Reasoning: This is a very short law, and while that is not objectively bad, with the lack of words also comes a lack of good reasoning and explanation. Things are poorly defined, and overall just poorly written.

Reasoning: This proposal is bad. It's bad from a writing point of view, it's bad from a law point of view, and it's bad from a declaration point of view. This proposal is essentially just outlining the way that warzones function, and then says that the WA won't recognize them as threats to international security. It does nothing and is simply a waste of SC time.

1. I have appointed 
The Ambis as my Deputy Legal Affairs Ministers.
2. We have job openings for anyone interested! The B.A.R exam is up for anyone who wants to become an Attorney (Link is in the first dispatch). The ministry has also created a new Legal Analysis Department for those who are interested in representing the Executive by analyzing bills that are being debated in Congress or will be debated. If you would like to join, please be sure to message myself or my deputy.
3. The Legal Affairs Department has officiated one of the first contracts in modern-day Thaecia. The link to that is also in this post!
As defined by law under Legislative Resolution (L.R.) 015, the Thaecian Bar Association (TBA) has been established to help ensure that every citizen of Thaecia has equal access to and opportunity for proper representation before and during trial. The Thaecian Bar Examination (TBE) has been established to test those who wish to represent their fellow citizens. Those who pass the Thaecian Bar Examination bear the title of Honourable Attorney (H.A.), carrying the responsibilities of the position and being also able to volunteer to be a public defender. Those who score 80% or higher on the exam are granted membership into the TBA. The examination is administered to all who wish to take it. The Thaecian Bar Examination is maintained and administered by the Legal Affairs Ministry of Thaecia.

What Is the Legal Affairs Ministry Legal Analysis Department?: The Legal Affairs Ministry's Legal Analysis Department is a way for the Thaecian Government to provide professionally written, legal analysis newsletters on bills introduced or to be introduced to the floors of Congress. The purpose of these newsletters is to provide a way for the Executive to be transparent and provide its input on bills that have the potential to become regional law if they go to the desk of the Prime Minister. When a newsletters is being written about a bill, it must provide reasons for and against the bill, and end with the opinion of the Executive. Those who join the Legal Analysis Department, no experience required, will be given the title "Legal Analyst", and will answer to the Legal Affairs Minister and Deputy Legal Affairs Minister.
As defined by law under Legislative Resolution (L.R.) 038, the Contractual Overseer must maintain a factbook registering all contracts and their filings. The following table highlights all active contracts.

Hello, this is Mara Razfran reporting live from Berrygrad Square, right outside the Imperial Courts. This afternoon, we are witnessing the strongest riot in this long series of protests that having been--WOAH, WHAT WAS THAT?!--sorry, that have been shaking the nation for more than two months now.
