Constantine Standard Time- 14:00 PM

Arnold Fortuna was walking to his office. He had just come from a meeting that he couldn't escape from, something about power failure in some random industrial sector, nothing too important. As he walked through the government building corridors towards his office, he was getting a feeling that something was wrong. He didn't know what it was, but something told him that something bad would happen. He shook his head, leaving the thoughts alone, and returned to thinking about what he would do next.

After a bit of walking, he reached his office. He threw open the doors, expecting to see an empty office with a fresh cup of coffee ready for him. Instead, there were 2 men sitting at his desk, in chairs, adjacent to his desk.

Arnold: "What the- what are you both doing in here? This is my office!

One of the men turned to the other, then towards Arnold. They both stood up to greet him

Porwitz: "Hello sir. Sorry if we are disturbing your office. I am your Minister of Internal Affairs, Porwitz. My friend here is your personal detective, Detective Tarson"
Tarson: "Hello sir, pleasure to meet you"

Arnold looks mad. He expected to have a bit of a rest alone in his office, but now he had to deal with this instead of resting after a long meeting.

Arnold: "Good to meet you both, but you still haven't answered my question, what are both of you doing in my personal office?"
Tarson: "I'll explain how. We may be in a state of emergency, so you may want to sit down for this"
He gestures towards his desk
Arnold: "Fine, but this better be good, otherwise you're just wasting my time"

Arnold moves to sit at his desk, and as he sits down, Porwitz clears his throat.

Porwitz: "Sir, we believe there may be a traitor or a spy among your ministers"

Arnold chokes on the coffee he started drinking

Arnold: "What? What did you say?"
Porwitz: "Yes sir. There may be a traitor among your ministers, gathering secret intelligence on our operations and giving it to a foreign nation"

Arnold stares at Porwitz for a minute, then starts laughing
Arnold: "What a ridiculus idea! What gave you this thought? Have you been reading too many detective books?"
Tarson: "Sir, we are serious. Yesterday, somebody broke into the government file room, and stole exactly 3 folders. All of them were from top secret operations. And just today, you've went to a meeting, yes? About a power failure? That might have been sabotage, to stop production"

Arnold stop laughing, and gets serious
Arnold: "Ok ok, i'll stop laughing. Now that you mention it, it does seem suspicious, especially about the secret folders robbery. You may be right. What do you suggest we do?"

Tarson looks at Porwitz
Tarson: "We hold investigations of all government officials in this building at the moment. As far as we know, this person is 100% pretending to be a government official, meaning that they are in this building right now, so if we want to catch this traitor and spy, we have to lockdown this building. Right. Now."

Arnold rubs his sweating forehead. This was serious. He hadn't expecting anything like this before

Arnold: "...ok. I'll send the order to security to lockdown this building. Both of you, Porwitz and Tarson. I'm placing you both in charge of the investigation. Good luck"

Tarson and Porwitz, in unison: "Thank you sir, we won't let you down!"

They both turn to leave the room, and Arnold moves to call security to lock down every entrance and exit of the building. Nobody was to leave or enter. This, was the beginning of a Traitorous Investigation.
