An ine.
Without repeating what Virgolia has said, I've tried to explain the reasoning behind my Dispatches in a more comical sense than others; some Viziers actually don't put any effort into asking for endorsements.
Unfortunately the reason I have to keep making Dispatches is because as a Vizier I need to have as many endorsements as I can. I have put a lot of effort into "endotarting" (endorsing other people in hopes of a return endorsement) but the results of which are nearly a 20-25% return investment. There are quite a few people who still haven't endorsed me, and by tagging all those people in my dispatches it sends them a notification to read it and endorse me.
In game mechanics means that the more endorsements a nation has, the more influence you have. This means that the Delegate should have the most influence. Influence can be spent on kicking and banjecting other nations; the more endorsements a nation has that you're banjecting, the more influence you will loose.
In the past, Delegates have gone rogue and tried to coup The East Pacific, but failed. In the likes of our previous Delegate, Fedele, he made sure we had such a low amount of Viziers that he could remove in one fell swoop and coup the region. By having lots of Viziers with high endorsement counts (we've got the most Viziers currently than we've ever had) it means it gives The East Pacific a higher chance of stopping coupers from bothering with our region, full stop.
I hope this explains it.
Thanks, Dylan.

Some pertinent information
RMB RP is roleplay that is conducted on the regional message board of the East Pacific.
In RMB RP, roleplayers try to develop stories for their nations. These stories can range anything from the life of a daily citizen to wars. Roleplays are usually preformed at the government level, though a lot of roleplays happen from the viewpoint of characters.
The following is a quick summary of how RMB RP works.
Maps
In RMB RP, maps are run by their cartographers/owners. Maps have no limit on the rules they can set upon themselves, and they can range from any time period from prehistoric times to spacefaring empires.
Roleplay Rules
All maps make up their own rules regarding their in-game mechanics and how things work within the map. It is your responsibility to find the rules of the map and make sure you understand them properly. If you need help, contact the map owner.
Moderation
RMB RP is moderated by both NationStates administration, The East Pacific administration, and the East Pacific government. All three entities handle OOC offenses such as flaming, doxxing, and spamming.
For moderation dealing with roleplay issues, such moderation will be handled by the teams running each map following internal map processes. However, should conflict grow too strong, the community is encouraged to attempt to calm down the conversation.
While rules for how roleplay operates vary by map, there are overarching norms generally followed by the community. While not enforced by anyone, said norms are community expectations. Failing to follow these norms may result in the loss of your reputation as a roleplayer as well as finding it harder to find someone to roleplay with.
The Norms:
1. Be respectful to fellow roleplayers and all authorities.
This is a basic norm. Respect goes a long way towards any goal. And on the flip side, a lack of respect can cause drama, toxic arguments, and bouts of flamming. Being respectful means taking the time to understand the other side, and acting in a civil manner towards them.
2. Follow the rules of the map.
Every map has a specific set of rules meant to work hand-in-hand with its game mechanics. You're expected to follow the rules of the map. Remember that roleplaying on any map is a privilege, not a right, so you may get kicked out of a map for too many rule violations.
3. Separate Out-Of-Character from In-Character.
Out of Character means when you are interacting with others as your normal person. In Character is a tag applying to instances when you engage with others in roleplay.
It's very easy to take become angry at someone over a roleplay action. But remember that you should try to be respectful. Try to understand what happened, and if needed take some time off the screen. But most importantly, separate your roleplay from your emotions. Not doing so otherwise may cause trouble down the road.
4. Ask before joining a roleplay.
Roleplays within RMB RP should be considered as "closed". In other words, only the people who are already roleplaying may participate.
If you want to join a roleplay, ask one of the roleplayers before joining. And if said roleplayers do not want you to join, respect their wishes. There will be other chances to roleplay!
5. Be receptive to criticism.
The sign of a good roleplayer is to accept criticism. If people are giving you valid advice, you should address their advice and try to use it to better yourself. It is, of course, ok to not accept criticism. But in such cases, be respectful when you decide not to use criticism.
Criticism is different from bullying and belittling. If you feel you are being bullied, ask members of the community or map moderation for help. If you feel it is going too far, take it up with TEP Government and Administration. TEP is a 100% non-bully zone.
6. Do not try to use roleplay as a tool to offend people.
Avoid from roleplaying things that could be seen as offensive. For example, don't use nazi symbols in your nation. Avoid creating groups or ethnicities that serve as a surrogate for an IRL, then using said ethnicities in genocide/hate roleplay.
Roleplay with good intent and a good heart. Don't use it to attack others.
The following are the maps within RMB RP, along with their rules and people to contact.
Valsora
Valsora is a modern-tech roleplay map. The main focus of the map is geopolitics and a constant influx of war, with a more minor focus on worldbuilding. The map does not have a lot of mechanics, but it does have a long history of roleplay.
To join the map, contact Valsoran cartographer with your claim (via telegram) to get added!
Courisla
Courisla is an advancing-tech roleplay map. Starting from the renaissance, the map continues to age technology wise. It features heavy usage of board-game-esque mechanics. The map heavily relies on strategy and thinking ahead of your opponent, and it features a functional world economy.
To get a spot on the map, telegram Technocratic tagalo with your claim!
Terra
Terra is a space-based roleplay where roleplayers can roleplay as either planetary or national governments. Technology ranges from futuristic to modern technology. The universe within this map is dominated by the Grossvietnam empire, and features lots of war and rebellion against said empire. (As a note, this map is currently inactive.)

So EM asked me to make an informational RMB dispatch. So here's the dispatch.

The flag's cool.
But unfortunately, there is no region specifically known as Europe. However, I do know of a region named Europe that I can send you too. IDK if it will help, but that's available.

Damn, low key kinda sad. What once was a map everyone memed about is now pretty irrelevant.
