Inflation has reached a certain point that many Rumanians can no longer afford utilities or basic necessities; even those still working have had major issues with money, not to mention the millions who have lost their jobs and can no longer rely on Federal aid to help them. The lack of income has forced many to skip payments on the lease, which has destroyed landlords and realtors who lease property as over 60% of Rumanians live in rented apartments or homes, meaning the majority of Rumanians are avoiding their payments. To avoid having an insane homeless crisis, the Rumanian government has blocked landlords from kicking tenants out unless they can line up a different tenant or the tenant cause significant property damage or commits a felony crime or gets arrested. As the crisis worsen, unemployment continues to rise, reaching a unexpected 30%, with many believing that unemployment must level out or the risk of complete economic collapse is sure to happen. In response to the ever worsening societal and economic crisis, many Rumanian elite and well-educated have been leaving the nation and/or applying for citizenship inside other Accord nations such as Basaran, Rekken, and Archron empire. Luckily, unemployment and inflation rates have been curbed by the recent economic reforms and job creations programs implemented by the government; however these solutions are short term and give the government some time to work through some of the many issues plaguing the nation.

RP: Merchant Marine Act of 2106
Oradea, Rumania - Congress has recently passed a controversial bill which regulates interstate marine commerce. The bill orders that all trade being transported between Rumanian ports must be transported onboard a ship constructed and operated by a Rumanian company. The bill bars foreign owned businesses or ships from carrying cargo between Rumanian ports but does not prevent foreign ships from sailing between Rumanian ports, so long as they do not offload any materials acquired while they were at a Rumanian port. The bill also stipulates that all Rumanian Government material must be transported by Rumanian built and owned ships unless permission is acquired from the proper office. Congress hopes the bill will create jobs in the form of shipbuilding and other support roles as well as keeping money and trade within Rumania and keeping it out of foreign pockets. The bill is obviously protectionist and is a prime example of the protectionist bill being proposed by the Congress amid the economic depression.

RP: Unrest Continues to Spread Across Rumania
Constanta, Rumania - Out of work and unhappy, millions have taken up protesting the government for what they see as inaction and incompetence. Millions continue to gather all across the nation to protest the continuing war with Blayredeshia as well as to protest the current administrations lack of control over the situation in Rumania. Out of work and with a bleak future, many across Rumania are unhappy and tired with the way the past governments have handled issues; recently, many have been turning to away from classic social conservatism to one of the two opposites, international progressivism or nationalistic rhetoric.

On Sunday, 17th of October 2106, Civil Warning sirens sounded across the South-Eastern Territories, breaking the chaotic silence of the night, as Rapid-Deployment Helicopters landed in the streets of cities, or flying above, spotting their searchlights on the ground, as they deployed Rapid-Deployment Agents onto the streets below.
Armed with rubber scattershot bullets, the Agents are quick to subdue the Rioters that seemed the most threat.

Rapid-Deployment Agents were then given one order - "By all means necessary, regain control of the streets."
Live-Fire ammunition was then deployed, fired upon the armed rioters, not aiming to kill, rather, to scatter the crowds.
As the firefights raged on, Rapid-Deployment Humvees arrived in the streets of the cities, and the rioters scattered, regrouping elsewhere in safehouses, or going back to their houses.

A State of Martial Law was declared, as well as a 8:00pm Curfew.

Within the outskirts of the Southern State, a Military Hypertrain sped out of the hills, approaching a city.

RP: Confrontation
In response to the “pirate” radio station set up by the Icewindian government off the coast, the Rumanian government has demanded that the Icewindians turn off the transmitters and depart, despite sitting outside of the territorial waters. The Rumanian Government has also questioned the motive of protecting the vessel with a destroyer escort. For the time being, the government has placed a ship with a radio jammer nearby to the transmitting ship, blocking the signal from reaching the populace.

Additionally, the government has once again denied the Icewindian efforts at “economic relief” which are viewed as attempt by the Icewindians to acquire holdings in the Rumanian government and economy in order to leverage economic forces against Rumania.

RP: Refugees
Many of those who have left Rumania in response to the crisis are white collar and tech workers who had the funds to leave the nation. Once outside of Rumania most of them are able to afford their own properties, not leasing or using public housing. They are less of refugees and more of migrants, they still maintain ties and property within Rumania but have relocated in response to the crisis.

