dramatic times
While Alejandro Santiago had been elected has the leader of Sparta there were still many positions that were left open. People are beginning to fight for those positions and there have been multiple accusations of these people using force to get there way. Alejandro is still stuck on what to do to corrupt officials in the government.

Alejandro has sent a letter to the leader chalistine asking about trade agreements.
Sirius Holds On
Although the Black Family's discreet operations in enacting policies that would reduce Sirius's power. Sirius, with the help of his little brother, Henry Soll, who's now a popular parliamentary member, counters their advances by enacting his own laws. One of which was:
The Act of the Blade
In which, accomplished military members including most of Sirius's loyal commanders, can vote in Parliament. Due to the popular military culture of Snowrealia, the opposition could do only so little before the act was enacted as it significantly reduced the influence of Black Family Controlled Parliamentary Members on enacting acts.
Now in a meeting room. Henry, Sirius, and their optimistic little sister and crown princess, Elizabeth, discuss their next moves and their father's inevitable death. Sirius starts to speak as he says
"As long as we hold on to the parliament and The Act of the Blade, the Autex Imperia will stay strong and keep that filthy Phoveus Black away."
Henry responds in a calm, collected, yet not too serious or commanding tone as he says
"Our father is close to death, it is sad. But, there's no time for us to mourn his death. We need to secure Snowrealia's bright future."
Elizabeth now starts talking as she has a sad expression and talks in a sadder tone than her usual cheerful personality as she says
"Dad's... going to die soon?"
Although Elizabeth makes a sad expression, Sirius pats her head as he says
"Its fine, Liz. We'll be here whenever you need us"
Henry just makes a warm but slightly childish smile imitating Elizabeth's usual behaviour as Elizabeth's usual optimistic and cheerful expression comes back as she nearly shouts cheerfully
"Thanks guys!"
A Chaotic Turnover
With Reno's death, Sirius strides confidently through the halls of the National Assembly along with Elizabeth and Henry and a regiment from his army. Sirius, has won. And now, he's going to take the throne. But... something feels off. This feels... too easy. Why hasn't any parliament member he saw walking through the halls objected? He did secure his power in it but at least a third of them are still accepting bribes from the Black Family. He was going to handle that problem later.
Regardless, he nears the throne room along with the rest of his army as they continue to walk down the stairs. However, suddenly, Elizabeth sees one of the parliament members greeting Sirius on the entrance of the parliament, untucking a knife under their sleeve as he lunges at Sirius and attempts to slash him down. Elizabeth makes a shocked expression as her, wanting to protect her older brother, blocks it with her hand but it still somewhat slashes her chest as she shouts in pain with Sirius widening his eyes in shock. The rest of the parliament members draw out their own daggers as Sirius, acting quickly orders his men to hold the door shut for now shouting
"Hold the door! Liz!"
Henry quickly kneels down to Elizabeth as he holds her in his arms. The wound isn't too deep, but it still is somewhat severe as Elizabeth clutches at it while crying out in pain with it staining her clothes with blood. Sirius shouts to the rest of his men
"These traitors are trying to kill us! Henry, stay behind to tend to Liz! And the rest of you!"
Sirius suddenly kicks the door back open as he punches one of the assailants in the face with the assailant collapsing onto the ground while shouting commandingly
"GET THEM!"
Sirius's men storms through the door as some quickly disarm and arrest the assailants and pin them down to the floor. Sirius kicks the assailant who slashed Elizabeth on the side of their head as he knocks them out abruptly. Sirius and his men continues all the way to the throne room as all of his men brandish their muskets at the parliament officials. Sirius strides up the stairs confidently yet furiously, panting, as he shouts in rage
"All of you! Are under arrest for the attempted murder of myself, and my family!"
The rest of Sirius's men apprehend the rest of the Parliament members as they untuck their sleeves also revealing to have knifes under them. Sirius signals his men to take them away as his men nods and brings the parliament members away from the throne room. Sirius runs back down to Elizabeth and Henry as he sees Henry applying pressure on the wound and somewhat halting the bleeding. Sirius says to Henry and Elizabeth
"Henry, I'll bring Liz to the infirmary. Stay here. You're going to be alright, Liz."
Henry nods as Sirius carries Liz up in his arms, running down the hall to get her to medical help as fast as possible.

