Ima go ahead and get off, night everyone! :D

Just incase any of y’all are like me, likely struggling with anxiety holding you back, I got this little paper from my counselor, thought to share it with y’all in case, I think it highlights an overall general idea of behaviors that promote anxiety’s hold in your life, some of these, I am very guilty of, and a general list of things that can help decrease that hold! All through a couple of short acronyms and explanations :3

I’m sharing it mainly to help others a bit who may find it helpful as I did, of course, it does not substitute professional help, but it’s something you can reflect on, perhaps a simplified document might help others start a train of introspection ะ>

Sometimes it just takes a bit of a ponder to realize and admit these things, it’s very hard and scary to confront these sometimes, but if anxiety does have a hold on your life, talk to a professional, seek help, and know that you are not alone as much as it often feels like sometimes. Okie, now to my school project ❤️

Aww, I never knew a happy little duckling like you suffered from anxiety. Thank you so much for sharing this with the RMB. It takes a lot of courage to be open with others about our struggles. You are so strong and you will persevere through whatever darkness comes your way. 🐥

Remember that there are always people out there for whom you are a star, for whom you are a gift, for whom you are the brightness on a cloudy day.

This goes for EVERYONE in this world. It is important to never ever forget it and to talk about your feelings and emotions or write them in a book.

I used to have a teacher in high school who would constantly tell my class to always write our thoughts in a journal and then come back to it later to reassess how we feel. Do we feel the same or different about whatever we wrote or are we indifferent? Then, we should write these orompta:

1. I am grateful for ...

2. Three things I love about myself are ...

3. Three things I love in others are ...

4. Today, I hope to ...

5. In the future, I hope I can ...

And come back to your thoughts often!
