Australia is strong economically. Not trying to offend you but, Eastern European nations including Russia are quite weak economically.

That doesn't even offend me mate,it's just truth actually no need denying that.

What offends me is my country being called a dumb term like "Bessarabia".

Mental exhaustion? I have tips for that if it's mental exhaustion since I experienced it before.
To beat mental exhaustion you have to stay relaxed and sometimes ignore the things around you to experience bliss, this bliss can help extremely in situations around you.
Or,use things to positively affect your mental health.

Fun fact: the largest number of tanks that Grossvietnam ever deployed in a battle is the number of Soviet tanks before dissolution

Well,do you feel any type of exhaustion even after a sleep? Mental exhaustion can cause some effects of sleep exhaustion like black spots under your eyes signaling you have a f*cked sleep schedule or burnout? If so try sleeping in optimal times,i think an audiobook can help since it will help put you to sleep.

I also reccomend stopping using a phone or a pc really late when you feel sleeping because it can power the restlessness.I also reccomend the Three R's of Recognize,Reverse,Resiliance to build your mental health back up.

Recognize: Know your problems like an f*cked sleep schedule, restlessness and burnout.
Reverse: Learn to counter your problems like a champ via taking a better sleep schedule, undo the damage by using brainpower.
Resiliance: Build your mental health to be better via exercise, training, mental exercise and use these to your advantage by getting back up and punching your problems with mental training.

Self taught things curtesy of my experiences during Covid-19 first quarantine and I also just learned this all by myself.

Also, why yes I do excel in sleep because I live in the most laidback country with a lot of wine.
