Why does the residency rate stop growing for some nations?

Plus you also run into issues with any sort of relative measure of "really ancient nation that's been parked in the region for 20 years totally wrecks the curve." ^^;
How about population? Some nations stop growing population too.

Pretty sure it should still be growing, it's just at 20+ years worth, it takes a bit for that 0.001 increase to actually show up since the display only goes out three decimal places :P

I was a Regional Officer in The Planet X (I suppose that I still am), but I ceased to exist just before the server crashed, and I had neglected to record that region's password. After attempting to contact the remaining nations to get the password, I recalled that this is a long-time embassy for The Planet X. So, here I am!
Hiya! Hopefully someone in there can wake up and get you the password; I suspect some folks haven't realized that things are back up and (sorta) running. ^^;
