Okay guys this happened earlier when I went to my uncles graduation ceremony since he was graduating high school. My cousin went to the bathroom while they were saying the names and such, and when she came back she showed us pictures of someone dressed in a bear outfit with graduate robes on. It was just moving around the parking lot of the events center where this was at. No one else heard of it or it doing anything. She showed us pictures of it just staring at the building. What kind of prank or creep is this like dude seriously…