RP: Bottoming Out
Bucuresti, Rumania - After months of free fall, it appears as though the market has bottomed out, and has even began a recovery, with market averages jumping 200 points last week. However, the market does not determine the health of an economy, and the slow down of economic activity within Rumania continues to drag out. In order to try and stimulate growth within Rumania, and prevent foreign entities from running out the suffering native industries, Congress has been passing increasingly protectionist trade laws, starting with the 2106 Merchant Marine Act and continuing to the point of restoring standard tariff on imports from all Accord Nations. The tariffs have managed to generate government revenue to replace tax losses as well as to force foreign competitors to meet native prices. The one major issues being that now, many items have become even more unaffordable to the poorest Rumanians, as average prices increase. One major price spike was rice, bread, corn, and pork prices which reached their price ceiling and were forced to reduce their prices to be affordable. Many industries have been receiving subsidies to offset losses in both the market and due to price caps.

RP: Congress Passes National Recovery and Revitalization Program
Oradea, Rumania - The Rumanian Congress has successful passed the National Recovery and Revitalization Program which mandates the creation of several work programs under new several government entities, as well as changing laws determining the rights of a worker and increasing the national minimum wage to account for inflation. The NRRP creates several new agencies including the Public Department for the Labor and Work Force, which is an extension of public unemployment offices meant to help the unemployed find work in government programs. The National Public Highway Maintenance Service (HMS) was also established as an offshoot of the Ministry of Transport; the goal of the HMS is to maintain and improve pre-existing public roadways, including improving the 28% of public roadways which are unpaved or exist without proper signage or safety measures. The bill also creates the CVA, NMS, DAA, and several other organizations which will collectively produce millions of jobs and plenty of work. The agencies will act semi-independently of their parent Ministry/Department/Agency and will be partially owned by private interests. The bill has been held as a massive achievement by many and has at least worked to curb the growing number of unemployed.

Tank Claw Smacks the Mafioso and Mafioso flies in air screaming then he splats against a building dead. As the UMP-405's fire hit the Beast it Roared Enraged further. Bullets penetrate through Leather but there is so much muscle and Bone Bullets are not penetrating through to the Organs. It only makes it more Angry! Clear they need Rifle Fire and alot of it to take the beast down or BIG GUNS!

Yuiki Turns around and Bolts running before jumping into the Water to avoid the Beast Fury. The Steamer sinks into the Water Turning the ████████ Port of Yamasaki water blood Red.

The Tank Claw begins a Short Fast Sprint ahead to try to catch up to the Tokaji's armored car. As the Car Turns around It tries to Punch the Armored car thinking it another Tank claw but all it does is scratch the back of the Armored Car and fall over... Its Claws Grip onto the Bumper of the Armored Car as the Armored Car begins to Drag the Tank Claw. It Roars louder annoyed. Its Leather skin being rubbed against the Concrete and Asphalt or perhaps maby metal Port protects it for now.

Iena: "Permission granted, though keep your aim in control and don't spray bullets everywhere, and keep it to rubber bullets only, we want to detain the Xeno not kill him, this is so that we can return him to wherever he came from and leave," the sergeant responded and Erena nodded, she aimed at the Xeno giving 1-3 round bursts of rubber bullets at him. Being accurate however is hard while moving, especially for a private.

As the battle raged on between the beast, the mafioso's and the Section 8 Agents. The operator calls in nearby military units within the area. One of them was an aircraft carrier that was patrolling nearby Yamasaki City. The Aircraft Carrier picked up word of the news from the operator and decided to dispatch a fighter equipped for Air-to-Ground combat. This includes 8x 250-LB SBD, 2x AIM-9M/X, and 2x AIM-120C. This is for heavy firepower of course, in the meantime 2 Furaribi-106 attack helicopters are dispatched to attack the beast.

The driver makes a hard left turn to shake off the beast and have him hit a container or at least loosen up. Tokaji picks up his heavy revolver and tries loads it up with 3 rounds if he successfully attempts to do so and the beast is still onto them, he would open the window of the armored car and aim at the Tank Claws eyes in hopes of blinding it or severely hurting it.

The Samurai is hit with one of the Three Rubber Bullets and he grunts In Pain running away. His armor was made to handle arrow shots and like so all Samurai were shot at with arrows to get used to the Pain and then beaten with sticks to get used to it. However this was a little different than an Arrow Shot. However he toughed it on sprinting away.

