The Imperial Council has convened and determined the outcome of this Inquisitional Hearing. Due to the absence of the Mouth and Will, owing to the tribulations of The depackyan government in-exile, the Shadow Cult itself shall chair this adjournment.

West heisen:
- On the count of cooperating, as a spy, with the Azure Watester Federation, the Imperial Council finds you GUILTY;
- On the count of attempting to provide classified information to the Confederation's enemies, the Imperial Council finds you GUILTY;
- On the count of communicating with known rebels and enemies of the Confederation, the Imperial Council finds you GUILTY; and
- On the count of engaging in the aforementioned activities without the consent of the Shadow Emperor or His Imperial Council, the Imperial Council finds you GUILTY.

Consequently:

West heisen, in all future national iterations, is expelled permanently from the Imperial Senate;
Citizens of West heisen and the nation itself, in all its future iterations, is banned from the Confederation Discord;
Citizens of West heisen are forbidden from holding either elected or appointed office within the Confederation;
An endorsement embargo is placed upon West heisen, and Confederation nations endorsing West heisen will be prosecuted independently;
Any citizens of West heisen to have received state titles, honours or awards are stripped of those titles, honours or awards; and
A communications blackout is issued against West heisen, and nations found communicating with West heisen shall be considered heavily suspect.

West heisen is, however, permitted to remain within the Confederation.

What the Shadow Emperor giveth, the Shadow Emperor may taketh away. West heisen's betrayal is particularly saddening, and that the nation never once defended itself during this trial is further proof of guilt. The Shadow Emperor and the Imperial Council trusted West heisen, and note with bitter disappointment that the nation was pivotal in elevating the Imperial Senate to its success today. It would seem that West heisen never valued its relationship with those authorities, nor indeed its responsibilities or relationships within the Confederation.

A convicted felon, and having squandered the last of any reputation it once had, West heisen will now only live on as a footnote in Confederation history. The war against West heisen will continue, and the Imperial Council encourages the Despot of the Confederation to bring about a speedy resolution to the conflict.
