Reporters would swarm the Royal Palace as Queen Sakura II would officially declare EV's legal under extensive research and gathering of foreign opinions. Soon enough, Queen Sakura II would exit, answering the reporters one by one.

"How do you plan on encouraging the usage of EVs?" asks a reporter from ITV.

"Well, I'll start on taxes, although I can't say much more." she would respond.

"Why did you postpone this decision until this recently?" asks another reporter, as more reporters came, swarming the queen.

"I think the reason I postponed this decision, was thanks to other issues that needed to get resolved, mainly, the Ishozu Environmental Reform."
Soon enough, Sakura would enter her car, followed by her bodyguards, and would drive off to the Royal Senate. Sakura would finally arrive, entering the building and reaching the podium. Below her, were a total of 42 senators.

"I have gathered you all for the new law I personally passed for EV's. I feel like it was a necessary step in modernizing Iqe and neutralizing our growing carbon footprint. I need to gather your opinions." proclaims the queen.

"I thought you already passed the law, aren't out opinions useless?" announces a senator from South Yrangdon.

"Of course not, I can always repel it and expand on it. That's why I need your opinion." the queen would respond, rolling her eyes at such a dumb comment.

"Well, I for one, think it invades the tereteri economy." says a senator from Teretero, looking gloomily at the queen.

"How so?" she would ask, curious to see how she could change this.

"Its invading our gas and fossil fuel based economy! It can cause massive turmoil within Teretero." he would answer.

"We will already be changing your industries, don't you worry." she would answer, now started to get annoyed by the senatorial incompetence.

"I think its nice, its a good step for expanding our EV industry, maybe we could even revamp the automobile industry too!" would say a senator from the Isetoro province.

"Finally, someone who agrees with me!" would respond the queen, nodding accordingly before looking at her watch.
"9:45?!" she would scream out by accident, quickly apologizing before running out of the building, and getting into her car. She would then rush back to the Royal Palace, having a meeting with several Automobile CEOs for the new EV laws in about 3 minutes. As she finally arrives, she rushes out of the car, bypassing the checkpoints before finally arriving at the designated meeting room, 30 seconds early.

"What took you so long?" scoffs the CEO of Hyakai, a major automobile brand.

"Nothing much, maybe leading a nation?" she would say passive-aggressively.

"No need to be so aggressive, your highness, I'm just joking." laughs the CEO, before shuffling though an insanely long list of papers.

"I've looked at your new law, and I'm proposing something new. I want my company to cooperate for the government to make the prices of Hyakai EV's cheaper, and a smaller tax on EV manufacturing. In exchange, ill commission 3 new plants in Iqe, and make my cars more accessible."

"It seems fair, I'll review the deal with my ministers tomorrow." she would respond, as by now she'd become bored on all these new laws, and would begin looking for something else. Suddenly, about 5 CEOs of several automobile companies flood the meeting room, claiming the floods of reporters wouldn't leave them alone on their way to the meeting.

"I've gathered you all here to secure lesser taxing deals and less production." she would announce, as one of her bodyguards would point out that she spilled her coffee over the table.

The meeting would continue as usual, with most of the CEO's agreeing to Sakura's demands fearing the loss of the Iq'nese market.

In the meantime, many of Sakura's reforms would begin implementation, as the automobile industry would be basically rebuilt from scratch, as the old 1800s laws would be moved and switched around. Other reforms would then commence, such as the creation of "EV Charging Lots" around major cities, facilitating "charging" your car, and making it completely free. This, of course, would take an estimated 4-5 months, as the EV reforms would begin employing thousands of people.

After a long period of well over thousands of years since the incineration of the Hindenburg, the Galactic Republic has constructed much more improved and perfected Zeppelins, of which are both usable on planets and in space.

The main proponent behind the project, Klaus Klichten, wished for a new and exciting form of transportation and travel on planets in the Republic, and thus, he gathered the best engineers in the nation to construct a behemoth.

Terrus.

Terrus is a Zeppelin designed personally by Klichten and his group of engineers, and used quite a different type of build, containing engines and steel, but still retaining the original helium "look" to the machine.
