Can anyone tell me how to become a citizen? The process is a bit confusing to me. Also the chord is closed now. After approximately what interval a new chord arrives?

So you have to make a Tapatalk Account or sign into an existing one, and then visit the following website:

tep.li/citizenship

The first post there has a detailed guide on how to apply for citizenship. You fill out the form, put it in a reply and wait.

Citizenship is currently closed for elections but in two weeks it will be open again. You can still submit an application, but it won't be accepted for two weeks.

To be a citizen you have to create an account on the forumns and apply there.

However, citizen applications are temporarily sshut down. You'll have to wait until after delegate elections to apply.
