RP: Agreed on conditions.

Empress Esolda agrees to give Lord Protector/Emperor Karz control over the Foreign Diplomacy of Icewindia. She is also willing to accept most of the 2nd part.

However on two Conditions.
1. If Rekken is attacked Icewindian Restrictions are lifted allowing Icewindia to go full Ham on any would be Invader on Rekken to defend the Holy Land.
2. Marines and Navy are still allowed to go out and Protect Rekkenist Temples. Besides that All other Troops (Besides The Marines) will stay on Continent and not out at sea.

RP: New Collaborative Government.
Empress Esolda offers an Economic Union with Archron Empire and wishes to discuss with Economic Ministers and with both Rose and Karz on Possibility of One Currency for Both Nations.
