Emperor Gallium the II looms over the war map, sitting on a large table, his golden crown and cane shine in the dim, flickering light. A council of various sizes and shapes of men recline in comfortable desk chairs.

"We must end this quickly, sir." A frail, elderly man says, sitting stiffly with his hands clamped together.
"Let's nuke 'em! Nuke them before they nuke us! We can't wait! We must act now!" Another man says, his obese body straining his chair as he shifts his weight with anger.
"No, no. We must plan our invasion..." The Emperor growls. "We have them where we want them, but we must wait until the perfect moment... and where should we land? North, east, south... west? This is what we need to discuss! In the mean time, we must build our own defenses. We have their ports blocked, but we must establish air superiority over land so that they aren't able to bomb us back. I want planes showering the skies, I want them going the while distance in between us and our enemy, we should be able to refuel the planes in air right?"
"Yes, we can use our C-130 Herculeses, sir"
"Perfect, I also want Stealth bombers to bomb their supply lines at high altitudes!"

With the orders given, planes soar into the sky to carry out their tasks. Planes scout the skies to detect any Amancarian attacks.
