Nah, it's just an opinion. No opinion is intrinsically based.

I see this as a total OFN victory

Not a collapse. Merely one failure in a comparatively short string of them.

Apparently he was supposed to be a parody of the speech patterns of Southern politicians back in the 40s? The only thing separating him from being a full-on caricature of them is the excessive George Wallace-level racism lol.

Is still good smhhh

Pretty interesting. Thanks for telling me about that.

Yeah, apparently thats why he speaks like that. He's supposed to speak like a Southern politician did back then, specifically the character Senator Claghorn from the popular Fred Allen radio show back then. The second part is obviously a joke though lol.

Yeah, I guessed so.

Deltarune eclipses the sun

With the total retreat of Imperium assets out of olenlia, the armies of the empire march on and also prepare for any other final battles that might take place if the surrender is not agreed upon

The empire establishes total air supremacy once again now that there is essentially no competition and the empire rather than outright attacking the remaining cities calls for the remaining factions to surrender peacefully and to end the pointless bloodshed of their own countrymen.

In case this doesnt work Imperial forces are basically in position to attack any remaining strongholds and cities and without the Imperium backing them any further now it's likely that the fighting won't take more than a few days if the resistance shown in the previous battle is to prove anything.

Meanwhile the empire has also sent the necessary diplomats and whatnot in order to discuss a possible Embassy and establishment of formal diplomatic relations with the legitimate government of the nation.

The empire is also prepared to roll out compensation reconstruction and other needed resources and supplies in order to bring back the country and build it back but also to protect fellow monsters in the future from any foreign interference and to cover the northern flank of the empire

Washington DC officials (or what has remained after the war) eager to never live through another conflict in their lifetime, immediately latched onto the idea, eager to secure the behemoth into ever-expanding alliance.

Delegates situated in The Ebbotian Empire would inform the Ebbotians the summit between their heads of states had been approved by the U.S. Senate, furthermore, The United States has agreed to host the empress in their nation to set about cementing The Ebbotian Empire into the Organization of Free Nations, having made it clear the whereabouts of their meeting would be located in the city of Vancouver for the following reasons:

Proximity to The United States border.

Had remained largely untouched during the duration of the war as opposed to urban cities in America.

Although once being in the possession of The Imperium, the city had only been briefly held for a short period of time never once swaying the judgment of the inhabitants.

The meeting will commence in Government Hall, Vancouver, British Columbia, nestled between Robson Square and urban jungle of Burrard Street, while not an ideal location to hold a significant meeting that would change the course of America's history and role throughout Ryuten it would still serve the purpose as the birthplace of the ascension of The Organization of Free Nations' role into relevancy.

"Dynamicism is the ideology of the future. Stagnancy has for far too long been a thing of the past. For far too long I've wanted change. For far too long, we've been indecisive about what we want, tolerating the medium of two extremes. Today, is our Rubicon."

The insurrection would be short-lived. It never materialized, really. All that it was was a boiling pot of tension after the long draught of Oranic campaigns and inaction in policy back home. Soldiers went cuckoo in the hot desert sun. Came back home, realized that there was never really anything to pay them with. Of course, the conservatives in Parliament tried to protest against it, walked out, but you know, all that meant was that emergency protocols drew in more fresh, liberal candidates. And that triggered some soldiers, caused a flyout at a nearby base, struck the court, got shot down. The blasted thing wasn't even taking any cases, all the people in it had already been conscripted in the war. A few gauss rounds to the face scared anyone else who might've thought about protesting sh*tless. But you see, what I was more worried about was the fresh blood in parliament. They were liberal. We thought they would be a change. Less warmongering, more peace, more time for soldiers weary and exhausted to settle down, to give Cerata a chance to heal. But they were nationalistic democrats. Wanted war, wanted democracy. Wanted freedom, wanted the oppression of all things foreign. If you want to stop the bleeding and make it clot, blood must flow.

With the Touchardinites gone, congressional protocols sped into full motion, dragging in wave after wave of fresh recruits with hastily arranged district elections. They were usually pretty one-sided, with the Human-lover and the Xeno-lover coming at odds. No Ceratan citizen really cared too much. But these candidates would be much more different. Scarred by decades of war and fired by ideals of vengeance coming from the Second Anti-Ceratan war and the Nigerian Intervention, they would prove to be fueled by vigor and patriotism never before imaginable. As they swept through elections to occupy a minority within the Ceratan congress, they would call themselves the Parti réformiste. And unlike the policies of previous Ceratan conservatives, they would only have one objective. Not meddling and corruption, not indulgence in excess. It was to kill.

