Are you comfortable with this happening, or does it bother you?

If you're not, I would suggest making it known that you're unhappy with what's happening and move on. Don't do favors, don't give money, etc. This is manipulative behavior that is stringing you along for her personal gain. At your expense.

It bothers me a lot, as nice as she is, she just manipulates me into staying and I can't refuse, my mental health has been suffering, she says "It's all in your head, you don't need therapy". Our relationship is rocky, she's a bit abusive sometimes especially on her periods. I'll take your advice, thank you.

This sounds controlling and manipulative. I would leave (as hard as that can be), and I would do what I could to break off contact.

If you feel you need help with mental health, by all means, get the help you want and need. There are many resources out there that are free and confidential.
