President Khalil: "This is excellent. Perhaps further naval cooperation is in order as well. The Arab National Navy is making its first foray into serious blue water activity with our Gowind corvettes, and we look to expand even further soon. I admire your own growing naval might."

King Talal al-Saud:

"Naval cooperation is a necessity not just for military interests and intrigues but also the protection of vital supply chains and trade routes in the Persian Gulf, Arabian Sea, and the Red Sea. We can collaborate on joint maritime patrols and joint production of patrol boats for both the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf. I am willing to provide the AFS with access to Saudi naval ports in the Red Sea to assist in these endeavors. I believe it is essential. With your 4 strategic ports in Syria, smaller capabilities in the Red Sea, and your access to the Persian Gulf, I think this new found ability and position of the AFS is a force multiplier to the current 59 ship Saudi Navy. I do have continual plans to further development of our naval capabilities; however, currently, Saudi Arabia has an Air Force of 1,113 aircraft and approximately 450 ballistic missiles. Nonetheless, you can count on Riyadh as a stable and reliable economic and security partner."
