Supreme Court Ruling
A verdict has been reached in the case of Institute of Cellulose v. 
Untecna.
In the action of the appeal of a warning issued on 10/17/2023, the Court has reached a verdict that the appeal is to be denied, as Untecna has shown no improvement prior to the warning and has gotten worse from his current situation.
The appeal to the verdict of the Indefinite Ban of Untecna is dismissed as the qualification of having an RO vouch was not met.

I declare an appeal for my indefinite ban which was instated on November 5th, 2023 (regarding and including past bans) by Xeosia later due to my former nations I made that were settled in the Institute of Cellulose in the past that were permabanned (ex. Zamdrieak, 
Bethany Kings (me as Ventura nation's alt) (not permabanned) and Naribobastan.
My starting preamble to the court is how much I've matured over the past two years (specifically the later of last year to today), how I am not the same dumb-ass, immature Naribobastan and Zamdrieak as I was before and how I accepted my mistakes and changed for the better. I will also go more into this, but for now, this is what I will go with, since I need the approval of 
Kingdom Of Englands to voach for my appeal.
I would like to state to 
Cormoe is that, yesterday he got caught ban evading, (Well several days ago. also thanks to Xeosia) there is evidence thanks to Xeosia later that he knew he was ban evading to. no where in this appeal does he even mention the long history of ban evasion that started in 6/7/2023 when this alt joined the region, and ended on 11/5/2023. This makes this ban evasion the longest ban evasion to ever occur in the region. and for this court. i would strongly ADVISE not to appeal due to this information
This is not a random post on the court region. this is legitimate information that the court needs to know before they take anything into consideration and information I feel, as the minister of security, party to let them know of and, because it is established precedent that ban evasion is actual grounds for a denial of an indifentie ban appeal (

Also. his indefinite ban was not instated on 11/5/2023, it was 12/8/2021. just as a correction to a initial error, and not something present on the warning chart.
1. Ventura nation has never been in the IOC, but rather The North Pacific and the TRR
2. Bethany Kings was a nation I made 1 year ago, I joined the IOC because I wanted to make my way back into the RP and be a better person away from my Nari and Zam days.
The reason why is because I thought every other region was boring, but I made my mind open to other regions in the game and now that's was why Ventura nation was not in the IOC. You could say that's dumb, but I mean I was bored, I had to do nothing in my mostly dumb and immature life, serving no purpose for the world but just studying and crying about people that were arguing me (those people who roasted me were completely right in their actions)
So Bethany kings was also ban evading. As that would have been 7/6/2022. So that is almost a entire year of ban evasion. Instead of just a couple months. As ban evading still counts until you are either caught or turn yourself in.
And it doesn't matter if you were in another region. You were in active violation of your ban. You were banned. And not allowed to post on ioc or regions owned by it
I was the founder of the annoying Naribobastan, Zamdrieak and a laid-back Bethany Kings (Ventura's alt) who I settled in the IOC so that I could evade my bans and actually have fun.
In 2020, I created a nation called Naribobastan (now cte) when I was searching up nation-building games on Google Play Store (Stately)
For a few months, I played on phone, but I later found the web version since I was curious, because my father had allowed me to use his laptop. I played Roblox there too, but I stopped because the laptop was no longer working anymore (It's 10 years old now)
There, I had connections (technically) to the IOC via the First World Order, the predecessor to the Isle of Wooloo Kingdoms, before the IOC was founded. I was extremely a dumb and immature person, who did nothing during the pandemic but attend online classes for my school back at the time.
I immediately broke many rules (flaming, metagaming) and I constantly argued with teens and adults who had a sense of maturity, which leads to my 1st ban for Naribobastan. I also had connections with Yazakhastan, demanding justice and our bans being repealed (This is a completely dumb decision). IWK wasn't different either, since I was acting like a 5-year old kid and those who roasted me, I didn't even know.
Then here it comes, Zamdrieak.
Zamdrieak was a nation I formed in 2022 after Naribobastan. There, I stayed in several regions for a while, before joining the IOC. There, it wasn't different, either. In the IOC, I broke many rules, (ex. metagaming, flaming, and breaking the rmb code) which led to another perma ban. In one assistant of the month election in Just relax, I cried about losing the election to 
Zarbik, if you are seeing this Zarbik I'm sorry, which led to another ban from their region. Eventually, I got one issue wrong and that wasn't in line with my NS country values, so I abandoned it (was a very dumb decision)
Then, comes Bethany Kings, me. Unlike the past actions of Naribobastan and Zamdrieak, I was very laid-back and wanted to create a new picture of my new personality for myself. That was ban evasion, true, but I did not get any warnings that were severe unlike my past nations.
Because of my immaturity, I had no friends and was roasted often. But one day, I decided to listen to my potential self in the future, and say "Am I really the best, smart version of myself". I said no, so I went straight to work. When I moved from Oregon to Dallas, Texas. I decided to be a new version, a new personality of myself, one that's actually mature, with no dumb nonsense or idiotic arguments. I immediately realized I need to change if I want to make friends, so I did. And that leads me to today. Yes, I have made some mistakes in the past while I was actually maturing, but I learned these mistakes and accepted change for the better. I also want to say sorry to the IOC, IWK and FWO for my past actions. But I know sorry isn't the only thing. So I changed, and turns out, I am a reborn version of myself, with an actual brain and a mature mindset, opening to other's opinions about me, taking improvement advice from others who are much senior than me. Because of this, I have been in much less arguments before (I took a break from NS) The last argument I had was about LGBTQ+ in the TRR. That's why I moved to the LDU, because I saw it as a region with potential and was actually accepting of all opinions. I had an argument with a 7-year-old there, and flamed him (That was completely wrong on my side, but he was annoying and so that was the first option I had in mind, got a 1 day rmb ban for it by the NS Mods) He's the president too. I listen to everyone when I break a rule, and use it to my advantage to not get in trouble again. I have learned my lessons from my past experiences, and I will always listen to others who want the best for me. I want you to see me not for my past, but for the present and future, because I have accepted the shameless, dirty mistakes I did in my life and changed it for the better so that I will never argue against a common-sense person. I will follow the rules of the IOC and not be an idiot. In fact, I want to make friends. Friends with people who are positive and caring, always wishing me the best of myself, and correcting me for my mistakes.
My final conclusion to the supreme court, is that I want you, and everyone, not by force but by forgiveness, for my disgusting and dumb actions. It might seem hard, but by seeing me as a better, reborn man is enough of an apology to me.
My past mistakes and ban evasion don't necessarily represent my present, and so, the past is the past, and the present is the present, and the future is the future.