Allhing with the previously

  • [Zhou Bao reforms]
Bao, a prominent member of the Rouards and prior liaison to the Borisian government during the occupation periods, had previously looked down upon remilitarization policies enforced by the Parti réformiste, but was enthusiastic to take on their economic policies looking to emulate what was known as a "Quasi-Kal" economic system, taking upon elements from both Kalckreuthian economics and traditional economics to balance Ceratan innovation and production. The idea was simple. The Ceratan market would be left as is, but with heavy anti-trust legislation put in place to prevent the rise of singular monopolies especially within the military sector, and with heavy government subsidies for investment spending and the purchase of excess inventories. That ensured that the normal economic cycle could continue, but would see near constant growth without excess inflation due to the expansion of production. Welfare and social services would be put under the control of the government and granted unlimited resource usage, as well as weapons production once full assembly was granted, with remuneration only granted for the blueprint of the vessel, not for further produced prototypes. Overall, it remained crude, but easily passed both chambers.

  • [The Archambeau Doctrine]
From the past few decades of conflict with the Cosmocracy, it would be recognized that the Ceratan government was lacking heavily in two major fields of interest: Firepower, and Diplomacy. However, given the state's wildly accepted tradition of military conquest under previous rulers, the latter was ruled out as a distinct policy. Instead, prominent réformiste Benoit Archambeau, previously a ranking colonel within the CSN, called for massive reforms to weapons standardization and changes in doctrine. He claimed that the further development of super weapons as had been tradition of various Ceratan departments was "frivolous" and "utterly insane". Instead, he argued, the Ceratans needed a competent ground force capable of matching modern counterparts and establishing a presence to complement and coordinate with exoatmospheric forces, bringing with him a plan to establish a organized system of ranking soldiers and specialists as well as weapons standardization projects.

Now, instead of the previous bulky L-2, all Ceratan infantrymen would receive the MVAR automatic railgun, equipped with up-to-date optics and body armor up to BD standards. Various Exocet-class vehicles mounted on the same chassis were deemed competitive with vehicles, but would receive heavy upgrade packages to weapons. These updated groups would be assigned to the "Groupe de .Cmot" divisions until further notice.

He also pushed for the establishment of "Pressure points" under Ceratan vassal states, transferring over 40,000 Ceratan troops over to their Judian and Venkoyan vassals to maintain existing defense systems, and beginning a campaign to rearm their troops with retired Ceratan weaponry currently being phased out of the military.(Venkoyo, Jude s)

And before we knew it, the great power blocs of the era had begun to form before our eyes. While Florentin sang abuzz with the relics and their fantasies of the great Anti-Ceratan Coalition and the great Ceratan Victory over the Xeno scourge, we watched along, their misconstrued and warped reality growing decrepit as the world around us advanced... In a few centuries, the Hegemony, our painful interference in the Cosmocracy's assault on liberty of the Nigerian State... Kamerun. One day, there will be a day where the Ceratan homeland will be called some twisted name, so lacking of faith.
____________________________________________________________________________________
Liberal reforms, guaranteed under the new militaristic parties that had so ardently opposed the ideas of the XPC, had begun to wash over the whole of Cerata. I call out that we were invigorated! And when the Touchardins finally collapsed under the demands of the great Democratic Nationalist Coalition, that marked the end of an era. An end of stagnancy. And when our ships touched down in Kazakhstan, when our people would once again bathe in the pure waters of Mother Earth, when the streets of Mont-de-Marsan sang out with cries of joy, we knew that our era had come.
____________________________________________________________________________________
  • [Children of Sol]
Decades of Ceratan indoctrination would not have been in vain. Over the course of the Cosmocratic intervention, the Ceratan populace had been exposed to extensive amounts of nationalistic propaganda aimed at diverting able-bodied men and women to the front line. Spoon-fed into the mouths of the many, they had justified that Earth was the nation's natural right, that their homeward was rightfully theirs. Men, women, and children came gradually to believe that their genes had sprung from Earth, and that in the future, that would continue to be the truth. These had proved to be a concern after the war, causing massive unrest amidst attempts at reform that was seen as "appeasement to the heretics", but the annexation of Kazakhstan had proved to be the final straw. Nationalistic fervor exploded as retired military members and the desperate population had praised this as an intervention from a divine. While the Cultural Bureau had waved this off as a side-effect of conflict and humiliation, these individuals would gather under a single banner, known as the Children of Sol. Multiple derivatives, both extreme and less extreme would emerge, but this would mark the start of a movement dedicated to the complete reclamation of Earth and its consolidation under the Ceratan flag, however inconspicuous it may be.

    [Mutual Exchange]

