see With most of the former land of Telonsiveus retaken that means the French troops are encircled by Germany and most of France is ocupeid . My decleration of war on France is indeed opportunistic in order to prevent German occupation of the areas I claim.

Also fair but still I mean you were not helping France during German attack but when I enter the fray to prevent areas I claim from falling okay. He has not gotten to Alsace Lorraine, he is not at all Alsace Lorraine yet, he surrounded the French troops in the Rhineland so get your facts straight. It makes perfect sense, I have prepared before and if had gone past Alsace Lorraine he would have already been at war with America. If he did and for some reason expected that I wasn't already there like I said I was then he's just being a snake. And the reason I'm at war with you is that you're attacking my ally whom I value you more than you whom this ally is also an NPC nation which is saying something about allies. Also they're a Republic and I would gladly wipe out a monarchy like yours to protect it. Don't worry, once Telon reaches Alsace Lorraine he'll be feeling it in the morning.

The Eireinian goverment gladly accepts this gift upon its arrival in London and is slowly put into areas where the weapons can be launched in a way that would threaten America. The Parliamentary goverment despite not being at war is feeling a massive fear that should they not act war will come for them and if they do act war will likely come to them as such the need of strong leadership has resulted in the Parliament voting 55 to 45 in favor increasing the powers of the monarch temperately to bypass Parliament in order to ensure the Eireinian Military is develop heavily though industrial projects to support the creation of new weaponry or expansion of military weaponry. While this is very much in spite of the original treaty of the referendum rendering the treaty null and void do to it being under the executive and not legislative branch.