Fiore has agreed to allow trade between the two nations, expessially about arms agreements as war is starting to get closer to the area. The Nationalists, finally holding a majority in the CDR, have ordered a minor conscription to prepare for the war. The Pagan states, not expecting a serious war, now are having their independance threatened. All of the Pagan states have united under a coalition force agaisnt Chalistine. They still are the underdogs, but now there is a chance to defend for enough time to agree to a reasonable deal.

The Council and it's Leaders
It's a common misconception that leaders in Rogue River are insane, delusional, and unfit to run a country. While there has been merit in the past, truth is that everyone at the helm are pragmatic decision makers who are trying to salvage a critical situation.
Within the Redeemed Privy Council there exists three factions. The Royalists, The Reformists, and the Corporates.
Royalists want to listen to the will of the Kaiser and maintain the nation as it is, however they are working with reformists.
Reformists believe that the current system is not viable and the nation needs to loosen its grip on society, within their Radicals exist people who may or may not have connections to the rebels, this leaves the Reformists frequently targeted and viewed with suspicion.
The Corporates are the most selfish faction, more aligned with their own goals, but the rise of exploiting corporations in the nation has given rise to this power bloc. They have the smallest share of the Council but are still making decisions.
The Age of Strength, Begins
With the attempted murder of Sirius and the attempted coup made by some members of the parliament, most of which were Black Family Controlled. Sirius gains enough authority out of the crisis to reinstate the Autex Imperia as the most powerful institution in Snowrealia.
This change brings Snowrealia's focus on militarism back from the economic reforms that Reno made, meaning that the military has gained it's power back. What's more is that multiple parliament members were replaced by honored military commanders, some if not most of which are Sirius's allies and/or subordinates.
With the Black Family under the threat of arrest from Sirius, they flee to Rogue River "temporarily". Choosing to sell all their Snowrealian assets and investing in their Riverian branches. Sirius requests the apprehension of the family to Rogue River, and requests that they be sent back to Snowrealia where they will be put on trial
Attack On Epirot
Coralandian ships bombard a small 
Epirotan island, 48 miles off the coast of Cambros. As well as looting materials, destroying a few ships stationed on the island, and litting the whole island on fire killing loads of civilians. Iron clades and Warships were used in the attack before they left Epirotan Seas declaring victory. The victory was used to quell the protesters who demanded to change the capital from Utsukushi to Famous Amos (The previous capital for 400 years).

The Crusade Begins
The CDR has reached a clear national majority, and a recall of the current coalition PM has been called. This has succeeded, and National PM Valens Quinto has taken control, and passed a declaration of war with the east with the majority. Troops have been sent to the front lines, and the Pagan coalition force meets them. Skirmishes have started and Chalistinian generals are drawing grand battleplans to end the war quickly.
A new path has been set for the republic.

Some Sense Knocked Into Them

Rebel leadership saw the true intentions of the Council, they had just voted to begin massive reforms to the Empire. Reforms to more streamlined government, industrialization, and military reforms, including potentially a new type of naval vessel. When the news had reached the leaders of the Rebellion, some more plans were devised.
Betray The Reformists, work to secretly do away with reformists in the empire, and place the blame on other factions in the Council. This will certainly make the loyalists weaker in the long run, but will cut off any moles the Rebellion already has. Doing this will strengthen the Collectivists and Liberals
Use our connections to temper the reformists. Use the moles and connections we have in the Council to convince the reformists to hold off on any reforms, this is a less effective but more peaceful solution, this will strengthen the Conservatives.
A New Supreme Minister?
The Privy Council is led by Melvin and his royalist faction, but after the recent victory by reformist elements, there is active talk on the Kaiser dismissing him and replacing him with Alfred T. Chandler. Chandler is seen as the leader of the Reformists, a somewhat calm, collected, well spoken individual, however his potential appointment would NOT mean an immediate transition to democracy, instead pragmatic reforms to strengthen the Council, and maybe bring stability to the nation once and for all.
The Empire Marches.

The hope that the Coralandians would appreciate the patience and
love of peace of my Government and would keep do the same with us has not been fufilled.

inseparable portions of Ampea has been made manifest with
less and less disguise.