  • Following the establishment of Ceratan bases on Earth land, the unsuitable terrain and a definite no-go policy from the Ceratan Environmental bureau had meant that little migration trickled into the area. Instead, the Aktau ranges would see little but a few wandering goats here and there, and sparsely sprinkled missile interception batteries. However, as plasma warheads struck the Afghan sands from Equestrian, Soviet, and Hegemonic batteries, concern would rise to alarm. The CDB would approve a blank check for the construction of a massive experimental integrated defense and sensor system on Earth soil, dubbed The Almaty Relay. Involving an integrated suite of space-based warship and satellite sensors, as well as hundreds of thousands of drones, quantum radar systems, ground-penetrating radar systems, and OTIS-OTE trailers pulled out of retirement, it would link a layered defense system of ATHENA-class systems, Airburst missiles, ground-based mass drivers, flechette railguns, should, and interceptors into a near impregnable wall of defense. However, to both the south and the northeast, the Bao administration would push for over 200,000 BD-Groupe troops to be deployed along a series of newly constructed defensive fortifications surrounding the country, with the Callaxian Front building up to a series of well-fortified underground positions, reinforced with meson cannons and large drone launch relays, commonly dubbed The Semey Gap. In the case of a Hegemonic attack, their troops were expected to flood the narrow gap below the Soviets, making for a hard breach. On the other hand, the southern front, or the Darya Line, built along the banks of the river, would consist instead of a less concentrated force and a larger focus on automated defenses, including automatic mortar and artillery systems integrated into the wide sensor array. Massive stockpiles of armored vehicles and munition stockpiles underground would begin to flow into the area as nationalists in congress would push for a concept that had never been suggested before...

  • [2 Days to Grozny]
Ceratan warfare think-tanks had assumed the worse with the Hegemony, as the adminstration had always. With the desecration of the Untecnan state and their internal evisceration, it only made clear the fact that the Ceratan military could not hold the line in the event of a carefully coordinated offensive from both sides by the Hegemony, if the case ever did arise. While Ceratan strength in space was deemed "perfectly satisfactory" after minor victories against the Condé Protocols that the prior Oranics had used and relative measures of success against the ARROW-class, the "Ships of the line" that the Ceratans had encountered in large numbers in exception to the OA-corvettes, their strength on the land would prove to be different. In 2589 war-games conducted by the AEGIS, the Ceratan lines would crumple like paper under a sustained offensive.

So the Ceratans would have to go onto the offensive first.

In a darksite would be placed the plans for a plan that was estimated to have a 63% chance to charge all the way south into Hegemonic territory with a massive all-out crippling strike using local Wyvern silos, followed by the deployment of shock troops combined with a massive artillery and bombing campaign, relying on partial Ceratan space superiority to force back any defenses in the Southwest and pushing directly into Meadrish territory, where resistance could be expected, but removing the risk of the Ceratan force being held in a critical chokepoint. While perceived as a laughing matter by the majority of the Touchardins that were let in on the plan, it set the precedence for the fact and distinct possibility that victory would be achieved... one way or another.

  • [Intrigue and Instability]
But that still largely remained an afterthought. To combat both cosmocratic and Hegemonic influence, the SOC would seek proxies and instability across known passages to destabilize and cause opposing forces to waste resources on critical wars of attrition. And would luck have it, they had just found the perfect cause to support. The withdraw of Untecnan support had led to an Equestrian-backed coup against the Surainian provisional government. Having made relatively good progress on relations with the Anti-Xeno coalitions within the state, the Ceratan government had reached out via underground transmission channels to splinter cell groups under the Juno Anti-Xeno coalition, offering the following. (Formality, Surainian)

The allocation of 50 Bucentaure-class modified stealth ships to perform a sea-skimming relay between Ceratan Madagascar and faction stations in Surainian, using additional thermal, visual, and quantum cloaking to ensure minimum visibility at the expense of weapon use, capable of transporting tens of thousands of tons of arms to rebel groups in a day. However, the Ceratan Intelligence Bureau would give Juno the choice of other options to transport arms into the country, whatever would prove less detectable. In addition, the CIB also pledged a single 1000-man deployment of Régiment Étranger de Cavalerie, a specialized foreign colonial military force armed with the latest in Ceratan technology to aid in the fight agains the Equestrian government, although dressed in Surainian colors and equipped with their weapons.

Following promises of weapons deployments, all with significant visual modifications to avoid detection:
    - 1500 "Etendard" Multirole Vehicle chassis, capable of mounting a variety of weapons
    - 250,000 "PL-3" light coilgun, outdated weapons from the Ceratan arsenal, in sniper, machine gun, and rifle configurations
    - 25,000 "Mule" multirole platforms, capable of firing a missile that tracks planes and tanks
    - 9000 "MVAR-P" advanced multirole rifle, prototype compared to Ceratan standard issue MVAR-3
    - 20 radio jammers, multirole communication and radar systems.
    - 20,000 "ATHENA" tape-on portable active protection systems
    - 2000 "Claymore"-class portable particle cannons
    - 500 "Longbow"-class portable missile/drone launchers capable of nuclear launches

In its allegiance to another human faction where democracy dies in darkness, the state pledges its unwavering support under the table.

Within its Judian and Venkoyan territories, the Ceratan Army would assume control over significant quantities of colonial troops and would begin bringing them up to the standards of the Ceratan army. Across the Judian North and Central American territories, Ceratan bases would spring up. The standardization of the Ceratan Economic Sphere would complete, slowly but surely, under the stabilization of the Judian foreign exchange market and the growing economic dependance of both on each other. For the Venkoyans, the same would remain true.

Uncertainty remains the truth. God, who knows what we shall see next?