This was my first appeal for a permanent ban as Zamdrieak, I understand why it was there, because I didn't change. It was a good change from perma bans to indefinite bans since it clearly states for more reasoning (for ex. change) as for the appeal of the perma ban as I've seen through this rmb history. I asked for too many second chances and I couldn't even admit my mistakes back 2 years ago. But I am not asking for a 2nd chance today, because if I was mature, then I wouldn't appeal this. I said it was unfair, but in reality, I am the one in the wrong. I shouldn't have. If I went back and changed my decisions, then I would have followed the RMB code, not flame and talk dumb and actually not have stupid arguments started like a wildfire by me. I started this argument. Y'all were 100% right in your decision and I am sorry for not understanding. I truly am.
The reason why I am appealing is because I changed.
Not the fact that I wanted to have fun.

Verdict: Bethany Kings v. Institute of Cellulose
So after a long multi-day reading of this discussion from hearing from both the Defendant and the Prosecution.
On terms, I can agree with the vouching RO, Kingdom Of Englands that Bethany Kings (also known as by their alias under many alts) has shown improvement since the Zamdrieak incident based on behavior, however;
Due to grounds that the Minister of Security, North American Imperial State, trusting that this is accurate information, has reported numerous times from 2021-2022 of ban evasion with alts from my understanding, as well as recent ban evasion performed recently from 6/7 to 11/5 of 2023.
With these grounds abound by the law and principles of the Institute of Cellulose, as Chief Justice, I cannot accept this appeal.
I believe that previously you may not have understood the appeals process of indefinite bans, along with the new system in place. So, I'm willing to use my gracefulness as a fair judge.
You may again reappeal your indefinite ban in 40 days, which is December 16, 2023 and exactly at 8:19 PM EST. With your recent ban evasions, you, like Vex's case, had reset the clock on "recent" ban evasions recorded. However, I do not want to see any ban evasion or attempt of ban evasion within these 40 days, which starts today. If KOE is willing to vouch for you once again on December 16th then I can consider your appeal as soon as that day comes.
TL;DR Verdict:
1. Defendant has met the requirements of having an RO vouch for them.
2. Defendant has committed recent ban evasion as stated by the Minister of Security.
Under grounds of number 2, I hereby decline the appeal.

This is in contrast to the previous indefinite bans where banned users incapable of handling the server would attempt multiple times to prematurely appeal for there indefinite ban. Once this motion has been decided on the LTBM cannot be changed and will be fully served by the user. No, it basically resets the timer, the only exception is Bethany King's since there was a set time for it after the court case was ruled.
