Made it to the blighted village. Ambushed the goblin ambushers at the entrance. Killed a few of the patrols. Went into the apothecary cellar. Got stuck fighting the guardians. Had to retry multiple times until I decided to attack them preemptively. I plan on destroying the necromancy book. Have gone down into the spider well. Killed the initial group. Current roadblock is the Spider Matriarch. Tried a full frontal assault. It did not go as planned. Second try, stealth killing the eggs with Astarion. Accidentally alerted the Matriarch trying to attack the last batch of eggs and things went downhill very fast. Gonna try again next time.
