Members, friends, and fellow mourners of The Vaulkreath Nations,

It is with a saddened heart that we stand today, flags at half-mast, tears raining down from our children's cheeks, and torches lit at the honorable gardens of our Prime Ministers cottage.

My name is Artyom Rybanikov, President of The Constitutional Republic of Krakozehia. I come to you all knowing that the causes against our great nation are inhumane.

The Honorable Alexander Kolchak was not only a leader but a great friend. His side of maximizing scientific research and his eagerness to search into the stars to find solemn judgement and peace was inspiring. I recall a letter that he once had written to me when Alexander Kolchak first took office as P.M. It's a tradition that the Prime Minister comes forward and announces themselves at the a tool of the President and inform that he will serve without question; however, A. Kolchak didn't do such things.

He came forward requesting a symbiotic relationship with a crisp handshake parsed with callus and partnership. That not until every children's head is fixated with the idealisms of knowledge seeking and interest to help better the world. He once even gave his own jacket to a homeless man sitting on the street begging for rations during the great revolution only later to invite him to his own cottage for supper with his family.

He strong-armed our economy ensuring prosperity with every citizen. His motto, peace before anguish, enlightens not only every citizen but myself as our nations head of state. Alexander Kolchak was laid to rest in a closed-casket, earth from the ground being sprinkled with tears, and the sigil of our nation draped across his tomb. Alexander Kolchak is mourned, well loved, and leaves two children and his wife as we watches from the stars.

I've come to announce I will take over his role within the region to ensure continuous efforts for regional peace and security. Soon an election will spawn for a new Prime Minister, one that not myself but Alexander Kolchak would have agreed to take over his seat as heads of state.

As to our great allies The United Kingdom of Baldalor we stand anguished to here of Prime Minister Figerzoni, his loss has hurt the region as a whole, losing not only a great leader, but an event greater friends. It has been asked that all orbital station has been asked to hold honors for our two great leaders with the assurance that their names shall not go unforgotten in the dreamy night sky.

I ask that culprit within the region responsible of this travesty to come forward... you've taken enough from our utopia. If you fail to do so- every... single... regional leader will hunt you down without remorse.

Fellow Diplomats and National Leaders,

It has come to our attention that there is some great concern following the assassination of two leaders in our region. While we share our condolences, we must also express our concerns. There has been recent pressure from a few nations in this region to extradite the culprit. We hear your voice. But with out best intentions we can not do such a thing.

This crime was committed on our soil and this assailant will be tried by our hand. It is the laws of our nation and such must be kept true. We have also chosen to keep the identity of this individual concealed. We feel it is with our best interest that they are not given the praise or attention of the media. We hope that by keeping who it is secret that there will also be less uproar.

The responsibility of keeping the nation calm has fallen upon our shoulders. If we are to reveal any more information at this time we expect an escalated conflict and great distrust to befall this region. You may not agree with our actions but the right thing isn't always the most favorable option. We are willing to sacrifice our image in the pursuit of justice. The assassin will be moved from their current place of holding to a more secure place for a private trial in our country since these Baldalorian spies are becoming quite pesky and leaked the location to the public.

Once again, we express our deepest condolences to the families of Prime Minister Alexander Kolchak and Prime Minister Louis Figerzoni.

We come before you today to inform you of a major development we have come across. As many of you are aware, this great region has been plagued by a parasite leaking radiation and death into our region. For many weeks our people have suffered. For many weeks we have mourned tragedy. But most of all, for many weeks we have endured. It is now time we come forth with all of our information to HEREBY DENOUNCE The Underground Faction of Pelbyanka.

The Baldalorian Intelligence Agency has recently detained and interrogated the famous actor, restaurant manager, and break dancer of Rizzadelphia, Rizz Astley. From the co-operation and deal made with Astley, we have learned the assassination of Prime Minister Figerzoni and Prime Minister Alexander Kolchak was orchestrated by Pelbyanka. We have learned that they hired Astley to silence the culprit. The films of Astley are highly regarded in Pelbyanka which has gained him notoriety in the nation and a hefty profit. The elders of Pelbyanka contacted Astley threatening to prohibit his films from the nation and also offering a large supply of free alcohol for his restaurant if he carried out such acts. In agreeance with the plea deal made, we have extradited Rizz Astley back to The Oppressed Peoples of Rizzadelphia in good faith that their nation will try him accordingly.

