Yes, apologies, this weekend I have had several unexpected social engagements. I will be making an announcement tomorrow.

- - - Announcement of CISB Reforged - - -
Dear CISB,
Several discussions have occurred behind the scenes in recent days, pertaining to the current state of our region. It has become clear that without a founder, we are vulnerable to raids, if we were to open up again. Even if we were to be reliant on an endorsement cap, this would be impossible to enforce.
In addition, several nations, such as 
Breen and myself, have tried to contact the player who controls Pascala, our regional founder, via discord, but to no avail. It goes without saying that we wish them the very best and good health in this world, and we will remain thankful for everything they have done for our community.
However, it has become clear that this community needs a fresh start after a steady decline in activity. To facilitate activity, we have to open up our region, but cannot do so safely without the protection afforded by a founder.
Therefore, after conversing with other members over the past few days/weeks, including Breen, 
Wanasnaswa, 
The Socialist Republic of Saian, 
Pamia, Vesilkan state and 
Michellae it has been agreed that a new region should be founded. This will be a democratic region where only the founder has executive power, and thus the region will be protected from any threats.
This region is the CISB Reforged. We are a community, and a new chapter of our shared history awaits us in the CISB Reforged.
Here, we will be able to make what we want of the new region, safe in the knowledge that our borders can be open, yet our community will remain secure. We will be able to conduct recruitment safely, and form a more perfect brotherhood of nations, hopefully with new additions to our community in the near future.
We all enjoy the ability to Role Play on this game, however, to do so we need activity, and it is my hope that the CISB Reforged will spark our community back into life and lead to a more vibrant and active region, that the CISB once was.
We've created a great community before, and I believe we can create something akin to this again, over in CISB Reforged.
