the LAR-21 SF Variant, which has a suppressor and a rail for a laser and flashlight attachment. Once the operators got done preparing they embarked on 4 inflatable motor rafts and boarded the boat at 0310. Once they boarded the boat they came under enemy fire and promptly returned fire killing 3 terrorists. Once the top deck was cleared the operators moved inside the cargo ship and begun room clearing. During the room-clearing operators killed a total of 5 terrorists and at 0320 they located the hostages in the engine room. 8 of the operators secured the 40 hostages and rushed them to the top deck where they were evacuated by a helicopter. Once the hostages were taken off the cargo ship all 20 operators begun clearing the rest of the ship with the end result being a total of 12 dead terrorists and 4 captured terrorists. The operation was declared a success and was concluded at 0400.
RP || Artaecusian aid
- Following the storm, the Artaecusian Government has set in motion a relief effort for the people of Incheon city. Ships are enroute to the micronation with supplies and personnel to help those affected by the events. Much of the better constructed Artaecusian buildings and infrastructure withstood the storm's effects.
Kaathe Rhinehardt has personally set up a donation campaign to help those who were affected. It already has collected over 750,000 Silver Eagles from donations all over Artaecus, with the numbers rising every day. The money collected will be invested directly into new houses for the victims, with the remaining excess money to be put into defensive infrastructure to combat these types of storms and prevent them from harming the people of Incheon City.
RP || The M8 dilemma
- Production of the M8 Palisade has restarted, but at 25% of the rate it once was. Baset-Madovv parts incorporated into the M8 have been studied, evaluated, and reproduced to the best of the Artaecusian's abilities from the already assembled examples. Around 750 vehicles are stuck in depots unfinished, it is hopeful that with these replacement parts that they could finally finish assembly of these remaining vehicles.
The Artaecusian Government intends on contacting the remnants of Baset-Madovv still, even with the parts copied. A team has been dispatched to 
Dushkaria to make contact with them, the team in question will be accompanied by the Siege Dancers.
RP || Restarting the AGS competition
- Following the failure of the previous AGS competition within Artaecus, the Artaecusian Legions have set up another AGS competition with more lenient requirements for a lightweight, air-droppable and portable, armoured fighting vehicle with the firepower of a main battle tank. The previous competition had been criticized for the specifications and regulations being 'too unrealistic', with all the entries failing to meet the requirements that were set.
The Artaecusian Legions hope to be able to procure a vehicle this time around. While the M8 perfectly suites the doctrines for the Artaecusians, the lack of a light tank that could follow the paratrooper regiments of the Skyburners has brought in some questions. Foreign entries are allowed, should anyone outside of the nation want to attempt to win a contract with the Artaecusian Legions.
RP: Ending the War
Over the past year, as the Great War has become stagnant, the nations of Schwypia, the 
Rumanian States, and Blayredeshia have discussed behind closed doors and through backdoor communications to end the war. All three nations have agreed to cease hostile actions and remove their troops from combat over a period of 2 months; Blayredeshia has agreed to pay Schwypia and Rumania for damages and losses every two years for ten years; Rumania and Schwypia will press for the other Accord nations to make peace with TNL; the Accord and TNL will try to cooperate in the future. As this order goes out, Schwypian soldiers begin their ceasefire directive and start to collect their dead and equipment. For at last achieving peace, President Hethwyr has been named a national heroine and a statue in her home city of Philosa will be constructed. A monument for both of the battles that occurred in Schwypia will also be constructed in the future. February 1st will become a holiday dedicated to the end of the Great War in Schwypia. When asked about the “Schwypian victory” in the Great War, President Hethwyr responded with: “We didn’t win, the whole world lost, but now we can hopefully make sure the world never loses like this again.”
RP: New Duchess
This morning the Grand Duchess of Ömegä, the widow of Emperor Molotow I, Empress Katarina was found dead in her bedroom in Fort Imperia, Ganaf. According to the doctors Katarina died of natural causes that came with her old age. The Rekkenian High-throne has informed the public of a week long mourning that will take place for the Imperial family and the citizens of the Ömegän Grand Duchy. During this time the working day is reduced to a maximum of 4 hours for those in mourning.
Crown Princess Eerika Amelia Molotow has been appointed as the new Grand Duchess and will begin working on her duties after the mourning.

Luwuia is developing a new Main Battle tank designated the "Rhino MBT" with designs expected to finish within 4 months and production to start within 1 year thanks to help from Kavastor and Great eastern esta. The Army plans to order 4000 of these new tanks once put into production.

Forces divide to four Groups of 5,000. Three Groups occupy the Coastal Forts and last Group begins to split apart and occupy Rekkenist Temples being built across Lirana. With the goal to protect these Temples.
Empress Esolda is seen personally on a White Horse in her Empress Uniform with 20 Guards inspecting every Coastal Fort and Temple's across Lirana under construction. Making sure each Coastal Fort is strategically on a Coastal Hill or by a Major Port to over-watch and Guard. She makes sure Each Temple across the Lirana Country is perfect to the locals and that Soup Kitchens are large enough to Handle the Poor population. As these Temples double as Soup Kitchens.
