The Second Golden Age of Cartoons sorta began with Disney's Little Mermaid and continued through the 80's and 90's with Tiny Toons, Detention, Hysteria, Animaniacs. and others.

I knew that it had returned, but it is more politically correct and the artwork is less like the original's 30's style.
