To whom it may concern, the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that Norway would like to strengthen relations with the Kingdom of Spain. Ine Marie Eriksen Søreide, Minister of Foreign Affairs affirms that the Kingdom of Norway is interested in investing in Spain's clean energy resources such as hydropower and wind power, including increasing Norwegian investments in the Spanish Kingdom and expanding trade between the two countries. Both Minister Søreide and Prime Minister Solberg call for a summit between Norway and Spain.

| Foreign Minister Arancha González Laya of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is ecstatic to announce that the Kingdom of Spain accepts the Norwegian invitation to a bilateral summit. The Foreign Ministry is willing to discuss investments in hydropower and wind power, as well as expanding trade between the two nations. The Kingdom of Spain sees Norway as a valuable European partner and hopes to maintain friendly relations with Oslo. |

| The Kingdom of Spain dispatches His Royal Majesty King Felipe VI, Crown of Spain, and Her Royal Highness Princess Leonor, Crown Princess of Spain to the Norwegian capital Oslo for the bilateral summit.