RP: Yamasaki Port

The Bullets hit its mark and the Tank Claw is blinded in both eyes. It Roars and then the Beast hits the Cargo Container Still gripping on tight the Armored car flips over to its side and they hear Loud crack. The Beast stands up roaring blinded and both its Claws/hands are broken with visible bones sticking out. It sorta sits there confused, Tired and bleeding from Previous gunshot wounds. Container has a Huge Dent of the Beast. Its tail moves around, Its sharp spikes are noted.

The Rumanian Vessel, believed it was only blocking the frequency of the radioship’s broadcast, rather than all communications and as such did not expect the random turn of events. The Rumanian ship, an unarmed naval auxiliary, is panicked by the fire and events onboard the Icewindian vessels, in response it turns off its jamming equipment and turns back towards Rumania, attempting to flee the scene before things devolve further. During its retreat, the auxiliary requests support, which is granted in the form of a squadron of 3 destroyers and 2 frigates which are dispatched to escort the retreating vessel.

RP: The Gulf of Maraseti Incident
The Destroyer turns around and Announces on Radio to command that Rumanian Vessal possibly fired.... there not sure on there Ship. They move to Destroyer that is on fire drifting into Rumanian waters. They Enter Rumanian Waters and begin towing the Ship trying to get out of Rumanian Waters while also assisting with putting out the Fire.

Thats when the Rumanian Fleet arrives and there spotted inside Rumanian Waters fleeing. Icewindian Ship Radio's to Command that large Naval Contingent is being dispatched to attack them further. Icewindian Command immediedly states to give only Warning Shots and continue to flee. To that the Captain of the Working Destroyer climbs up on to the Top Gun and fires a Flak Gun Three times in the Air before walking back to Command deck thinking he got his point across. However the Crew still man the guns just encase the Rumanian Naval detachment opens up on them.

RP: "Battle" of Aurora

With Icewindia on Alert It was a Cold Blizzard Night when suddenly an Spotter saw somthing moving in the Sky and Spotlights went on and Air Raid alarms turned on. Empress Esolda was woken up in her Palace and Army Rushed her into the Bunker as the Flak Opened up in the Sky. Airforces were sent up to investigate what was belived to be an Rumanian Bombing Raid. With Fighters Wings tearing off due to the Blizzard and confused Radio made it sound like Enemy had Paratroopers and Fighters. Leading to Army Scouring the Countryside turning over every Frozen Farm and bayoneting every Haybail looking for Enemy Rumanian Paratroopers. To which when Morning rose and Air Raid was called off after intense 6 Hours.

To Which they lost 14 Fighters and 1 Life in the Air Raid. In Which Shrapnel from the Flak Raining back down injured 9 People. With Only death being a Pilot who could not Eject from his Fighter in Time.

Empress Esolda finds this ridiculous and orders a Massive Retaliation Strike to commence but is talked down when it was found out it was only a Research Air Balloon that flew over that night. Despite the Army saying they should cover up the Incident they make it Public and Empress Esolda visits the Family of the Single Dead Pilot. She then Fires the Air-force Engineer and begins to make a series of sweeping Reforms to the Air-force for safety and strengthening the Air force for Experimental Blizzard Resistance. But what to call the New Air-force...... hmmm..... She names it the Rose Airforce after Empress Rose of Archron. However Chief of the Air-force thinks they should call it Roma Air-force off of Rose Son. Esolda laughs and asks if anyone else would want to Change the Name of the Airforce. As Conveniently the Chief of the Air force has an car accident that same day. Needless to say Rose Air-force name stuck and the New Air-force Cheif was an Experienced Pilot rather then an Old Guard Luddite.

The Schwypian government sends several Schwypian scientists and engineers to assist in the ATLAS Program started by the Archron empire to further develop this new technology. A research grant of 2 billion XK will also be given to the project.

RP: Vigilante Justice

After months of investigation, the SAI has finally discovered the base of the Nationalist Solidarity Legion, which was recently labeled as a terrorist organization in Schwypia. The SAI's elite counterterrorism unit called NITUS was deployed to raid the base, but when they breached the building, they found it had already been raided. Throughout the base were dozens of bodies, all of which were members of the NSL, as well as many bullet casings and holes across the floor and walls. Some of the bodies even had strange burn marks on them. The details of the raid have been rendered classified as the SAI continues its investigation of the scene. With the number of anomalies surrounding the incident growing with every passing day, Schwypia feels the need to call upon a trusted ally to help with the situation. Schwypia calls upon the Head Hunters of the Archron empire to aid in the investigation, as the anomalies seem to be more their speed.

