A complete breakdown of the Acadian government has begun and the nation has fallen into anarchy. Soldiers are now on the frontlines without orders, rebels are slowly taking land in the New York and New England areas of the nation, while in the capital city the law enforcement has been left leaderless, leading to massive looting and chaos. The nation has been once again left without a leader, although the democratic government based in New York (Nouvelle Essone) hopes that they are recognized as the true government by the coalition.

Part of it will be given to the GPC (5%) and part of it is given to the New York government.
