And Telonsiveus was like "He'll yeah fam" and a decade or two later Telonsiveus got neutered by America, France, Vestroia and his incompetent allies.

I would like to nominate myself to hold the position of Justice Officer. I have fulfilled the duty with the purpose of defending this region from threats within and without in the past. Alongside this I have worked to ensure that the region remains as free of complaints as possible. Irys - "If we are to succeed in finding out who this is, we must work together. We know of your cloaking tech, we've even got pictures of the components from Japan that use Phoenixian design."

Patritatem pulls up an image of a supposed Machina-Sapien, one of the ones who was responsible for the captures.

Patritatem - "We suspect that this person is among the ones you call Machina-Sapiens. I advise that you give him to us secretly instead of Samuels or your government. I have no faith in single government in such a large and secretive continent. If you give him to us we will find the information needed."

Irys - "It might seem corrupt but what better nation would be fit for an operation like this? America in the north is collapsing, Ostrade and Telonsiveus are in a war, Israel is awaiting for that war Zandovia is gone, China is under a corrupt government beyond belief and the rest of the world does not have the means for such a job. Give him to us and no one will know, and if they do, the world has yet to care enough about the disappearance of a single Machina-Sapien. I implore that you give our special forces your cloaking technology, in return we may be able to provide you with a substance and blueprints for a structure that can save your nation from crime, starvation, and death, we're in the midst of one of these structures being created, if you want to join Opal in its quest for development, do not trust your fellow Phoenixians and put your faith in Patritatem and me to find this shadow organization. Do you agree to work with Opal and all the terms that go with it?"