RP: The Ruin Sentinel

From his hidden base of operations, Roman Payne browsed the news surrounding the recent NITUS raid on the NSL headquarters. But as in most situations, Payne knew the truth of it all, both what the government wasn't telling its people and what they themselves didn't know.
Let them investigate the scene, he told himself. Let them search for the truth they will never know. Payne then got up from his desk and started to walk over to the kitchen...but something was off. He couldn't describe the feeling, he only knew he could taste it in his mouth like the putrid stink of lingering food. His fingers darted to the powerful Archrain revolver at his hip; whatever was in there would be no match for Karz's own pistol... What a foolish train of thought... As Payne thrust the pistol into the darkness, an inhuman flash ignited before him, the front half of the revolver dropping to his feet. Wide-eyed, Payne looked to what remained of the weapon in his hand. The grip and cylinder remained together but the barrel had become separated from the whole, leaving behind a ghastly green corrosion which crept about the steel with abhorrent disregard for its craftsmanship. Payne dropped the rest of the gun as the corrosion neared his white-knuckled hand. Looking back up, Payne saw his assailant, though he could hardly register the form. Before him stood a figure dressed in a silver mask and a tricorne hat, an elegant yet brutal claymore within its grasp. It was completely silent; not even a breath escaped from its shielded visage.

"Roman Payne, what a displeasure to meet you," A feminine, quiet voice said from further within the dark. "Though I suppose this encounter was fated after everything you've done." From the shadows, a small figure stepped forward, clad in an all too familiar garb, sporting an unforgettable mane. Platinum blonde flashed as she stepped forward, slate grey eyes ready to pounce upon him from her eye sockets; there was a quiet rage about this maiden, so much so that Payne couldn't help but grin.

"Dawn Alore, I thought you'd run off," He said. "Did you finally muster the courage to come back? And whose your friend? He seems quite interesting. Did you forget about Hormizd already?"

Suddenly, Ruin Sentinel vanished from the material plane and Dawn sunk back into the shadows. Payne quickly lept for a hidden pistol he kept in one of the kitchen drawers and flipped on the lights, but where the "dead" queen had been was only his kitchen table. The force consists of 318 Warships, 10 submarines, and 287 fighter planes. The Blayredeshian strategy seems to be trying to bait the Basar fleet into full naval combat in the south of the bay and possibly even force them to commit enough ships to diminish their naval war effort against Amelasy .

Given the rising tensions between the Rumanian states and Icewindia ; the Confederacy of Blayredeshia has requested that delegations from Blayredeshia, the Rumanians, and even possibly Schwypia meet in the Archron empire soon to negotiate Rumania and Schwypia's withdrawal from the War given that other nations within the Accord such as Basaran and Northern New Solingarch have continued to fight on which has only spurred on further escalation.

Seeing that this cargo ship was not from any allied, nor hostile, nation, the Solingarchian Corvette Group begin to hail both the Destroyer and the Cargo Ship.
The Corvettes, being Naval Vessels, have soldiers aboard, and are armed with several light and medium-caliber cannons, as well as one having guided missile pods.

RP: Battle of the Trench | Solingarchian Aerial Forces begin 2nd round of Attacks
As Blayredeshian Fighter Jets close in on the Solingarchi Bombers, 2 Formations of Solingarchi FB-15s split off from their respective wings, and circle back down, to the bombers. As they get into range, they begin to fire their main guns, and begin to target-lock with their missiles.
Formations of the Low-Flying Bomber craft accelerate, and begin to fly towards the trenches, towards the advancing Blayredeshian and Exsorcial Infantry, as well as the Blayredeshian Artillery Positions. When in range, they begin to sound-bomb the forces, as well as firing rockets and dropping Smart-Bombs onto the hostile soldiers.

The Solingarchi Infantry, on the ground, begin to move to better cover, as CAS Jets, such as the FB-16 Finch, begin to arrive, performing strafing runs on the hostile soldiers. Solingarchi Mortar Crews and Heavy Weapons Squads lay down ground fire, as the Riflemen, and Marksmen, begin to fall back to better cover.

Solingarchi Tactical Control Officer: "Tactical Operations Command, requesting 20 MKT-1447 Kataphrakts, as well as rocket strikes ahead of our position."
