South Pacific Regional Message Board
While you're getting to know the place -- probably by reading through our lengthy, byzantine, and frankly arbitrary list of rules and code of conduct that must be followed to the letter, in order to avoid incurring capricious punishment -- I recommend relaxing on one of the many hammocks stretched out across our lovely beaches. I might also recommend helping yourself to a complimentary marsupial:
*rolls out a heavy wooden barrel, popping off the lid with a crowbar, revealing it to be teeming with possums and shrews and wombats and thylacines and Tasmanian devils and bandicoots and koala and wallaby*
Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.
Don't worry though. Like art imitating life, our Orange hued tyrant will soon be overthrown in a violent revolution, no one will be safe from the mob's bloodlust and blind fury. We'll soon have an election for delegate, feel free to participate in the process.
Enjoy your stay in South Pacific and your mangy, rabid and highly feral freebie lovely, cuddly gift.
Well... it was pretty unique, this year. And in a good way.
Other than that, it was the same. Not much loss in the spark. <3
Lighting lamps. Making Rangolis. Preparing home-made sweets. Wishing each other well.
How's the weekend going so far??
You have 30 puppets.!? 😱
I only operate two entities. Mauryavarsha included.
Well, I was initially suspicious, but everything that made me feel like something was a bit off, in fact was crossed out and so voided from consideration.
Thank you for expressing such straightforwardly positive sentiments.
"Whaji Davay"? A google search takes one to your nation, so I'm guessing part of your created language? It has a nice ring to it.
Ah yes, I too know the displeasure of neighbors taking fireworks celebrations to extremes. It seems like folks in my city mark each and every occasion by blowing stuff up. I would ban them if it were in my power to do so...
Yeah. I have an unconscionable number of puppets...
Early on, I just really enjoyed the process of coming up with fun names, designing a flag for the nation, and fleshing out other light worldbuilding aspects. Then, I also developed a bit of a hair-trigger when it came to creating a joke nation for the express purpose of a brief sight gag. Then, I created all of those panther pups for new real reason, besides that I saw other people's fun puppet series.
Thank goodness the trading cards came out, as a way for me to back-justify their existence :P
I'd say, though, that ~30 puppets is at the very low end of "a lot." I find it to be about as many as can be properly managed, if you care about issues and the nations' stats (which you probably don't).
Unrelated, but this is my favorite "Headline" I've received, yet, after answering an issue:
Yes, yes. Mwhahahahahaha, ahem, positivity, yes.
I might go up to 40, but that's it. I do like cards, but not that much. I still like "Old Man Yells at Cloud".