Evidence the BIA has located in Dirnow supports the claims from Astley. For starter, the culprit Sergei Lev Dietmar was a council member and loyalist of Pelbyanka. Upon retracing surveillance footage, we have additionally identified Pelbyankan Elders providing resources and equipment to carry out this assassination. The full picture of the assassination is still not entirely clear, but it is believed that Dietmar acted alone in the assassination after being provided the initial aid from Pelbyanka. While we can no longer question Dietmar, we believe he was assigned this mission by the Elders to assassinate the two leaders that were closest to uncovering the region's current biggest secret: the nation behind the radiation leak.

The second piece of evidence we bring to you today is to DECLARE Pelbyanka responsible and liable for the radiation leak in the region. In the time left before the passing of Prime Minister Figerzoni, he continued to mutter to one of the Pastors present in his room, Pelbyanka. The Pastor initially thought it was non-sense as it was spoken in Balda'o. However, this being our official language it has become without a doubt that even in his final minutes, Prime Minister Figerzoni still had this very region in his heart and the safety of it on his mind.

Additionally, after working tiredlessly around the clock with the region's most environmentally friendly nation, The Free Land of Muzika; we are proud to announce the Orbital Environmental Watch (OEW). The OEW is a satellite network designed to monitor and respond to ecological threats across the region. The satellites are in full compliance with the VNCOS treaty and was approved by our Secretary of Space, The Constitutional Republic of Krakozehia. The system made in co-operation with Muzika was able to pin-point the exact and precise location of this radioactive presence. Of course, it lands directly in the borders of Pelbyanka. The location is a nuclear waste facility from this notoriously hazardous and polluted nation. Their care-free and lackluster safety measures lead to an explosion at this plant. Our scientist have detected the fire is still burning with the smoke carrying the waste into the sky.

It is time that we take action against Pelbyanka and put an end to this relentless defacement of our region. The United Kingdom of Baldalor is deploying our scientist, engineers and nuclear specialist with a convoy of VNCHA workers to the leak site to begin containment. We are not asking but URGING the security council to deploy the Vaulkreath Nations Peace Force to accompany this convoy that is currently enroute. It is vital that we are allowed entry into this hostile nation so we may safely and securely contain the radiation. The future of our region depends on swift action.

For the cowards and traitors of Pelbyanka, we let you know that the people of Baldalor have a long memory. It would be in your best interest to co-operate.

The Free Land of Muzika is committed to providing all necessary assistance to ensure the success of this mission, including logistical support, intelligence sharing, and any other resources at our disposal.

Our hearts go out to the families of Prime Minister Figerzoni and Prime Minister Alexander Kolchak, as well as to all those affected by the nuclear radiation leaks. In these dark times, let us come together as a global community to uphold the values of justice and peace.

My Fellow Nations, Representatives of Diplomacy and Champions of Peace World Wide,

I speak to you today not as a President or Prime Minister, but as a citizen of The Vaulkreath Nations.

Before us lays a great dilemma that our region has never before had to experience. We come before a great divide in the path we are taking towards the future; and we must hope we select the correct route. For neither side of this path is labeled and the uncertainty down each one is frightening. The first path is simply doing nothing and allowing the heart of our region to continued to be poisoned while we pray that our children get at least on more tomorrow. The second path, is standing up to tyrants in the face of oppression and securing that tomorrow.

We come before you to announce that we will be taking that second path. The convoy we have issued towards Pelbyanka is gaining closer and closer. The great Free Land of Muzika has approved the deployment of the Peace Force to accompany this convoy. It is with this hope that there will be no conflict. The threats of opening fire on unarmed and innocent civilians who come not to spread violence but put an end to the spread of radiation is not one we can take lightly.

The United Kingdom of Baldalor will be sending a detachment of our Marine Strike Response Force to accompany this convoy up to the border. We do this not in aspiration of war or invasion, but simply in the act of self-defense and protecting the Baldalorian citizens who are accompanying the convoy. Our troops will not open fire nor strive to provoke any conflict. However, we promise that if any harm comes before our people, that we will repay that injustice a thousand times over.

We are demanding that you lay down your arms Pelbyanka and allow matters to be resolved peacefully. Do not dig your hole any deeper in this affair for it is almost deep enough to be your own grave.
