OOC: I did think so. It would be bad to go to Blobon.

The only way I can help is by armed volunteer groups, but seeing the war intensify, I'm not risking my citizens.

OOC: Figured. The doctrines I was talking about was navy though, the armed force (ground) can still follow offensive doctrines.
